Was able to go back and find the photos for this plant when harvested. Really enjoyed growing this and was one of my favorite highs I’ve ever grown. @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Hello growers Lost our #1 to bananas but let's not think about that too much as we have a beautiful plant still going. Removed most of the clip this week, she is taking shape nicely. Watering every 2-3 days and also spraying down every morning due to the dry air rn. Will dry feed in more casting this week also.

I figured nothing could go wrong with 50% amber / 50% milky trichomes. Harvest day, Medical Mass: Huge buds and no traumas but got bud rot because of too high temps. The best I've ever smoked. Harvest day, Pineapplex Express: Got an early trauma when transplanting but handled it beautifully. Potent smoke. Pretty satisfied for a first grow, and I have a lot of changes for my 2nd grow!

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

This week they did more stretching as you can see the one on the left is into and above the light! I can't believe this but I'll role with it! I slowly defoliate just a little here and there between watering and filling the humidifiers. They really like to eat! Also, something to note that is they love the humidity as well as the warmth. I had to clean the outside of their grow bags this week. To my surprise the roots are starting to come out the bag! I can't believe it but this is awesome! Now they'll die due to contact with the air, and in return get bigger to take in even more nutrients! As predicted they fell off because their little pieces are on the floor. Well I fed and watered them daily. Like normal whenever I fed them either nutrients or soil amendments I made sure to water the plants with plain pH balanced H2O the next day in order to flush them. Then I would do any soil amendments if needed. After that plain pH balanced H20 and then you could do another fertilizer nutrient for them. After that pH balanced H20 and then you return to the soil amendments if needed. That way every other day you're feeding soil then pH balanced H20 then nutrients then pH balanced H20. This will allow you to monitor pH imbalances, nutrient burn, or any subtle changes you need to make you can catch it before it happens hopefully!

Other then that trichomes are getting crazy on The buds , they are really filling out now starting week 3 . Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent.
