Been flushing for a week now and have got some yellowing and dying leaves going on. Part of flushing. I add 1 oz. of 30% hydrogen peroxide to each 5 gallons of tap water that goes into the reservoir. Great flushing agent... add oxygen to the water, helps with root rot, and helps to finish the plant before harvest. OK. Keep Growing Straight. Chuck.

She's responding super good to lst method she looks absolutely gorgeous I would have loved to be able to grow her since march however It was not posible but I keep this wonderful indica in my list. This wonderful pheno of Alien gorilla has started flower the 3rd of August.

What a massive turnaround from last week! Mother Nature finally stopped teasing us and brought the summer heat. We had glorious, non-stop sunshine all week, with temperatures climbing all the way up to around 30°C. Training & The Stretch: 🌿 I’ve officially put the LST ties away. I didn't touch them at all this week. Looking at them, it feels like the majority of the flowering stretch is finally wrapping up. Now it’s all about stacking those buds! Feeding Update – Dialing in the Recipes: With the plants working overtime under the hot sun, the feeding schedule has been quite busy: Team Organic (Banana Purple Punch & Amnesia Haze): They got a full-course meal this week to support peak bloom. Alongside the tap water and CalMag, I added BioBizz Bio Bloom, Top-Max, and just a tiny dash of Fish-Mix to give the microbes a nice little energy boost. Team Mineral (Lemon Cherry Cookies & Bruce Banner): They are cruising along nicely on a steady diet of Hesi Bloom Complex paired with CalMag to keep everything perfectly green and balanced. Current Standings: 📏 Lemon Cherry Cookies: Still holding her crown as the undisputed giant at 70cm. She seems to have settled into her final height and is looking incredibly majestic. The Rest: Bruce Banner, Amnesia Haze, and Banana Purple Punch have used the sunshine to catch up beautifully. They are all sitting right around the 50cm mark now, looking sturdy, healthy, and ready for a spectacular show. The energy in the garden is amazing right now. A day late on the update, had to move a big arse shed yesterday... Girls are budding on strong now. Recovered from the soap blast they got to rid the plants of a heavy aphid infestation. Accidentally sprayed pretty heavy a second time. Well it killed the bugs but slowed bud production for a few days. Things are back to blooming beautifully now. Shout out to AMS again for some of the best genetics this world has to offer...👍

Well these girls are really starting to hulk out. Buds are really stacking and smelling very exotic. They have been pretty hungry. I hit 880 ppm in there tank early in the week but I have slacked off on nitrogen so no more Floralicious Plus and I lowered all my nutrients later in the week to 650ppm I will give them some more time to swell before I switch too Overdrive. This could be a pretty massive harvest. I have been getting alot of condensation in the grow room and its sending my humidity threw the roof. I have a humidifier and it bring it too 60-70% on full blast. I'm sure these girls can handle it. I do need to be careful and not touch the buds so I don't contaminate them. Lets hope I can avoid bud rot.

Harvest day 64 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 11-14 days at a temperature of 18 degrees and 55-60% humidity. After 11-14 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 58. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). Let's get to the plant 💚. The smell is great I'm curious about the taste 💚 It is very fruity and has a touch of Tangie 😍 The taste remains on the palate even after a few minutes 👍 The look is very nice even if it looks very loose and not as nice and firm as other buds it is still a 10 out of 10 because of the taste 😀 Their growth behavior was perfect from start to finish 👌 I hope you liked the diary and wish you all a nice week. Week 4 in the books. She started throwing pistils this week. Cruising along and handling the training like a champ. She's drinking about a cup of water daily and her roots are thriving in the runoff caught in the 2nd cup, which gets dumped before each new watering. Strong structure and starting to get a little smell. She smelled like celery leaves up to this point. I've raised her closer to the light to increase light intensity.

Werde die gute morgen oder spätestens am Sonntag Ernten damit die RS11 noch eine Woche richtig schön Licht von allen Seiten bekommt. Habe den Eindruck das die beiden weniger Ertrag haben als die Cookie casket. Aber der Geruch im Zelt ist der Wahnsinn 🤩 Was mir zu der Cookie casket auffällt, ich hätte wesentlich mehr rausschneiden sollen. Die Buds sind alle super klein. Ich bin echt auf das Ergebnis gespannt. Beim nächsten Run wird gnadenlos alles raus geschnitten was unterhalb des Netzes ist!

