Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Her buds are getting huge. The trichomes are everywhere now and the smell is amazing. I had to add a lot of string just to support the branches. This strain is growing so incredible, I love it. I wish I had more of this strain. It was my only seed for now. Very happy (10/10)

Nice structure can't complain, maybe the terps are better this run.

Flush time for divine storm and mandarin dreams. These ladies are frosty and sticky AF! Just insane how sticky they are and the frost is like light snow, my camera just doesn't do it justice. Start of week 3 of flowering for plants 2 & 3. They are showing signs of heat stress, three days last week temps in the grow room reach 35°c. Aside from some heat stress, the plants still look healthy and the bud sites are developing nicely. Light defoliation of each plant, removing the dying leaves and some of the ones showing signs of dying.

Our weather is erratic with no consistency from day to day. I found an interesting weather almanac for our area (see pic). May’s month to date was 93 high and low of 48. See the historical highs and lows that shows within a degree or 2 of this current week. The historical highs and lows were 100 yrs apart. This week we had both in the same week. Sie ist soweit. Die Farbe ist intensiv und sie richt verdammt gut. Zum schnellen trocknen im Zelt, habe Ich jeden Zweig einzeln aufgehängt und versucht die Relative Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 58 - 62% zu halten und die Temperatur unter 18 Grad Celsius zu bekommen. Sobald die Stängel knacken schneide ich die Buds runter und lege sie im Zelt in Pizzakartons damit sich die Feuchtigkeit gleichmäßig verteilt.

Northern lights has grown good. She has been switched to ph water only about 4 days ago. The next update will be her harvest. She has a earthy, and citrus aroma. Smells really good. She is looking GREAT and the Smell is Citrus and Cola and she continues to packing on the frost along with bulking buds! I guessing 2 more weeks until harvest.

Plants are still stretching even through lollipop-ping and defoliating. I’m pushing the EC @ 2.2 and going to raise it to 2.4-2.5 in near future when adding PK 13/14. That smell of weed plant is growing but no actual hint of flavor yet. I was lucky enough to get strong vegetation growth during veg hoping for a super fruitful harvest. I’m almost certain I’ll be doing 10-12 weeks with these ladies.

It was time to chop one of the girls. After wet trim scale show 547g what I find a great result. Second plant will stay in the tent for about a week longer. First one: from 547 wetwith some stems I finished with 102g dry and trimmed Second one: 617 wet harvest, dry 135 Final weight from two plants is 237g so I'm super happy about this grow.
