Another week in Fat Yappa's Garden comes to an end with all the plants still doing well. The Bruce Banner which I snapped the stem just above the second node from the top is pretty much ready for the chop, the other two more mature plants are not too far behind, a week at most, and the Bruce Banner runt has pretty much caught up with her slightly older sisters. The Wedding Cheesecake growing in Canna Coco, which still towers above everything else in the tent at pretty much the same height as the lights, despite her tallest being bent over by LST has developed quite a lot of bud sites but not nearly as chunky as the Bruce Banners, and has started to fade with yellows and purples in the leaves and pistons. Her sister, growing in living soil is probably the furthest behind in the grow but seems to be developing a bit more like the Bruce Banners, and I put this down to the pot of the Coco Coir I used being round and much narrower than the other five, square Viviosun smart pots I used which was a bit of a fail for the LST, especially when combined with the rapid rate this plant took of at, where as I think the other was perhaps stunted a bit by being germinated in a coco coir pellet then placed in soil. I think I will try a peat pellet next time I grow in living soil and see if that improves it. The plants have remained on there same water schedule but I have noticed the more mature plants taking much less water. The most mature plant could probably go three days on 2.5l now, where as a week or two these plants had 2.5l daily over two days and then began to slow down again. I have kept the PH between 6.5 and 6.8 as I read its better for flowering to aim for the higher end of the range, especially when growing with dry amendments. Day 66 saw another compost tea, the same recipe as previously but this time I increased the bat guano from 1 to 2 tablespoons. Other than that I have continued to defoliate once a week, opening up light to the canopy and tried to open it up with a tightening of the LST ties. Stress in regard to the different stages of plant development increase as Harvest nears, as I was previously envisaging me drying in the tent and cutting the plants in a oner, but I have order a ThermPro TP50, and the rest is next weeks problem. They’re all doing well. Seems like the #4 bag is using less water than the others. I added the Spider Farmer Drip irrigation system. It’s set to trigger when the average is 25% water content.

welcome to my next grow 🌱 today is 📅Day 1 of germination 3/9/2021 I would like to say a few words about this grow. I have a new sponsor in Mars Hydro they have assisted me in getting a TS 1000 and it arrives tomorrow so I'm very exited. this grow is also brought to you by Sweet Seeds they were nice enough to send the 🌱 I have been using of late I am starting this grow with paper towel that has been soaked in plain tap water and when the tap root shows I will move the 🌱 to the Rockwell cube. the cube is soaked in tap water with some drops of root starter Update 📅 Day 2 of germination still no tap root so the wait continues lol. The big news is I got my Mars Hydro TS1000 today and now it is all set up and boy she is bright. I love my Aglex lights but this bad boy has no cob lights and put out 2X more lux than my 1200w Aglex !!! the Aglex 1200w puts out 28,164 lux The Mars Hydro TS 1000 has a crazy high 54,955 lux at max output I mean I have to add my Aglex 600w cob next to the 1200w to even get to within 10,000 LUX Update 📅 Day 4 of germination 3/12/2021 I have both of the 🌱 germinating under the Mars Hydro TS1000 they will most likely pop out of the cube by tomorrow. This TS1000 is grate for germination as I can dim the 💡

The flowers are looking ready for its final stage! The stems are starting to go red, the top leaves are getting yellow, and the trichomes and starting to get white as snow! I’ve started feeding it water and then water with molasses every other day.

Defoliation is waiting for this plant, it is growing very powerful and green, considering that the humidity dropped to 20-30%... and the temperature rose at the moment to 33.4•C... Useful mushrooms grow near the neighbor of plants, so soon they will be looked through from our substrate! Let’s see>>

This week was another great week for the ladies, we are in week now 3 and did not have time to start this diary earlier but het better late then never. We are growing 5 out of 6 due to a fuck up did and accidently broke the stem in week 2 so 1 died but the others are striving like i haven't experienced before. I am pretty sure its because we choose are great genetic from Dutch passion but we also changed to Green House feeding and i must say that the results so far are great and their slogan keep it simple is exactly that super simple. Since we (We as in My Son and I) are already in week 3 they are slowly starting to show flowering and i see super healty plants that look different by the day. In closing i fucking love this hobby and sharing our experiences together on this website.😍

Week 5 for our Fast Version A from super sativa seeds club. She has a very nice pine tree shape! Looking amazing at the moment, cant wait to flower the lady and compare with version B. This week we gave some orgatrex and applied some more top dressing with worm Castings