11/5 -- They now have 2 weeks of 12/12 under their belts and it's truly been a tale of 3 plants for the past week and a half. GZ2- This one has the opportunity to meet its full potential. It has stretched to give me this beautiful canopy and very few signs of over feed or stress in it. Hopefully she stays this way. Moby- look like it may have been developing some deficiencies. I fed it a few days ago and it seemed to respond well. Some leaves have gotten yellow but the plant is do thick and dense I'm not worried about a few falling off. All in all, it's been steady eddy for Moby Dick that I now believe is also a Barney's Farm Freebie(the seed is now listed where I buy mine from) I'm not going to change it but if you're keeping track, this is most likely a tent full of Barney's Farm. Gz1- and now the music gets a little more serious. I really started recognizing problems with her right at flip. She has lost a lot of fan leaves due to yellowing,, dark stems and I can tell her branching has suffered because of it. Growth at the bottom looks weak and even wrinkled in some spots. She has burn spots and signs of deficiency galore. But also VERY dark fan leaves. I've just come to the conclusion that flushing was probably my best move. She can still have a week of solid growing. If I can get it corrected now, this plant will still be respectable but the trend is disturbing and alarming to someone who knows how fast they can decline. So in conclusion, things are getting a little hairy. Flowering always brings on a new set of challenges and I'm still learning every single time. The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This strain by Dutch Passion is one of my all time favorite strains that I've cultivated previously with phenomenal results so I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! I'm going to things a bit different this time around. I have a brand spanking new AC Infinity 4x4 tent and was just given one of HLG's newest lights for 2022, The Blackbird! I've got this 600w monster hooked up to my Trolmaster Hydro X Controller so I've got full control over timing, dimming and Sunrise/Sunset. This beauty is going to annihilate the 4x4 for sure! 😎👍 I'm going to grow her all by herself and veg her for around 70-90 days after witch I'll install a trellis net in the tent and spread her out. In combination with the recommended veg phase, it will take around 12-14 weeks from cannabis seed to harvest. The yield of the Meringue Meringue produces XL harvests of top-notch quality cannabis; between 400 and 500 grams per m2 is possible. The buds are really frosty and dense. Our expert advice: Meringue is the perfect strain for professional home growers or licensed producers looking for a variety with the highest possible resin levels. Buds are literally coated in layers of resin. We would recommend to look out for the plants which show the most hybrid leaf and plant structure. These are generally the biggest and best yielding phenotypes. Consider using a UV light during the last few weeks of flowering and notice how the trichome production goes into overdrive. If you’re looking for something truly unique with an amazing bag appeal then please look no further, Meringue is the strain you need! ~More info about Meringue Meringue isn’t the most straightforward plant to grow so she can be a bit challenging to understand. The thing that stands out the most is the slightly unusual growth pattern, therefore more leaf picking is necessary, otherwise the lower buds will not receive enough light. Because of the slightly larger internodal distance, buds don’t have the tendency to become really big, which could make her a bit more interesting for growers with higher humidity levels. There should be enough fresh air around these flowers though, because they become rock-hard. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where it stayed until a tap root emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerged from the Jiffy Pellet she was transferred to a 1qt plastic pot. As she grows I'll be moving her into larger pots along the way up until she's in her 10g fabric pot. ~Grown in a 10g fabric pot filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and fed Dutch Pro nutrients throughout the entire grow with de-chlorinated water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8. ~19/5 light cycle for vegetation, then 12/12 to flower with supplemental UVA added during the last weeks of flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~ Supplemental co2 provided throughout vegetation and flower - monitored and controlled by an AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked the seed for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which it was transferred to a moist paper towel laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉. After 30 hours she had not popped open yet so I soaked another seed for 3 hours and then into a paper towel and onto the heat mat it went. 12/3- This afternoon I checked and the seed had a root that was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 5 pm I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By the next morning she had her cotyledon leaves opened! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the Dutch Passion Meringue! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 2qt plastic starter pot to begin growing. 12/7- Today when I checked her, she had roots just starting to emerge from her pellet, so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 'starter' pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! 👉Its week 11 and the plant is looking beautiful. Lots of bud sites all over the plant. The plant is looking healthy and seems to be thriving. The tips of the leaves on the new growth at the top of the plant show a brown. I had a day when the outflow of the fertigation was +30. I did a low EC fertigation right away and more regular EC. Since then Ive kept the run off within 10 by preceding ever other fertigation with a low EC feeding with just enough volume to get a few mls of run-off. On the GHE drain to waste feed chart Im on Mid-Bloom mixture. I am guessing it may be 2-3 weeks before its in 'late bloom' stage. Im still mixing full strength and the EC for a batch is 1.5ms. While I believe that by allowing the run-off of fertigation to reach +30 is what cause the brown tips. Im also mindful that I may need to dilute the batch a little. To see the effects of nutrient/media issues it can take a couple of days if its subtle. So if I continue to see the bright green tips of new leaves turn brown then Ill lower dilute the mix. Ive seen no other possible indicators of negative issues. 👉The plant is filling out nicely all over. Marble sized fuzzy pearls are scattered all over. There isnt much aroma besides the typical young cannabis plant smell. Ive squeeze a couple small buds, there are visible trichomes and its sticky to touch, but no notable aroma. The trichomes are coming out all over the place and it should make for a very fuzzy plant. 👉I have removed a couple more small branches and shaded leaves and will only take vegetation that is showing issues or totally shaded and showing lack of vigor. I have installed the bamboo steaks that I will use for support for the branches. I attach them to the metal posts attached to the hoop around the base of the pot. This keeps the steaks out of the media. The Plant is 36" and the early flower stretch seems to have slowed. I have 6 more inches of light adjustment height before I have to resort to spreading the light supports and angling the lights to allow for more height. 👉This coming week should be more of the same as 99 slowly matures. I have a new fan that I may install. Currently I have a 4" 190cfm exhaust fan (vented outside). I anticipate as temperatures drop outside my tent temps with rise like they did last spring. Im not using a cob light this time and surprisingly the temps have stayed steady at 78-80. The new fan is a 6" and 440cfm. I have a variable speed controller to use on it and will hopefully be able to have more control and success at maintaining cool temperatures better during the more mild weather (sounds convoluted I know).
