Day 3 of flower & these ladies are stretching great! We are having a bit of a calmag Deficiency right now but currently in the process of trying to fix it so hopefully they bounce back! The Gelato OG from seedsman is a monster to only be 42 days old not sure if I just got a good pheno or what happened but compared to the other gelato beside it from the same bag it looks like a completely different plant! Can’t wait to see how the buds turn out! It's been great.. upgraded their tent, girls are stretching fairly but not excessively. I remove lst tie downs before flowering [experiment] but had to redo to maximize light penetration, previous topping and lst created a lot of bud sites Happy growing guys..

Days 67 - 73 (from seed) 4/8/24 - 4/14/24 Lamp distance: 12" @ 75% power (estimate 800+ PAR from highest point of canopy) VPD: leaf surface temperature averaging 68-72 degrees - humidity set to 45% Feed schedule: Each plant receiving slowly downward now to 1/3 gallon water daily + once a week feeding schedule and additional FPE every third day IPM: visual inspection only, no foliar Notes: Flowers are really swelling up this week. All plants in the tent now showing signs of senescence with Cookies & Berries just barely fading. As the week went on their need for water has slowly diminished back down to roughly 1/3 gallon a day, but a day or two in there they also received their 1/2+ gallon daily. Usually can tell how much watering they need by lifting the pots and determining by weight/feel, or if there's any water run-off but that is quite uncommon/undesirable. Hot Damn! currently reeking the most out of them all, lots of sweet funk when you just get near it. Vanilla Fizz has a very mellow smell check until you do rub it then it's a cheesy/funk bomb. Cookies & Berries seems to have the lightest appearance of resin coverage and the least nose out of the tent - but when you rub it the resin is very very tacky and smells of chemical citrus fruit, maybe pine. Mango Sky is fairly mellow too but after touching the flowers it's bold and sticky, smells like menthol (to me, but not unanimous) and tropical fruits.

GROW 😛 Plants have grown rapidly. GraduallIy I removed the side branches. They look very naked now. But experience has taught me that - especially with SOG - you can almost never overdo it, by removing sidebranches for up to 3 weeks of flowering (depending on the sativa/indica ratio). Usually these branches do not get enough light, so they do not produce many flowers. 😺 On DAY 12 : The smallest plant is 30 cm. The largest plant is 68 cm. 😊 ------------------------------------------ BLOOM 😍 First flowers appear. The plants already smell very nice ! 👍 ------------------------------------------ WATER + NUTRITION 😱 On day 8 I watered the plants by hand, for the last time: 5 liter water with 2 tablets of RQS Easy Bloom Booster. From day 9 I have connected the autopots to the water tank. Hopefully the biotabs tablets provide enough nutrition for the coming weeks. ------------------------------------------ AIR HUMIDITY 😨 To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have to refill the two 7.5 liter humidifiers daily. 👍 As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity for a stimulating VPD. 💪 The WATERING VOLUME PER PLANT PER 24H above, is in fact PER POT (4 Plants / pots) !!! 👌

Would like to hear opinions.. Grapefruit from dinafem is amazing smell - very fruity and sweet.. Sweet and sour and spliffs strawberry share almost the same smell but sweet and sour is more hubba bubba chewing gum, intensive sweetnes... Remo chemo still no distincitve smell, just sweet.. amazing trichome production. Ayahuasca isnt purple and smells like a bag of nuts and petroleum. Very odd i am afraid i wont like.her...

Not done much different in the last week. Just moving the light up a little. Is very close to the two tall ones to make sure the others are good. They don't seem to mind!

Pure ice cream clone 1 has roots and started growing finally. She has some deformities in new vegging leaves. I imagine it is nutrition related. She kinda lst to herself when she fell over several days ago. She was showing signs of growth so I didn't want to disturb her, and mess it up. Everything is looking good for this clone now. I am not sure how long I want to veg her, and her sister if she pulls through. Nothing else to report at this time. Chugging along. Much better fertilization rate than expected. All looking good up and down each branch. Almost all budsites are stacked with seeds even the lower ones Moved to different tent cuz original one was a damn mess with plant matter and whatnot on the floor. Only one that looks possibly behind us the PotG. I just think it’s a matter of not having seeds busting out the bracts quite like the others. Very happy with the results Check out previous weeks for procedure information. I’ll add them to each with soon. If not showing now go back to first couple weeks of the diary to see specifics on what I used, and how.

Week 4 - 5

Such a Wonderfull 17.7. 🙌 This week was a bit harder.. We Just solved problem with "mushrooms" on leafs.. And we were 1,5 Day without energy... 😶 But ladys are great and strong! We have done as well Scrog with Tangie's. Maybe a bit later, but it so 🤷‍♂️ have a fun by our growing

10/28 - First week in the books. I figured now would be as good a time as any to use a sprouted seed tea because the plants seem to be starting to fully stretch. Pistils are coming slowly but surely. Canopy isn't full but it's still the best I've ever done and I'll take that knowledge into future grows. Exciting weeks ahead. Crazy to think in two weeks it will look more like the finished product than the plants you see before you. I'll take them out for a photo shoot this weekend. The amount times I will be taking them out of the tent will be limited from here-on-out. These plants are getting cumbersome.

Week 6 went well, I switched to flowering nutrients along with cal mag at an EC of 1.4, and I am slowly raising until I hit an EC of 1.6 within a few days. I did defoliate twice this week, just to improve airflow, and also because the lower fan leaves I removed were not receiving significant light. The runoff of the fertigate is not exceeding 1.5 EC so I am happy with that. I am hoping to keep a minimal amount of colas, and hopefully pull some denser buds than I got my first run. So far I am very pleased with my Mars Hydro Sp250, and especially these genetics from Sweet Seeds. Thanks for checking me out, and blaze on!
