Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. The weight is coming now. The smell is very sweet

Soooo week 10 :) These girls are looking reeeeaaal nice SS1 (on the left) is <25 days from harvest and SS2 has still a while to go id say 😄 But all in all things are looking super good buds are looking super nice and frooosty with SS1 starting to shift its energy into budding whereas SS2 is still throwing out some wild pistols :) The smell is super strong which I’m happy about, some staaaanky skunkalicious bud🤤 I have stopped giving SS1 nutes, giving her only water after her flush in week 9and she’s doing awesome! SS2 I’m still giving biobizz grow and bloom 0.5ml/l ea. And she is also loving her environment Got some mushies growing in the one pot though 😄 pulled them out just to be safe still have to do some research :) might have something to say about the enviroment at the surface of the soil. ??

Die Schwester hinkt zwar kräftig hinterher wegen ihrem Wasserschaden, aber zum Rauchen allemal gut . Leichte Cal-Mag Probleme werden sichtbar . irs Day 84 right now probably gonna chop her down on day 90. I’ve learned a lot from this grow and so far satisfied (for now) the smoke from the black cream is smooth asf it’s still curing right now but it’s sure to be a delight. Great genetics by sweet seeds would definitely recommend and run them again stay tuned for final weigh

Deceded to cut! Perhaps a little prematurely but I was seeing cloudy and some amber so decided to pull the trigger. First grow and all so hopefully only up from here! Not much to note apart from the buds fattening up and further fading in the leaves as expected. I dropped the temp a bit and they spent their final 48 hours in darkness. Literally just going off what I have read and I will have nothing to compare this to as this is my first grow! Very happy with what i see and I am now hanging the plants whole. I am expecting some nice clean smoke as these were flushed for their final 3 weeks. Hoping for a 7-10 day dry and then into jars for curing after trimming over screens Will update harvest for all 3 plants once this stage is complete with dry weights. Thanks to all that have commented and I will be planting 4 mephisto seeds from a mystery pack once the tent is free.

Ab geht’s in die Blütephase! Die Kabul erweist sich meines Erachtens bisher pflegeleicht. Außer das ich sie am Anfang zur Seite gebogen habe, entwickelt sie sich kräftig. Die Seitentriebe haben sich ihren Platz ergattert und wachsen kräftig mit. Zur besseren Belüftung habe ich im unteren Bereich ein wenig Blätter und kleine Triebe entfernt. Nix spannendes… Ich beobachte jetzt ihren Stretch und werde dann nochmal in ca. zwei Wochen etwas radikaler dran gehen. 😎

She's looking super healthy and and strong can't wait to see this beautiful strain in full flowering stage, I'm feeling a very good stretch,shed definitely a big girl,she's eating very well, no deficientes or nutrients burn so far. Let's see how this wonderful organic lady performs. On August 9th I start to see the change from vegetative stage to flowering stage,she looks super healthy and strong,I missed some watering a few days ago,however she is perfectly fine and happy,she's a dream to grow.

Iniziamo a sentire sulle dita il suo profumo fruttato, citrico. Dimmi un titolo del Abbiamo ripulito la parte inferiore della pianta, quella più in ombra...... sembra che la ragazza si sia anche ripresa da quella Artiglio di azoto👏🏻👍🏻

It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

Unfortunately, the plants have numerous leaves which look unhealthy (discolored, droopy, crispy/decayed). I removed the 3-4 worst looking leaves from each plant every other day, although I know that can be harmful to autos. Started adding in "Sensi Cal" this week to hopefully rebound from potential mineral deficiencies. Still using Recharge microbes once a week. Nutrients are now being administered accurately and at 1/4 the recommended level. Despite the unhealthy state of the plants, the pre-flowering bud sites look pretty good to me. I'm happy to see healthy looking pistils. Needless to say, I'm very eager to get these girls back on track and looking vibrant and verdant ASAP.