Hallo und herzlich willkommen in Veg. Woche 3 Endlich kam ordentlich Sonne und sie hat ein tolles Format. Wie es scheint haben wir uns gut um die Wurzeln gekümmert, im Moment konzentriert sie sich sehr schön auf Höhe, Kraft und Vitalität. Der jetzt noch (Stengel) bald Stamm, wird Stabiler und kommt in leichte Struktur. Blattmasse nimmt auch deutlich zu! Sie sieht fabelhaft aus und ich denke, ihr geht es auch super! Auch die ersten Triebe in den nodien wachsen. Insgesamt momentan eine top Geschwindigkeit! Nebst sehr neugierige Kater (2) hat sich zusätzlich herausgestellt, dass ein Hornissennest sich 2 m entfernt im Dachstuhl befindet. Zunehmender wird es sehr ungemütlich und ich denke, ich werde sie runter in den Garten verbringen müssen. Auch da im Außenbereich sind noch mehr Katzen, daher werde ich am kommenden Dienstag irgendeine Art Schutz für die süßen fertigen. Zur Nahrung: Gegossen wird seit 3 Tagen jeden Tag 1 Liter. Aktuell fahren sie ganz gut mit 2 Tage angepasstem PH- Wasser und einen Tag 80% vom Düngerschema an Makro u. Mikronährstoffe. Stickstoff befindet sich noch ausreichend bis ca. Mitte nächster Woche im Medium. Trinken tun sie wirklich gut, Gestern wo es so heiß war, hab ich am Nachmittag noch etwas nachgießen müssen. War aber die selbige Menge wie Morgens ergo 2 mal 500 ml. Ich hatte mich auch dazu entschlossen, einmal Super Microbes am Mittwoch statt erst Sonntag zu geben. Ich werde jetzt sehr genau darauf achten, wie sich die schöne verhält. Aber mir macht es schon den Eindruck, das sie sehr hungrig sein werden! Somit freue ich mich sehr auf die kommende Woche! What’s up this is the very start of week five these plants are huge really filling out the screen good. The grow XL really kicked into high gear. Got tons of tops and nodes poking up. Keep folding everything down under the screen and it’s really getting good results. Nutrients are doing great everything has a really nice color. The DWC plant water got a little high on the PPM for a day towards the end of last week so I started to see a little bit of tipp nute burn butt got the water changed out and everything is looking great again. I topped that plant really good and it’s got a really nice round shape trying to get it to fill the whole end of the tent screen. I’m pretty excited about this plant. This will probably be the last week of veg well I know it will everything’s in pre flower pretty heavy. And they have a really strong smell for being where they’re at in their life cycle which is cool! I’ll update again in a few days thanks for stopping by and as always 🍻

11/21/2022: plants are all still extremely healthy, and the buds keep putting on more weight. Only problem has been a small fungas gnat outbreak. So far it has been manageable with sticky traps, but I have some neem cake on the way. Also, top dressed all three plants late last week and watered again today 1 liter each. The fresh worm casting hold the moister more, so I lowered the amount of water today. Watered at 6.8 ph, using the normal ThermX-70 and coconut powder. Also added a 1/2 teaspoon of BuildABloom and 2 tsp of Yah-Whey Thrive, which is a probiotic whey made from fermented Kefir grains. Saw a lot of good reviews, so figured I'd give it a try. 11/22/2022: the fungas gnat issue is getting worse, so I made some neem cake tea and watered each plant about 1/3rd of a liter. We'll see how this works and how the plants respond. 11/23/2022: did a full watering today about 1 liter per plant. Made an alfalfa sprouted seed tea, and added about 1/4 cup of the Yah-Whey Thrive, and some ThermX-70. Fungas gnats are still an issue, so the jury is still out on the neem cake tea. Ordered some Dr. Zymes to change it up, but it's back ordered until Dec. Hopefully the neem cake tea is killing the eggs and larva. The sticky traps are keeping them under control as well. It looks like the Strawberry Gushers and Newberry are beginning to show the first signs of a fade. It's only on a few leaves, so it makes me think it's not a nutrient issue. 11/24/2022: made another round of neem cake tea. Added powdered coconut, BuildABloom, and ThermX-70. Added about 1.3 liters to each plant. 11/25/2022: I'm in an all out war with the fungas gnats and I seem to be gaining ground (for now). Wanted to switch it up, so I made mosquito bit tea and gave about .5 liters to each plant. Mainly trying to get the first couple inches of the soil. The sticky traps are catching the adults, so hopefully the neem and B.t.i will kill the eggs and larva. Buds are continuing to swell, and the aroma is amazing. The Strawberry Gushers is like a sweet funk. The Orange Bubblegum definitely has an orange scent, and the Newberry smells like fruity pebbles. All plants are still looking healthy and I continue to see some mild fading. The Newberry has one branch that is fading more than the others which is strange. Not sure if it has something to do with the super cropping, or something else, but there is a noticable difference compared to the rest of the plant. The leaves and buds still look healthy, so I'm not too worried for now, but will continue to monitor. 11/26/2022: DAY 60!! Decided to get a little crazy today. This will probably be one of the last times I add microbes to the plants, other than one more late flower compost tea, so I wanted to get as diverse as possible. Added 1/4 teaspoon of the BuildASoil Big 6 micro nutrients, Bio-Phos, TeaCo Super Tea blend, and Recharge, plus 4 ml of FishShit. There is definitely some overlap between these, but they each contained several microbes the others didn't, so I liked the extra diversity. I also added the coconut powder and ThermX-70, which I use for every watering at this point. Gave each plant about 1 liter of this microbe tea. I'm sure the extra watering lately is not helping my fungas gnat issue, but the plants are drinking it up. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 700 DLI: 45

The coco hempy buckets continue to impress. The rate of growth is just insane compared to the conservative nature of hand watered soilless mix. The girls are getting 2 heavy feedings daily, once right before lights on, once at lights off. Responding tremendously. The largest daughter has broken 4 feet this week and hopefully the stretch is coming to a close. Good thing for my headroom. I am having difficulty with humidity this week due in part to the weather, but I feel mostly because of an underpowered ac and mucho transpiration coming from the leaves. Set for second round defoliation in three days and hopefully some break from the heat. Struggling to keep the room under 70 rh right now.
