I topped this plant and did some LST. I accidentally broke a branch doing this but it shouldn’t have much effect on the plant at the end because it was done so early in veg. Shaping up to be a beauty

Je récolte un peu a la fois car beaucoup de travail ,j'ai mis à sécher 2 plantes sur les 9, je ferais des photos de l'ensemble du séchage dans quelques jours.je pense avoir attend mon objectif 🤩.

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. This is the start of flushing for these lovely plants. I'll flower these plants to 10 weeks. I also like a few days of dark just before harvest. There's still food left in the medium, so the plants won't starve. I've found measuring the runoff that the first flush is around 750 ppm and the second flush is around 450 ppm and the third flush is around 250 ppm. The plants use up most of the food in the pots and have pulled alot from their leaves. Then it's time to harvest the very clean buds. There is no chemical taste if you flush and you get nice white ash when smoked. I got to say - look at the differences in the plants, wow, looks like 4 different strains. They all smell similar but look quite different. That is a common question on the questions page, why do my plants look so different from the same strain. Keep growing straight. Chuck.

starting to see some crowning. nice stretching going on. very happy with how it's all going (except for the wyze camera timelapse, which still stops working halfway through the week) I do have some weird stuff going on with one plant, I'll post some pictures, if anyone has any advice. the only thing I can really find online that looks like this is tobacco mosaic disease, but I don't think it's that. maybe this one plant had a little extra stress or something. I have some of that mosaic looking pattern. it's showing up mostly on one plant, and like two leaves on one other plant. maybe calmag defiency? i guess it can kind of look like that, and my RO system was down for a week or two so I had to use tap water, and to keep EC consistent that meant less nutes for a week or two (that was taken up by the tap water EC of like 150). anyway, super excited. wish i had more to do, but it's pretty much just riding it out at this point. was crazy busy with work this week, i wanted to have got in a good defoliation already but I will get to that this weekend. going to remove everything below a certain point, all the lower leaves and the lower nodes that aren't going to make it to the top. probably going to put a trellis net up as i don't think they are going to be able to support their own weight once they start to really stack. i may do one or two final foliar sprays, all organic stuff, but one last IPM and maybe one amino acid / coconut water / aloe / bloom boost after the defoliation, just to help them bounce back quickly as i'm going to be removing a lot of biomass. all that is organic and there are barely flowers on so i'm not worried about it. getting such a strong lemon scent off these already, skunk is starting to come in. can't wait to get some real flowers on them and for the terps to develop. i'm not going to judge yet, but i think if i was to run these again i wouldn't do quadline. quadline was super interesting to me when I first started growing, but after having a bunch of grows under my belt, really i think my preference is to mostly let them grow natural, maybe supercropping the main cola, but my favorite grows have been the ones i did the least amount of hard training on. not sure why i decided to quadline this run, but i'm happy with the even canopy so it's all good

Great easy cultivar to grow, even with the pythium issues in the higher temp DWC. The harvest was very resinous, the terpenes are amazing. The final weight should be pretty good, plants are finishing dry, I'll post dry weight when known. Thanks for hanging out and watching this girl grow :)😎

Hello Diary. The fifth week of flowering is over, and Fat Banana is slowly completing its cycle. Ten more days and we have a harvest. 😍 The “farm” is a real jungle, her roommates Haze Berry Auto have grown quite big but I think Fat Banana Auto will be leaving the “Farm” sooner. 😀 All the larger leaves on the plant have turned yellow and got pretty big brown spots, is it due to some problems caused by my treatment or is Fat Fat Banana just coming to the end of its cycle? I'm not entirely sure. (lack of experience) 😏 The flowers themselves look healthy, and smell like the finest sweets. The sweet-fruity scent overwhelms me as soon as I open the box. 😋 The flowers are compact and very sticky, as far as I can see now, it will be a good harvest. 💪 As we approached the end, I stopped adding nutrients and watered only with water to which I only regulated p.H. at 6.4. In my case, it's a reduction because my house water is around 7.5 - 8.1 p.H, so I use Plagron's Lemon Kick for the descent, which does a good job. 👌 Here's what the week looked like. 15/11/2020 - Day 52. Watering. Only water, without any nutrients with regulated p.H. at 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 47% humidity. 18/11/2020 - Day 55. Watering. Procedure as three days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 48% humidity. 19/11/2020 - Day 56. Photographing plants. As always, on the last day of the current week I am taking photos of “my little farm”. 😉 That’s it for this week, a little more and I will enjoy the fruits of the effort these past weeks. Growing good. Trying to get fungus gnats under control. They are really loving this plant in particular. Giving mammoth p this week.

