Week 5 done and dusted and these girls have started their flowering stage, stoked! This week has been a bit slow growing for them unfortunately, I've been super busy and haven't been tending to them as much as I would have liked. I started the week with an over water and then neglected them for a few days and and they dried right out. They were not looking happy. I then top dressed the girls with Herbi's all natural nutrients, 2.5 tablespoons of bloom and 2.5 of Veg mixed in with 5 tablespoons of Worm castings for each girl and i got back to regular watering. They've sprung back up to life but I can't help but think it's another bit of stunt they didn't need. I've bent this girl over and I'm continuously pulling her head over around the pot, just trying different techniques with each girl. Some light defoliation as well. She's hasn't had the best week but I'm hoping she bounces back soon Hope you had a good week, and thanks for checking in 🙏

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are topdressed @ ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we started with lots of sunshine and clear skies. Then we had a pop up severe thunderstorm with grape sized hail. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes. Day 2 we have clear skies and sunshine. The temperature is mid 70's. You can see the hail damage that occured day 1. The #3 plant was topped by a hail stone. Luckily it only got the top and didn't take out the side branches growing out of the 4th node. This was very fortunate a topping above the 4th node done by nature. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. Day 4 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏 Day 5 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏 Day 6 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 7 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. Overall this week was a success. We thankfully avoided any major damage from the hail. The girls more than doubled in height and really kicked out some branches after topping.

First Week of Flower. I gave them 36h of darkness before flipping to 12/12 light schedule. Canopy is filled somewhat good and more important is a even canopy. Installed a second net in the middle of the week. The support will be necessary later. Did a bit of defoliation but the lollipop will be done in 2 weeks.

My biggest mistake of this grow was using peat pots (pictured above) for the seedlings. They are advertised as though they are to be put right in the ground. Unfortunately, they don't decompose fast enough. This bound the roots and made for a very stunted grow. I finally tore them off and put the plants directly in the soil and things have improved dramatically. I used them last spring for my vegetable garden and had horrible results. I assumed it was a soil problem. Now, I know the pots were the issue. The big news this week is the soil. Two of my plants are in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. The third plant is in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. The two in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend look so much better than the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Plant.

Flowering day 37 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) . The whole plant itself looks perfect 👍. The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. This week it was watered 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank 👍. Have fun reading the diary and stay healthy 💚🙏🏻 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 You can buy this Nutrients at : https://greenbuzzliquids.com/en/shop/ With the discount code: Made_in_Germany you get a discount of 15% on all products from an order value of 100 euros. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 You can buy this strain at : https://www.thegratefulseeds.com/shop/feminized-seeds/limited-edition/blue-javaz/ Water 💧 💧💧 Osmosis water mixed with normal water (24 hours stale that the chlorine evaporates) to 0.2 EC. Chopped this lady on her 70th day! Branches all were bent from being heavy! Loved this strain very much. Super excited about the soon to come smoke! This stinky sweet stuff Started the dry, trimmed the buds and set em up. Temp 68F ( the best I can) and RH 62-65% Flipped every 12 hrs. Another in the books for me! I really enjoy the LST grows, very easy! Now to figure how to make the buds FATTER!! TYVM for the follows, likes and support through this grow. 😍 Looked forward to many more and hanging with you then! MUCH LOVE!😍👊💪🙏

The Apes are flowering, and the difference between the plants is enormous. The one in the middle is the only one that truly took off, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up producing as much as the rest of them combined. Putting them directly into the ground probably wasn’t the mistake. The real problem was that I only planted them with the six litres of soil from their original pots. I should have brought plenty of additional soil to give the roots a much better environment to expand into. I’ve since added guano as a top dressing and continue watering with plenty of molasses, but at this stage, the smaller plants are not going to catch up.
