This was a big girl to harvest. She came in at 417.3 g dry, which is a personal best for me. Additionally, I received 36g of nice trim for my tincture. The buds aren't the biggest I have grown, but they are some of the tightest! I really enjoyed growing this clone. She filled out the tent well using a type of SCROG to get the most out of the grow area. I dried the buds on a drying rack for 10 days, and then gave them a nice rough trim. Since this is all for personal use, I don't worry about making them pretty, just functional. She is a sticky girl, and gummed up my scissors more than once. That is a good problem to have! I put the trimmed buds in my Grove 1/2 gal bags for the cure. I have found these bags to be EXCELLENT to cure my buds. No burping is required, they preserve the terps, and keep the humidity between 58 and 62. Perfect! My best harvest to date!

Her branches are popping out lovely she definitely looks promising.

Update Sunday... hey guys uploaded a security cam footage of the blizt storm in the GTA.... ladies survived somehow... also did top dressing at 30tbs per 15 gal of 444 and 284 gaia green organic amendments. 70/30 ratio. Watered them in with dechlorniated, pH 6.2 and 60mL of molassas to 5 gals of water. Defoilated and did some maint pruning on growth under the main canopy. God bless. Hey folks, Well I got good new and some bad news. Last weekend, these ladies got thrashed by a thunderstorm.. break some branches along the way. Had enough time to splint the bent stems and they bounced back. Note that due to the storm, the pots got watered down pretty heavy... but to my surprise I let the ride out from Monday to Friday... and regretted that. I should of watered the ladies on Wednesday or Thursday, but found out the pots where extremely dry (also probable that the fabric pots are drying the medium out allot faster). The plants started to droop Friday afternoon. Also did a little lst but didn't want to over stress the plant that still recovering from the major storm. Iv watered each pot about 8L of molasas water @ 5mL/L and see how the soil and plant respond. Im going to check on them more frequently and prevent under-watering. The End is near. Can’t wait to harvest and dry them. Next 2 Weeks I use to flush them. I think then they’re ready. I’m very proud of the purple BigBud. She’s purely looking incredible. What do you think ?

Plants are growing! But so is my mold problem I recently got a hygrometer and noticed that my humidity was ranging from 64-70 percent which I realize is too high and maybe that is where my mold is coming From im starting to see it coming from the drain holes on the bottom of my pot. I’m going to get a dehumidifier and see how that works. Also I attempted lst to both plants . The doc og is a week older and definitely bigger than the apples and bananas but but are coming along nicely.

Day 85. Just before lights photo's for better true colour understanding, Bio Grow and AlgaMic is out, after finishing this cycle CalMag and Silica out too. Hope its not too early, but girls are really healthy, time to pump up the flowers not leaves :) Day 86. Girls just flying, very happy with Gorillas and Control Garden looks really funky, they stand under no direct light on them... and still flowers looks amazing. Got my new mobile, had to try out :) Next week very busy at work, no updates I think. Day 89. So again i made mistake, while watering them last time accidently left heater on, they overdried , plus temps where at +33c ... Bunny Gorilla looks bad, Gorilla Max got biggest pistil damage, half went brown. Thinking i took nitrogen too early out, but we shall see. On other hand all Control Garden took it well even Cookies with theirs waxy leaves stood thurst nice as such stress can be ... Planing to do defoliation next week, but if Gorillas started to eat themselves already will leave them as it is. Future will show .. Happy Growing !!!

The ladies are looking good 3 had a rough start but it was either ph or nitro deficiency somehow...im using nftg#4 for base soil and building a living soil...I topdressed 1/4 cup craft blend and 2 tbls Bokashi...

Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of the buds when they were dried and cut. But I can tell you they looked very nice Good high more body then mind. Taste was okay not my favorite but for other people it will be fire ! I harvested: Cupcake 1# 104 gram Cupcake 2# 115 gram Cupcake 3# 128 gram I dried them for 10 days on 17c / 60% Then cured them for 2 months in grove bags.

COntinued to apply small amounts of pressure with LST but aside from that, letting her do her thing. Had to leave her for a few days and she got dehydrated, after a feed she perked up again but she's now started sucking all the nutes out of her lower growth. I've started this week with a heavier defoliation. Not sure it's worth it but I want to try it anyway, might as well make experience. I want to take a break from defoliation though, she's still my first plant so I really don't want to overstress or damage her. Pistils are getting bigger and I can't wait to see the bud! Watching carefully the flowers development as I've never seen that before. Hoping in some final stretch. End of the week: she stretched almost 10 cm in four days. I love this plant. I also rised the EC to 1.7. Still waiting before switching to Canna Flora nutrients. She's beautiful and bushy, I definitely need to slow down with those little frequent defoliations tho. Don't want to stunt her growth, especially now.

Probably looking at next week for a tentative flush and harvest. Some leaves starting to yellow from maturation, and pistils are getting to where they need to be, with some new white ones still being thrown up on both plants. The smell is strong and exquisite, pungent and sweet. Resin production also looks to be coming along nicely, covering leaves alongside frosty trichomes. Quite a few buds and whole branches have that snow covered look that can’t be beat. Won’t be able to hand water this week so leaving it to the auto waterer with reduced nute concentration. Cheers

Dont know why but while i was defoliating the Chemdog smelled a little bit like soap haha. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

This week has gone fine. The lemon still looks sorry for itself. I am thinking they may all finish at the same time maybe the lemon is a little behind the others. Hi Growmies, This grow was not about growing the biggest plant but a test on how Natural sunlight compares to artificial light. I can be clear on one thing: natural sunlight gives a better terp/trichomes development, at least within my setting. This is probably due to natural UV rays within sunlight which is harder to get in a tent. Also the cost of this grow was so cheap, that if I would sell 3 grams I would have my whole investment in this grow back. So cost wise an outside grow will always beat an inside grow, especially with the current energy rates where I live. So after the drying process we will do a quick taste test before jarring it up to cure. That will also be the time I weight my buds, wet weight is not important to me. Hope y'all will come by later for the final verdict but for now, feel free to scroll this diary and if you have any questions feel free to ask those and I will try to answer yours ASAP.
