Northern lights grew great in the Pro-mix medium size hp bag. She had a struggle through the grow. She really wanted more space to root. I did have a salt build up towards the end of vegging. A few minor issues beside that. She did fill the little Spider Farmer tent. She turned out great. Thanks again Pro-mix, Medic Grow, Spider Farmer, and Divine Seeds. This wasca slightly different style grow compared to my usual methods using the Pro-mix. End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

9/18: New week...fed with Boomerang and Kangaroots 9/19: Applied Axiom harpin proteins and boomboom spray 9/20: Fed full strength TPS One...decent growth on everybody. The big Amnesiac is so sexy..prolly gonna be too big for the garden, but I'll figure something out... The baby LCK is coming along nicely, and I won't feel too badly switching her to 13/11 with everybody else... 9/21: Tucked a few leaves and took some photos and a video. Looking good. Just a couple more days of 24/0... 9/22: Switched out the 560w of 5000k CCT lighting for 720w of 3000k CCT lighting and set the timer for 12/12. Decided against 13/11 with emerson effect...trying to save a few bucks on electricity. I'm keeping the lights at 30" from the tops for a day or two. 9/23: The girls loved their first night of sleep...so perky!

Week 4 (12.21.25--12.28.25) 12.25.25 took photos 1x1 transitioned to bloom nutes

Wish I could have vegged the clones another couple of weeks but the Zkitzo was just growing to fast. In hindsight shouldn’t have put a plant from seed in with the clones. Seeds always grow like mad in NFT and clones are more manageable as they don’t have a tap root. Still got some absolutely beautiful looking and smelling bud from the Zkitzo so can’t really regret it. The Gelatos are rock solid right through and look absolutely beautiful. Used rainwater right the way through on this so should smoke nice to. Better pictures as it dries.

We are DEEP onto flower now. Buds are still developing nice and at a steady pace. I was a little worried I'd get herms since my last ILGM grow was canceled because 4 plants hermed, but so far its looking great! This puts us right around Day 30 of flower and it can't look much healthier. One of the bottom leaves looks to be displaying a small P deficiency, so we will continue feeding at 2 tbsps here of the Flower Girl. However we'll take a break on the kelp meal. She definitely needs to be watered a tad more frequently, but we are still doing at most one watering a day. Even still, she's doing well and I honestly can't complain. Cheers for the final 3-5 weeks as we watch her put on more weight to these buds. Cheers til next time -DJ sunstone

Still feeding the same,she's very thirsty but considering the size etc it's understandable.Love the chocolope smell,still remember it from my last grow.Packing on bud atm.Should probably defoilate about 20% in the next day or so.

Week 16 - Day 103 08/16: Harvested Aaliyah on 08/15, Day 102 from soil and Day of flowering. After one week of pure water for Aaliyah, some of the trichomes have turned amber. I decided to harvest about 3/4 of the plant. Some of the lower buds didn’t receive enough light during the grow, so I’m hoping they can grow a little more before I bring the whole plant down. I also removed some of the dead and very young growth that was coming up. I didn’t have another spot to hang the buds because of the smell, so I tied them over the other plants. Now that she is mostly harvested, the smell has increased. I now have Annie on the side so she is getting less direct light. She already took some bleaching on her main colas. Alexis still has about a week left. I’ll check her trichomes before the next watering to see if I should start flushing. 08/18: Aaliyah’s harvested buds were getting close to being dry, so I decided to start cleaning up some of the sugar leaves. The smaller, less developed buds got chopped up and set aside for some dry ice hash. Since she was on the left side of the tent, a lot of her colas did not receive enough direct light. I hung up a few of the nicer looking ones that I’m keeping as flower to finish drying. [General notes: I still don’t have a scale to take note of the exact wet weight, but I’ll make sure to have one for the dry weight. And since all three plants are of the same strain, I’m going to wait till the last one is chopped up before posting the full harvesting results.]

