Reyden I want to thank Tommy, jaypp, and Apolo for generously giving me the opportunity to grow 3 Sweet Seeds genetics that I could choose... Well, I picked 2 indica strains, including Purple Punch OG, which I really liked based on its characteristics, and 1 half sativa and half indica that I wanted to try, which I will talk about in separate diaries... I will plant it in a few days while waiting for the new soil to arrive... I'm really excited, I can't wait to get started.. If anyone has already grown this genetic and also the Indigo Berry Kush, please let me know how it went ππ€π

Reyden I honestly have to compliment SweetSeeds and this Purple Punch OG which is incredibly vigorous and was the first one out (48h)... now I'm just misting a bit of distilled water on the leaves of the plants diluted with a natural nettle product and a bit of easy combo (grow) diluted from RQS that works well with humic acid, nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, potassium.
I'll be back with more updates for this week.. I'm thinking of trying main lining, if anyone wants to give me tips, they're welcome π

Reyden I'm happy because this week I see that things are going well and the two branches have already reached the third internode... Next, I'll continue with manifold and raise the food to 1350 ec. I had to correct the last solution with calcium and magnesium because some leaves had small deficiencies, and I keep misting every now and then. The nettle macerate I collected personally a few days ago and let it macerate for 48 hours before filtering and using as a foliar spray has also turned out great. pH raised to 6.7 to help with calcium absorption π±π€πββοΈπΉ Tomorrow 7/6 I'll continue manifold on the side branches π¨βπΎ

Reyden Tomorrow Iβll have to go buy what I need to make some clones while I trim the unnecessary branches π±π½
This week I added calcium and magnesium along with a banana tea that Iβll start giving next week.
Today I switched to 14 hours of light and from next week Iβll go to 12β¦ I absolutely have to keep some clones of this PPOG because itβs a bomb π
Weβll see how it evolves later, I canβt wait ππ»ππ»π€π΄

Reyden Unfortunately, I've been called to work and I'm going out to sea 3 days a week plus helping a friend at the bar to try to get something going for October... The girls have been a bit neglected but they're doing fine on their own... Last week I did a nice flush of 3 liters L one with cold water before feeding them more heavily. This week I made a brew with 15 banana peels to give a PK boost for these lovely little flowers, and let's keep our fingers crossed to see them bloom beautifully in a few weeks because the stash isn't the best π·π€‘ππ½π€π«οΈ I'm sorry to everyone for not being present, but I'll try to catch up little by little even if I skip some steps. Good things and good vibes to all of us ππ
Two things:
1) Do you say "mushroom friend" just for laughs and then remove it, or is it really a friend and you leave it?
2) Given the training technique you're using, will you do another topping to go from 2 to 4 tops, or are you stopping at 2?
Hi, thanks :)
@Dingle_Dangle, hey buddy, to answer you about the fungus, it was really a friend but then unfortunately it just takes too much water and the fungus decomposes.. Instead, with the main lining technique, I get from 4 to 8 tops, it depends on how the plants behave... And it depends on how to make use of the space..
@Reyden, it also happens to me that little mushrooms like that grow, but I always pull them out! I interpret them as a sign of "too much water." Am I wrong?
@Dingle_Dangle, yes they usually sprout during the vegetative phase but because I made the mistake of mixing in some universal soil since I was out of good soil, I don't think they would have sprouted if it was good soil... It seems there were spores of these mushrooms in there which I can't remember the name of... I mist 2-3 times a day with cal mag for deficiencies so I have more humidity π§ββοΈπ±π―
@Reyden,
πππ
Had a grow of those 2 years ago, nothing better than a fresh picked shroom to eat. They even tasted not bad all.
Good luck with that!π€―

@Sweet_Seeds, thanks Apolo ππ this phenotype of Purple Punch OG that I got is growing like a rocket!!! I'm having a blast, I think it's going to give me some nice gifts π―ππ
