Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. This is my second time growing this strain and i am much more please this time around. Came out with almost 3 times more than last time and the buds are a lot bigger. Have already ordered another seed because i think this may be my favorite strain!

Bueno esta semana es la última de vida de nuestras pequeñas, un tamaño reducido y muchas juntas... pero una calidad.. dureza y resina... envidiables.. Esta semana usamos solamente agua con un ph de 6,2 y líquido solo usamos la final solution de b.a.c para limpiar nuestras raíces, al igual que aumentamos la cantidad de agua por riego para ir lavando bien nuestras raices. El olor es muy fuerte pero un aroma apetecible a más no poder... en cuanto abro el armario para los riegos y cuidados sale un olor... que si no fuera por el generador de ozono apestaría la casa!😍😋 En grandes rasgos una variedad de floración relativamente corta.. y con unos resultados impecables.. Hay una media de 5 puntas por planta y algunas incluso más!😍

Esta fue su última semana con nutrientes, no engordo mucho, creo que mi error fue excederme con los nutrientes a lo largo de su ciclo, yo aproximo que me dará unos 50 gramos masomenos, no es mucho pero es trabajo honesto jaja 😆 la próxima semana será de puro flush ya para darle corte

Transplanted em outside in the ground week 6 they got swamped on week 7 and got severely over watered week 8 I put em in new 45 gallon fabric pots and buried them a bit deeper to help root development they look better today then they do in the video....I'm a newb so knew nothing about ph and the 45 gallon pots have a ph of 8 very alkaline so there now not absorbing nutrient....bought ph down and going to start adding it to water and nutes apparently rain water has a low ph and it's raining again all week....hopefully it helps until I'm able to give them ph down....should be hard for them to get over watered in 45 gal pots...looking like a failed harvest

Flowers got really dense like bricks, also the lower ones. Felt like starting the flush at the point I’m at to have the cleanest smoke possible. Have around 2 weeks to go, or till i have strong yellowing. Flushing with terpinator, flowers still getting bigger.

To maintain a comfortable environment for her, I cranked up the humidity to a cozy 75%. Why, you ask? Well, it's all about VPD – Vapor Pressure Deficit. This fancy term essentially means we're striving to keep the air conditions as close as possible to the optimal range for plant health. Think of it as creating a ninja-approved climate! Now, let's talk trichomes. Oh boy, the trichome production this week has been off the charts! These little resin factories are working overtime, and the results are nothing short of mesmerizing. The numbers are outstanding, and the formation is simply beautiful. Our Tangie is turning into a trichome queen! But that's not all. This week, I've been all about that Zen garden vibe. I've been zenning out and sharing my herbal medicine not only with my plant but also with my ninja buddies. It's like a little garden party with a side of relaxation. Now, onto the numbers game – I raised the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) to 400 and bumped up the pH to 6.3. Why, you ask? Well, it's all about fine-tuning the nutrient solution. These adjustments ensure our Tangie gets the right balance of nutrients, promoting optimal growth and flowering. It's like giving her a customized meal plan for maximum ninja power! Growing well so far. This week I added some LST to encourage outward growth. Things started to get a little wonky towards the end of the week bit once she starts to stretch out i think she will look a little neater.

August 15th water August 16th nothing August 17th the weather is better so im not sure if i want to leave this plant on the balcony or if i will put her on the roof again, but at the moment in the 15 liter pot shes getting bigger and bigger, so maybe i will just finish this one on the balcony and accommodate the roof better August 18th first 'hairs' appeared 😁 we also watered August 19th nothing August 20th nothing: but it seems that the plant likes the guanokalong nutrients, no signs of deficiency or overfeeding! All went well this week, apart from my phmeter breaking... I guess more two weeks of waiting. The colas are well developed, but the lower flowers ain't. But both are full of tricomes.

Hi everyone ! Everything's is OK. Roots are still growing for second Tank. Plants in First tank have nice roots, i think they are ready to switch in bloom. i give a few day for the second tank and i'll start flowering 😁

Plucked a few more leaves but other than that just feed them this week including bloom. Also gave them some rice starch (from boiled rice water collection) on day 42 as a boost for the microbes 👍 Turned the IR off now and turned up to 34000lux

She's blown up and smells like grape kool aid mix poured into a cup of gasoline. Then look at that deep purple. Brother Geoff's selection is definitely a thing of beauty.We're adding some green sensation to the nutes and sticking to this autoflower feed and training schedule for the small tent I've put together that's really given me consistently quality harvests in limited space. Here's to another week of growth and flower development!
