Week 8 +-, She got another cleanup, removing lower leaves and branches. I always keep the lower third of my plants clean, especially with hydro plants it helps with ariation. Feeding is still the same as before, no changes, its just a case of refill the res every 3 days +- and change and clean res every 7 days roughly. This rythm will continue till we hit a later stage of flower where we will add Green Sensation.

Entrada dia 30 (sin marcación de desarrollo de plántula) : Señores y Señoras, un mes desde el comienzo de vegetativo y creo que cuando miréis el vídeo que he colgado no vais a creerlo, por que yo tampoco me lo creería, ni por un millón de florines filipinos. Os explico, todas las cuentas de crecimiento, nutrición y desarrollo expectables se han ido sencillamente a la basura y os explicó por qué. Primero, estamos en un ritmo que en cerca de seis dias, los cuatro cultivars están tomando la friolera de 24 litros, o sea que estamos con un ritmo de 4 litros de absorción diarios y eso sencillamente y por aritmética nos va con un litro por grow. El calor ha sido impiedoso la pasada semana y incluso ahora que la temperatura ya ha caído en torno a cinco grados (en temperatura máxima), la increíble tasa de absorción de agua se debe ahora esencialmente al increíble tirón que la cepa afgana fast de Sweet Seeds, ha tenido en los últimos días. Hubo cambio en el ciclo lumínico pasando ya a 12/12, y en este limbo entre final de vegetativo y empiezo de floración, en los últimos cinco dias los cultivars han ganado como 25 centímetros en altura y la multiplicación de ramas laterales ha sido exponencial. Sencillamente os invito a que echéis un vistazo a la entrada del pasado viernes y que registréis, la diferencia de crecimiento en tan solo 5/6 días. Con ello, cuestión número 1 : hasta que talla seguirán las chiquillas afganas "tirando"...todo lo que tenía pensado de cultivars sobre los 65/70 centímetros se han ido al garete y tendremos cultivars de talla de metro muy próximamente y con ello un armario abarrotado y sin un palmo más de espacio. Cuestión número 2: que vamos a hacer con el olor de esta cepa?!? En entrada de pré-floración, ese olor dulzón (casi al puro skunk) ya se hace sentir tremendamente en la habitación donde está el kit del armario de grow. Ya he instalado el ventilador de ozono y algo de olor se dispersa pero si la realidad en pré-floración es esta, cuando empezemos a ganar cogollos, hojas de azúcar y tirón de terpenos, no se a lo cierto, lo que será necesario para evitar la dispersión del olor y eso en un apartamento en un condominio, no es algo que pueda ser despreciable y habrá que intentar crear algún cultivo de plantas de compañía en mi terraza de modo a que se pueda ocultar el fuerte aroma que esta cepa tiene. Cuestión número tres - nutrientes necesarios y consumo de solución nutritiva. Como os he dicho, ahí vamos con nuestro Quadgrow, "chupando" por via de los "smart mat" que caben a cada una de las macetas, más de 20 litros en 5 días...empezé la entrada del diario haciendo aritmética simple, o sea que cada uno de los cuatro grows se toma un litro al día. No hay misterios, grows con crecimiento tremendo, sujetos a calor elevadísimo y humedad relativa que en los días más próximos, llegó a los casi 75% (os había dicho en otras entradas que estuvimos con humedad muy baja, sobre 40%, pero en la última semana y con el tiempo de "levante" (vientos de norte de África y con humedad llegada del Mediterráneo) hemos tenido días de casi 80% de humedad. Si en invierno, 80% ya es una humedad respectable y que no puede prolongarse mucho tiempo, por las condiciones de aparecimento de hongos, en verano, si sumamos a temperaturas sobre los 35ºC, humedades a los 80%, tenemos el "cóctel" perfecto para cualquier ser viviente (sea animal, vegetal o de otro reino biológico) tenga necesidad casi permanente de água (el calor y humedad, tienen la función reversa de causar deshidratacion rapidísima y con ello, hay necesidad biológica de reponer el agua perdida. Estos factores son también determinantes para que nuestra hidroponia y su reserva de 25 litros, sea suplida a los grows en cada 6 días, cuando mi idea sería que habría que rectificar solución nutritiva tan solo a cada diez/doce días, pero la verdad es simple y salta a la vista, a menos de cada semana es necesario hacer nueva cuba de solución y dejar que el sistema radicular de los grows se encargue de marcar el ritmo de riego. Como podéis también ver, esta semana ya hemos empezado a aplicarle la "forma" deseable para sacar renta a los grows. Ya ha sido colocado el entranzado SCROG para que podamos direccionar el sentido de crecimiento de las ramas laterales y también ha sido puesto en práctica, una primera defoliación, para limpiar exceso de hojas y sobretodo por la necesidad de la no existencia de áreas de sombra junto al sustrato de coco y evitar que puedan crearse hongos patógenos, pese a que mis grows siempre son "brindados" con micorrizas y trichodermas, justo para evitar cualquier disgusto a causa de un "menos pensado o deseado" Botritys, Fusarium o "amiguete" del estilo. Para final, que Dios Jah siempre nos proteja a todos, en los grows, en los que mal nos desean y a los que nos pueden hacer daño sin que algo tengamos echo para tal. Have been away from my babies for a few days. Couldn’t wait to be back. Purple punch and gorilla punch completed 1 week flush. The smell of them are really strong. Mimosa cake is a bit behind but still promising. It is drinking 5l water each watering.

