Planted two seeds of each strain into Fox Farm Light Warrior mix and wet them down with distilled water...old school, lo-tech... Within 36 hours I had 4 of 6 popped and vigorously growing. One of the Strawberry was a little slower than the others to take off, and the second Amnesiac still hadn't popped by the next day. I was out of those beans, so I planted a Lemon Cream Kush as a backup...but later that same day, the remaining Amnesiac popped! (doh!) The LCK is still planted in that same cup too....kinda hope it doesn't pop...

I gave them a little Superthrive to get them started off right. The slow Strawberry is catching up, and the second Amnesiac is standing up straight now. Still no sign of the back-up LCK sprouting... I turned on the Viparspectra lights after a couple of days and they growing well. I started supplementing CO2 with a 2-gallon DIY sugar/wine yeast brew. 9/8: I knew this would happen... LCK sprouted...and I have no room for her unless I grow a couple of plants in smaller pots...

9/10: Coming along nicely...the big Amnesiac is the biggest seedling in the garden. 9/11: I waited to long to transplant them and they have root problems to some degree or another...too wet for too long. I transplanted all but the smaller Amnesiac and Lemon Cream Kush into 3 gallon pots, and those two went into 2.30 gallon pots. About 50% brownish roots on all but the smaller ones. 😕 I powdered the planting holes with myco, tricho, and other goodness. I added two Mars Hydro 150w lights, and a 60w 6500k LED panel light since they are all spread out now. The average CCT is still a little over 4800k, even though the Mars are a little warmer color temp than the Viparspectras. 9/12: Between the root problems and the transplant, they looked horrible, so I sprayed them with BoomBoom Spray today and will do a good root drench tomorrow with BushDoctor Boomerang. They looked better by the end of day, but still have a ways to go to get back on track. 9/17: I fed them boomerang only twice this week, and also fed them kangaroots yesterday. They are all looking strong, and branching well. The big Amnesiac is impressive. Great structure and amazing vigor. The LCK is finally starting to look like she belongs in the same crop. I'll prolly flip to 13/11 with emerson effect in the next couple of days.

9/18: New week...fed with Boomerang and Kangaroots 9/19: Applied Axiom harpin proteins and boomboom spray 9/20: Fed full strength TPS One...decent growth on everybody. The big Amnesiac is so sexy..prolly gonna be too big for the garden, but I'll figure something out... The baby LCK is coming along nicely, and I won't feel too badly switching her to 13/11 with everybody else... 9/21: Tucked a few leaves and took some photos and a video. Looking good. Just a couple more days of 24/0... 9/22: Switched out the 560w of 5000k CCT lighting for 720w of 3000k CCT lighting and set the timer for 12/12. Decided against 13/11 with emerson effect...trying to save a few bucks on electricity. I'm keeping the lights at 30" from the tops for a day or two. 9/23: The girls loved their first night of sleep...so perky!

9/25: The latecomer LCK has overtaken the smaller Amnesiac in size...big Amnesiac has outstanding form. Strawberries both bushing up nicely. My MWK's look different from each other...one has very serrated leaves, and the other doesn't. The serrated leaf plant has a natural droop to her, and the other's leaves stay horizontal. 9/26: Fed with TPS One and Kangaroots today. Also started supplementing silica. 9/27: Rotated the edge plants and tucked some leaves. Winner winner, chicken dinner! Got pistils poppin on the big one... 9/28: Rotated the edge plants and tucked some leaves..

10/2: Fed today using One, Signal, Superthrive, Silica Gold, and added a little humic acid to the water. Rearranged, leveled the canopy, tucked some leaves, plucked a little necrotic shit from the bottoms.. I know many of you are wondering why I'm not defoliating... There may come a time when I find it necessary to remove some leaves, but at this stage of growth every leaf equates to more energy for the plant to produce bigger flowers, and I have no problems with airflow. I've found through the years that it makes the most sense to leave as much foliage as possible for as long as possible. When old leaves begin to die off, it is the right time to pluck them. And, by waiting for as long as possible to defoliate, the foliage you remove has had time to produce more THC, making it both viable and valuable for the bubble hash stash. 10/3: Happy Birthday girls! You're a month old today!!! (except the stragglers..your birthdays are over the next few days) Kicked on the FlowerPower UV light today..I currently have it set to run in 2 x half-hour increments during the day..will increase the length of exposure as much as possible over the next few weeks... 10/5: Fed today....added Open Sesame and Sweet & Sticky to the regimen.

I supercropped the big Amnesiac and one of the Moonwalker Kush today and tied them to bamboo stakes, but by end of day the MK was standing straight up again...😑 10/14: Fed today with One, and Open Sesame at half strength, along with sweet & sticky, signal, kangaroots and silica.

Also increased UVB exposure to 2 hours in their morning and late afternoon. I also foliar fed them with MicroLife Maximum Blooms while feeding their roots. Added 60w of 3000k subcanopy lighting.

10/31: I fed today with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, and silica. Another batch of top-shelf genetics from Spliff Seeds. They are super frosty, fattening nicely, and smell delicious. One of the MWK's has a lot of purples in her lower flowers...sexy.👍 11/4: Fed with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, silica, and humic acid. Really in love with the big Moonwalker Kush...such a pretty plant....and her sister ain't too shabby either. Neither Strawberry put on much height, but every branch on them will produce some fatass buds with absolutely zero training...excellent candidate for a single-strain SOG. Amnesiacs protest with too much PAR or UVB...same with the LCK..their foliage is suffering a bit...

