One week closer to anlovely smelling harvest

Well week 6 has started and 12-12 has 1 official day in the books! Short run with a couple of experiments, lol. We got some new seeds, autos. We got early miss and fucking incredible from crop kings and Zkittles, gelato, and wedding cake from ILGM plus a couple of Herer seeds from a friend. 6/1 she is in flower. Gave her a feeding yesterday. 6/2 she is starting to fill out and has good color. She is a stinky little plant. Someone told me cheese is really skunk#1 that the name was changed in England to cheese. 6/5 she is moving along. She is not very tall but her buds are getting thick fast.

been awhile... gee, idk how long been in jars now.... anyways, was playin around with the microscope yesterday, and made a little video... i called it :Red the Video:) just wanted to share some final thoughts .... this is pure medicinal, with no brain altering component ... this is for ppl (workers, military, emt, children, etc) who need to keep a clear head with full high dose of thc/cbd for medical problems... this has - kill cancerous cells if administered correctly...... ........ this is now my go-to medicinal strain...... 👍😎

Like I said normal difficulty but good resistance at the same time. Similar to an OG kush kinda. Sampled some already great smoke decent flavor considering it’s not cured yet. It still needs a day or 2 to dry as well but won’t cure it as I need weed soon. Hope y’all liked it and hope u look at my primary grow which is my 5x5 gorilla grow tent with a viparspectra ks5000 515 watt led light with full equipment including ac unit and DIY co2.

05/09/18 - Everything’s looking good so far had to tie some more wire around the stems. I’ve replaced canna boost with terpinator and should hopefully getting my big bud coco tomorrow and start adding that to the mix 🏻 06/09/18 - added some big bud into the mix this afternoon let’s hope the buds start chunking up. 08/09/18 - seen some brownish spots appearing on girl #1 And #3 and not on #2 yet but I’ll be keeping an eye out. 09/09/18 - brown spots have seemed to come to a hault not seen anymore progression , I’ve upped the terpinator from 2ml too 4ml per litre and also removed rhizotonic (ran out to be honest) and cal mag has went up to 1.5ml per litre. 💧💧💦

Honestly not much to say about the dry and trim, which is definitely a good thing. 12 days hanging in the tent, and the plants were ready to trim. me & the Mrs. absolutely sailed through it. Stores like a dream, and smokes the same. Not a crazy amount of flavour, but the aroma that it has is lime and cream. And the taste is more earthy and spicy. Loving and savouring every bit of it. Sorry I’m very late with this, but I’ve been busy getting my next plants started! You should see them come up soon, as I’m quite behind in my posting. I’m very happy! 🤟💚

Empiezo la semana 2 muy emocionado, pues las pequeñas ya estan todas fuera y preciosas, hoy despues de 7 dias desde que germinamos vamos a trasplantar las pequeñas a unas macetitas del mismo material que las que teniamos antes pero esta vez son de 1L, muy importante, cunado trasplanto siempre entierro el tallo hasta los cotiledones, de esta ,manera la damos mas fuerza a la planta. La sorpresa viene cuandro al transplantar me quedo enamorado del sistema radicular de las Blue Elite Indica, pues parece que tengan pelo!😂 Estoy muy contento ya que estan todas muy sanas y con mucha fuerza para seguir adelante.

Permanent Marker was the last one standing and got the chop at day 75 of flower, nearly 11 weeks. The trichomes were still not very amber anywhere except the top sugar leaves, but it was about 90% milky white, and the leaves were all drying out. I bagged 36g of larfy buds and trimmings, 20.5g top buds, and 12g small buds. 32g smokable is not bad. I will update with smoke report in a couple weeks, but initial tests were promising. Strong chemical taste not far off from its namesake, with a KO strength punch.

05/19/2020 All going well, have to grow in containers this season, I might be moving before harvest so only veggies in the ground. But all are adjusting well 😊 I will give more details on individual plants shortly #1 is10" tall new growth looks good getting thick. #2 is 11.5" tall #4 is 7" tall but healthy #5 is 16"

* harvest: 8 weeks veg. 60 days flowering * pot size: 10liter air-pot * dry bud yield: 59gram * Appearance: the most frosty buds i have ever seen in my life. Its shining like a diamond. I could look at them all day * Bud density: 10/10 * Aroma : smelling like gas with a mix of ripe peaches * Taste : damn the peach terps are insane on the inhale, a strong gas taste on the exhale * Potency : 10/10 * Kind of high: next level strong, like you are smoking extracts * Colour of thrichs at time of harvest: 20% amber 80% milky * Drying time: 10 days in the dry tent, curing 10 days * Good comments: This has to be the frostiest plant i have ever grown, the trichome/resin production on this plant is insane and never seen before. Also one of the prettiest plants i have grown, the leaves turned out completely dark purple/black at the end of flower. The terpenes on this plant are incredible. Im super impressed by this seedbank and i will definitly grow more from them. * bad comments: this pheno wasnt a heavy yielder but thats ok, quality over quantity

It was overall a very very fast grow, definitely in the room im growing in now. I had 2 different lights on her and she still decided to be done within 10 weeks!

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Siamo arrivati alla 4 settimana e le piante incominciano a sviluppare pre fiori,hanno veramente tanto vigore e tendono a crescere in altezza per la maggior parte con una classica forma ad abete

They are 45 and 50 cm Both of them look pretty, each one is different from the other but they are beautiful 😍 Taller still being fat, her leaves are turning darker and i like it. The smaller have more branches, so i think in the end they both will yield about the same, or maybe smaller yields more. Let's see. Both plants don't look like other diaries i've been following 😯 They have a strong fruity sweet smell, But not as strong as PE. Watered yesterday with nutrients, i'm not sure if keep feeding them or not. I guess if i give them one more week (maybe cut them on feb 11) their colas may gain some weight, specially lower buds. Dann noch je 2l ph 6.1 Wasser in die Bewässerungsbasen pro Pflanze.
