My Northern Lights #10 plant is an absolute beast! It's the biggest one in the tent, and it's branching out like crazy. The stems are thick and strong, and it just looks super healthy overall. You can definitely see the classic Northern Lights genetics in its growth pattern – it's a vigorous and sturdy strain. I'm excited to see how big this one gets! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

Both girls stretched nicely despite selective defoliation on Mar 9. They bounced back almost immediately. Started adjusting mixtures towards removing fish mix completely and replacing with Bio grow. In coming week will adding bio bloom and top max to mixture. There was 2 waterings of 3ltr on Mar 9 + last foliar feeding and second on Mar 13 and it was first large feeding 6 ltr beetwen both. Surprisingly only a few drops of runoff. Watering in stages of approx. 500ml every 20-30min. Decided to not install a scrog this time as want to have opportunity to apply more old school methods of training and to be able to remove/rotate girls easily. Let's see if this will pay me off. D88 - She stretched a lot and I did not intervene with her stretching that much. She doesn't even need any LST since the beginning of flowering. I am just defoliating her a little bit by taking out the leaves blocking the direct light and that's it. Pollination - Previously I harvested some male pollen from a female plant by spraying colloidal silver. This plant itself was a breed of White Rhino X AK47 (White47 I call it). Now I pollinate White 47 with AK47 again at the third week and it will have time to mature her seeds I hope. I marked the branches and turned off-the fan nearly for a day to prevent over-pollination. I took a video in case you want to create your own seeds!

Day 49 today and the start of an attempt at drought stressing her . The science says to withhold water until a noticable droop on their frame bit rhisnlady is a solid limbed , woody beast so that won't happen the same at all. To counter this I expect around 7 days is all I will push it too so right on point for a final weeks feeding before harvest and ripening. The effect hoped for a is a noticable difference in the thc and oils produced. It sounds similar in move as other methods like stem splitting , taking chunks out as though being threatened by wildlife ect.. but is more in keeping with seasonal changes and auxin changes. I did leave my last crop in the dark for over 7 days drying but didn't benefit too much from that. It is something I have wondered about since reading about it. I pulled the Red Hot Cookie and the Sweet Afghani Delicious as rhe tank took a turn for the worse so took the sensible option. S.a.d is drying but I quick dried the Rhc and had a few nice joints from her. not her full potential but certainly helped me sleep. lol Amnesia haze is mid way through her second pistil flush with plenty of fresh ones backing them up too . Her overall size and bud yield should be even better once they begin to discolour and push even more trichromes from this amazingly sweet and fruity girl. She was the 1st to show hunger issues before i used the megacrop addition so was taking all her stashed nutes . shebhas rewarded me with a very good sized plant that is a star to work with. He buds are rock solid to touch and leave a beautiful smell on my fingers when touched. The trichromes are slowly being hidden by the newer pistil growth but inexpectbsjebwill build on them too. I didnget a day of high humidity when my dehumidifier filled up and switched off. This managed to allow some bud rot onto 1 cola but I caught it early enough to not be an issue now. She has done her breeders proud indeed. I hope the pics do her justice as I love this lady and how's he is finishing. 2 weeks max now I think. Enjoy the vid and pics. thanks for stopping in. Added some cheap Wilkos organic feed into the mix because why the hell not? All plants look happy, healthy and green. PK will be added the next 2 weeks of peak flower. This plant is at the back of the timelapses.

Day 27 today plants look ready to stretch fully Into flower. Or at least I hope so. They don't look so healthy , I have changed soil which I'm already regretting. Today and top dressed each plant with 10g each of Greenhouse feed bio bloom.

Es geht in die Blüte 😃 Ich kenne den Strain noch nicht und rechne trotz topping mit einer starken Streckung in den erst ca. 4 Wochen. Ich liebe es ja jedes Mal zu sehen wie schnell sich die Pflanzen entwickeln und nach Umstellung des Lichts verändern. Ab jetzt werde ich bei jedem gießen den Mineralischen Dünger von Plagron verwenden. Trauermücken nerven hart sollten aber dank fressfeinden bald Geschichte sein. Ich bin gespannt 😉

Wow the amount of growth over the last week have been staggering! Keeping the plants on the same strength feed as not nute burn or deficiency has been shown yet. HOWEVER I did notice some of them showing signs of sex!!!! I can’t tell yet so hopefully soon! Installed a filter in the tent with an actual exhaust fan instead of my pc fan pushing air out. The airflow seems great and it keeps temps nice and balanced Heater gets temp to 81° With the fan pulling air out slightly then the heater stops and the exhausts kicks up faster to pull air in until temps drop to 75° rinse and repeat. The runt is finally starting to grow lots now as well. And I have a short time lapse video that I’ll try and post in a bit! Noticing some mild weed smell now too, filters working as I don’t smell it outside only in the tent :) that makes me pretty happy lol

Schwerer rückschlag: sciarid larvae (trauermückenlarven) haben die Hälfte der seedlings angefressen. Nur die Pötte, wo neue pflanzerde drin war, wurden verschont. Diese Mücken legen ihre Eier in feuchtes Substrat und die Larven fressen Keimlinge und junge wurzeltriebe... klassisch Pech gehabt.. tausche jetzt die Erde und setze das dritte mal an diese Saison. Das Zeitfenster für automatics ist noch groß genug 🙂 Aufgeben ist keine Option.

Finally got somd fertillizer from bio-bizz, and i tied the top stems more to the the bottom to increase lower growth thanks to @Doggy for the help

This week marked a turning point in the photoperiod grow. The plants continued to establish themselves in their new 3-gallon pots, showing strong vegetative growth and handling training well. Early in the week, I topped and spread out the branches, guiding the canopy into an even structure. Light LST adjustments kept new growth sites exposed, and I tucked large fan leaves when needed to balance airflow and light penetration. Midweek, I gave them a feed of Cal-Mag and silica, splitting about a gallon between the two. This coincided with the new auto-watering bases being filled, so the roots stayed consistently hydrated while still benefiting from the light top watering. The steady moisture helped them bounce back quickly from the topping and training stress.