Day 71 - Starting week 11 today and this could possibly be her last week or maybe one more. Still has a bit of white pistils but they’re fading away. I’m mostly focusing on the trichs though and still still a few clear in there but not many. She’s probably at about 90-5-5, milky, amber, clear so I’m just gonna keep an eye on her for now. She did get 2 gallons of plain water tonight and I’ll check trichs again when she’s dried out. Day 73 - Might give this girl another full week but not sure yet. Waiting for her to dry out and still checking the trichs and she’s not ready just yet, colors are amazing though. Day 74 - Nothing much new today, just letting her go until the trichs are to my liking. Will probably give her another round of water tomorrow and thinking she’ll get the axe in about a week or so. Day 75 - She’s not quite ready for the chop yet so gave her a gallon of water with 40ML of Sugardaddy and 2.5ML of Magical for the final 7ish days. Day 76 - A lot of trichs amber’d up last night and looking like I’m going to give this girl a couple more days, gonna wait for her to dry out then will chop her down. Other than that, she looks and smells gorgeous. Day 77 - The end of week 11 and looking to chop her a few days into the next week, probably New Year’s Eve but we’ll see how she looks and may end up doing it before hand.

Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥 We ran this one in an even parts soil, compost, coco and purlite mix. The hope was to minimize required nute feedings and maintenance. The addition of nute nuetral coco proved to be somewhat of a mistake and may have contributed to some unnecessary plant stress when she used up all the available natural nutes in the soil and compost. There simply wasn’t enough good stuff in the medium to see her happily through the cycle without extra supplementation. I’d do this again but leave out the coco and layer the compost at the bottom with minimal medium saturation and runoff in early/mid veg. This should achieve better results the next time round. She was entirely untrained and allowed to stretch to her highest height. A better yield definitely would’ve been derived with some topping/mainlining and training but regardless, her freak flag flew high and She went unnoticed by unwanted eyes. We won’t be able to grow high next year due to construction next door so this may be the last time I run a skyscraper outdoor in the rear yard. 1/5 volume emojis for method because there really wasn’t any training. 2/5 coconut emojis- not for the lack of training but due to the unsupportive medium amendments like the coco. Yield🌴🌴🌴 And now the part we all seem to measure with great expectation. The expectation in this case was to pull 9-12oz off this girl and we fell well short of that. For the reasons mentioned above as well as the fact that she was putting at least some of her efforts into seed production too. We spotted it pretty early on in flower and some stalks started showing signs of ball formation that every grower fears. I was really concerned she’d be a full on hermie but this didn’t happen and it seems it was just localized pollination. Probably due to an occasional, randy bumblebee that had come from elsewhere. It’s not all bad at all and we did pull a few seeds off of her that we’ll give a shot to in the future I think👍. Final yield - 7.18oz. I’m never going to complain about a quarter pound off a plant that needed almost no maintenance whatsoever👍. 3 palm tree emojis for not going full hermie and putting out enough of this magically intense bud to share with friends and family👍 Props As always, big shout-out thank you to GD for making this site accessible to us. Ok the problem was twofold. Soil was wet and my nutrient dose was too low. I was also a bit busy and my peat soil shop closed so I have yet to source it from somewhere I had some deficiencies in this week that are fixed now. Growth was stunted and some leaves yellowed a bit. The problem is I couldn't water them quickly because the soil stays moist for so damn long under this purple crap. Don't get one folks just build Citizen or whatever COBs if you want cheap good led. The pots are pretty thoroughly rooted so I started to feed 700 ppm dose when I could. All the pics are lazy and after spraying or watering cause these were some busy weeks I culled one plant with really thin stems, after practicing my abuse skills Anyway they are going under the CMH later