April 22nd: Refilled 1st reservoir (first time in 7 days). Plants are 7 days into switch. Haven’t seen any pistols yet....running same nutes as last week. Will fill second reservoir tomorrow April 24th: Filled second reservoir mixed nutes as 12 gallon ppm was 650 vs mixing as 13 gallon reservoir 800 ppm Defoliated two plants (second time)

Besides the top coals getting heat stress it was a good week :) Raised the nutrients levels this week to 10ml each except for MagnifiCal. Midway through flower they don't require these nutrients thus you'll begin to see the colour changes in the leaves. Was completely out of room to raise the lights which resulted in doing some emergency supercropping. A bit late in flowering to be performing this technique but their was no other option Some light defoliation throughout the week. Don't want bud site to be covered

Howdy growfessors! Flowering has begun on these ladies, it probably started last week or maybe 2 weeks ago, but oh well it's upon us now and the ladies are hungry! Day 82 - 12/12/19 So harvest is here and what a journey this has been :) This plant took much longer than the others but paid off at the end with huge colas! Wet weigh was around 400g so im expecting about 60g from this once dried :) Has a slight fruity/spicy taste to it. i wont be able to honestly tell until fully dried and cured though :) Big thanks to RQS for thier amazing genetics and a big thanks to all who helped out along the way! Il update the dry weight when dried and the bud report all throughout curing :) Day 85 - 16/12/19 All buds have been dried and damn it really filled up this 68g jar! i got 64g dry weight of prime buds probably another 10g of popcorn buds that i threw in with the trim. coming into heavy flowering i expected an ounce, after i started adding calmag and pk13/14 the buds exploded. and my expectations raised to about 45g. for it to be 64g at harvest from a 43cm tall plant thats something. A few experienced growers reckoned the high yield was because of polyploidy which i believe is a genetic mutation. i looked it up and i cant say if this is what happened or not. The bud has been dried fully and slower than last time, ive tried to have airflow somewhat around the buds but not too close to avoid drying too quick. Ive only been curing for a day but its so smooth already. ive never tried anything like lowryder which is the makeup of this strain so il have to honestly rate it once cured for a week or so :) but until then i will say its been getting me quite stoned and couchlocked. i definitely harvested near the end of the harvest window. il add a final update once cured for a week so u guys know what this strain is like as a final product. Day 89 - 19/12/19 Ive cured for around a week and ive been smoking the buds and watching christmas movies alot! :'D The curing has developed a nice hit on the throat and more flavour along with burning better in joints and bongs :) ive smoked some exotic strains but i honestly feel this is among the best grown smoke ive had. it just feels so well grown with a smooth burn! i definitely harvested on the later side of the harvest window as buds have mostly amber pistils and smoking them gets me pretty stoned and sleepy! this is great as i have trouble sleeping and relaxing. i havent had this much sleep in a while. while i would say this is fairly average bud i still would rate it a solid 7, sure it might not have a strong exotic smell or flavour but it gets the job done well! and the high yield really impressed me. considering i need to be growing enough to stay medicated the 64g dry weight really made my day! Its very relaxing to know you dont have to struggle to get your medicine! I added a few photos of the best buds in the jar and im really impressed with myself for growing some fat buds! Have a good christmas folks and hope you enjoyed the diary, im gonna add it in to the newbie christmas draw so keep an eye out for it on there :) Finally i added a video of the little cayenne pepper plant featured in week 4 of this diary, its 78 days old now and is growing nice green waxy peppers :) I cant wait to makesome chilli flakes and some soup to keep me warm over the winter as soon as the peppers ripen! Buenas a tod@s... Empezamos con la primer semana de flora, se las ve muy bien de momento, crecen fuertes y uniformes, algunas hojas marcan exceso, pero v atodo bien... Esperomos sacar buena cosecha en lo q respecta a calidad y cantidad, q ver q sale, de momento q crezcan fuertes y sanas... Un saludos y buenos humos... 💪🏻🏻😎

Topped the plant in day 29 from seed. Nutrients concentration is dropping 10-20 PPM every 1-2 days. PH is drifting up every day, I have to drop the PH every 1 to 2 days. Light intensity for this week is at 46% ( Fluence Spydr 2i) . After toppling I dropped the light intensity to 36% for a day.

3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.