11/17: I fed today but didn't have time for much of a photo session. Gave them One, Signal, Sweet & Sticky, Cha Ching, and started them on LiquidSoil. 11/19: The big MWK makes me drool...she so fine! The other ain't so bad either. She didn't get as fat...deeper pink color though. Fat Amnesiac has lost most of her foliage, and is getting ripe quickly. The other won't be as fat, but she's very frosty. One of the Strawberry plants will be done before the other. Both of them are foxtailing a bit, but I don't mind...bonus bong rips.👍 The LCK is pretty impressive even in a 2 gal pot, still poppin pistils like she's just getting started!

11/22: I fed the smaller Amnesiac and both Strawberry's with One, Signal, Sweet & Sticky, Liquidsoil, and Cha ching. Neither of the MWK's or the big burnt-up Amnesiac got any nutes..just liquidsoil and signal. They're ripe now, but will get a good flush in a few days and harvested a day or two later. This was probably the last feeding for the frazzled looking Strawberry.

11/28: I harvested an Amnesiac, a Strawberry, and a Moonwalker Kush today. Washed them and hung them to dry. The Amnesiac was the crispy critter that was light sensitive...very heavy, but too far gone to spend much time trimming away all the dead shit. I'll manicure a few choice buds for smoking, but the majority of that plant will be used to press rosin. She was actually close to 50% amber, so it should be pretty hammerish. Some of her buds were a little fluffy, and being mostly Sativa, she had more foliage than I like, and she smells a little like tanning lotion...coconut?? The Strawberry was also a little bit crispy, but not bad. She's uber frosty and smells nice. I wouldn't call it fruity or berry scented....more like fruit loops cereal. This was a heavy plant. The MWK smells kinda lemony, which is weird considering how the lower buds look like fresh raspberries from a distance.. Also a very heavy plant. These were the ugliest of the Spliff Seeds plants I grew this run, but all 3 look like they'll not disappoint when time to be weighed or smoked. The last 4 plants have had their last feeding and will just get water and Liquidsoil from here on out. I'm thinking that the other MKW, Amnesiac, and Strawberry will be ready for a flush in a few days and probably be harvested next weekend. The Lemon Cream Kush might be ready too..not sure..she had a late start and is still popping pistils on the reg. 11/29: (queue Lionel Richie music...) "Suddenly....my plants are ready ...for me......" I gave nothing but Liquidsoil and water to everybody today and will flush them on Thursday...!!! 12/1: Flushed the last MWK and Strawberry, but decided to let the LCK and last Amnesiac go a few more days. 12/2: Harvested last MWK and Strawberry today. Took some sexy photos...ooh la la!😍 Will flush the last 5 plants tomorrow and harvest them this weekend.

Very bright high on the first (shitty) plant even though I let it go to about 40% amber..a face ripper for sure. I didn't bother trimming it very well because I'm pressing the majority of it for the rosin. The buds from the second plant look better, taste and smell better, but the buzz is a little less intense. Still enjoyable, but not as speedy.

The first one to be harvested was a shitty plant from the beginning. Stretched waaay faster than everything else, had weak branches, was overly sensitive to light, difficult to please with her feed...etc..etc... I forgot to take photos of the better plant when I harvested it...it was smaller, but weighed about the same because it's flowers were more dense. A kinder, more gentle grower would do better with them than I did, but they turned out alright I guess. Plant A: 91g Plant B: 88g

This plant put on amazing size considering she was only in a 2 gallon pot and started a week after everybody else. The buds are mega dense and covered in trichs. Smells like lemonheads candy while growing. I had to supercrop it at one point, and tie it down because it was such a grower and got too close to the lights. I think it could easily have been a monster plant if in a 5 gallon pot and given more time to veg.

Very intense buzz! This is easily my favorite strain from this grow. It produced a lot of very high quality flowers, and the potency is amazing. I can smoke 3 bong rips and get about as high as I need to be, but the buzz lasts forever it seems! I pressed some of the larfy buds for the rosin and it's awesome!

It wasn't the best yielding of the 4 Spliff's Seeds strains I grew, but I am delighted by it just the same! Plant A: 119g Plant B: 143g Both plants turned reddish-purple late in flower, which was an unexpected surprise. The lowers were much deeper hues of red and looked like ripened raspberries on the vine...very cool. Plant A couldn't be satisfied with P or K in mid-late flower and showed signs of deficiencies in both for a while, but Plant B never protested and fattened her colas wonderfully. Plant A dried a bit fluffier than Plant B, and that's probably due to her not making use of the available P and K. Both plants had huge apex colas, but Plant B's main was exceptional.👍 I can't tell the difference in taste from either plant....they both have that distinctive zesty/lemony Kush flavor. Both plants make the top of my head fly off and my brains erupt...intensely potent. I've never smoked a "red" strain that got me so high.😃

@Theia, I know right..."this guy must be a hobbit!" Nah...I've been playing guitar for 40 years and can quickly and easily transition into an F major add 9 (major pinky stretch) from any other chord. I can even play Jake E Lee's 'Bark at the Moon' solo...no dwarf or hobbit could do that...😂