Doing great as you can see, flipped schedule to 12/12 hope it goes into flowering in a couple of days. Plant is loving the rqs organic pellets in the substrate

Welcome to week 11 where we see her finally blowing up the way i wanted, it finally chilled out in bushing and FINALLY focused on growing buds. She is really thick and frosty now i think the big bud is really going to shine on this one. Wont be any crazy big plant but im just happy with the progress and how she looks and smells. Im sorry the last two weeks werent filled with updates, life has been busy and complicated i truly am sorry and will do better i promise.

Warming up nicely, 22c days, 10c nights, finally some more rapid growth. Final top of all 16 leading nodes this week, of which I've left the first nodes (removed second, topped third) after the last top as secondary branches. This should give a total of 64 primary nodes. You'll notice the right side gets a little less sun, and there's a few pesky nodes that just refuse to grow, Ohh well, there's enough as is, but the symmetry won't be perfect haha. Will measure and order a proper scrog net this week, generally won't put it on until shortly after final flower stretch. I'll be using bud clips for simple LST to try and keep an even canopy. I've been bending some nodes towards the middle to help it fill in. Nothing but drip irrigation 2hrs and a spray of Lost Coast Plant Therapy this week.

Did one more molasses water 2 tsp molasses to 1 gal water then a final plain water ph 6.3 a couple days later. I think tomorrow is harvest day. I believe i wouldve gotten a better yield if i had the lights lower and or turned up higher. Also only 50% strength pk booster on autos from now on. Lessons learned hopefully next harvest is better.

06/30/2020 Ain't she sweet! She has produced the seed I wanted so I am gonna feed her some OVERDRIVE see if she will make a little more buds to smoke. Cookie Cake would normally go 7-10 weeks on a 12-12 schedule so I think she will be done by week 7 at 11-13 light/dark schedule. Can't wait to start these seeds, my mouth is watering thinking of how the flavors and aromas will recombine! Maybe some cherry vanilla earthy pine goodness? We shall see hopefully a perfect union!

Die Grapefuel Gelato ist als erstes fertig geworden. Habe ein paar Bilder der Trichome von einer AI analysieren lassen und laut der ist der Anteil der Amber-Farbenen ca. 27% im Durchschnitt. Jetzt wird erstmal abgeholzt und dann nass angezogen. Update nach dem Ernten: Es scheint sich um einen gassy Pheno zu handeln 😋 an manchen Stellen haben sich anstatt 2 gleich 3 Buds gebildet 😍 bin echt auf den ersten Rauchtest gespannt 💚

Last week was very successful pretty happy about how turned out during veg no I got them flipping to flower on a 12 to 12 light cycle I'm feeding with envy part a & b with envy bloom trigger all plants looking healthy and can't wait to see bud start growing gotta give a shout out to experts seed for this strain

This little lady is growing on track and she seems to be pretty happy. I moved her into a different tent because i was reading that Autos dont do the best until they are flowering in 12/12 of light. Depending how tall she gets i will likely not move her and keep the 18/6 schedule at this time. I am hoping for some better growth in the next few weeks with a closer light and only room for her. Grow notes week 3 #1 This plant is healthy and thriving. She’s the first to show pistols which means I should change her status to flowering but I won’t do that until it’s pretty obviously in flower. She’s taking the training nicely and I think I’m starting to figure things out when it comes to training.. the trick is to simply SLOW DOWN. #2 is looking great! Her leaves are healthy and node spacing is just how I like it to look. She likes LST and seems happy with the maxi grow/bloom series. The roots on each plant are healthy and white #3 is getting greener each day but I’m starting to believe it’s either genetics or this nutrient line that’s causing this effect. #4 is the thickest and biggest plant of the bunch. However, she is displaying rust spots and potential calcium or iron deficiency on the lower older leaves. I may have to feed heavier on cal mag while running this nutrient line up.
