Made my own cheap SCROG netting. The girls are about to do their stretch. All 3 are flowering. Slowly removing fan leaves and any inner leaves covering floral growth. No more than 3-4 a day per plant. Slow and light. So far, so good... I think so anyway... What do I know... I'm a noob... If someone is still following this diary and sees something that I can improve or any advice at all... I'm all ears. Welcome to week 1 of my CBD Medi Kush Diary! I have 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds going in the same tent with 14 other plants (full details on all of the other plants can be found on my "Dude's New Diary to Rule Them All" diary, check it out). But with the CBD Medi Kush I'm also growing 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem, 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem, 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman and 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co. The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time (all other plants are clones). Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. The pictures in week 1 were taken right after transplanting (check week 2 and you will see a very noticeable change all around). My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for all of these girls. In this diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in the other diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. Please follow and comment away!!! To be honest overall this strain done good so as the others. Reflecting back on how i started with just a tent and light, and slowly buying the fans and filters whiles the plants were growing. But i did want these plants to grow naturally without topping and Low Stress Training. I regret not removing the lower branches becuase i did get alot of small airy buds down there. But it was all trial and error. All i done was remove some fan leaves when good to do so every now and then. Not on a mad level tho, i did have alot of sugar leaves which i will be making some stuff with! At veg the plants had deficiencies due to out of date Biobizz bottles. But that got sorted with the magic of Algimac and Calmag. Overall Next time I will definitely train the plants and maybe top a few. Final Yield: Plant #1 21.88 Grams Plant #2 33.36 Grams Plant #3 56.06 Grams Which yield exactly 110 grams! Ounces come out very fat with these light buds Not bad for the conditions they were brought up in, and with no training! Thanks for everyone who has followed this diary throught out the journey! Начал применять LST технику на 19 дне и продалжаю применять её через день, а 18 августа добавил ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ С 20.08 ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ делаю каждые 3,4 дня С 20.08 LST технику делаю каждые 4.6 дней На сегодняшний день влажность 54% 26 дней назад заметил высокий Ph 7.9 С 48 дня Ph не ниже 5.8 На сегодняшний день Ph 6.0 Начал кормить с 60 дня Canna Terra Vega PPM 550 Погладитель влажности, выполняет свои функции. Day 29 Flower (Day 71) Woohoo! First day of week five of flower and an easy day at that. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water and took some pics. I'm still experimenting with bud photography. This time with a tripod but still no additional lights. I also need to take the pics when the lights are off as the flowers look funky under the LEDs. The right girl is slowly starting to bulk up, but the left girl is lagging. That is no wonder, though, considering that she has had much less light due to those space issues. Also, there's a huge quality difference between the lights in each tent. So I'm looking forward to comparing the bud quality that each tent will generate. Day 30 Flower (Day 72) It slipped my mind, but it's been over two weeks since I gave the girls nematodes to get rid of the gnats. As always, the nemos did their job quickly and effectively, and I haven't seen any gnats since. However, to ensure that they stayed gone, I did a second treatment today, mixed up 10 million nemos into 6 liters of water, and gave each girl half at pH 6.6. Day 31 Flower (Day 73) Chill day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and cut some clones from her. She is deep in flower so I'll try to monster-crop her. Never tried that before but have heard that it creates some really bushy plants. As she already is bushy I'm curious to see how bushy a monster-cropped clone of her will be. She had a few low branches that I left during lollipopping for this reason and I cut four of them with a sterile razor blade, then scraped the lower part of the stem and dipped them in Clonex. They're now sitting in the window with a small LED spot to make sure that they have enough light to re-veg. Day 32 Flower (Day 74) I know that I got a new tent for my left girl only a few days ago, but I decided to upgrade to give her a bit more space. I went to my local grow store today and picked up a tent made by the same company as my main tent (UndrCovrLab). This new tent is also made specifically for my wardrobe, maximizing the available space. I went from a tiny 40x40 cm tent to a "massive" 75x45 cm tent. Still very small but almost 2x bigger. Woohoo! The left girl was squeezed into the 40x40 tent for so long that I had to use some LST to spread her out and increase light penetration now when she has some more breathing room. Speaking of lights, my small ViparSpectra is a bit underpowered now in this larger space, so now I have to consider upgrading that as well. The simplest solution would be to get another ViparSpectra, and while this little light has been performing well, it lacks UV diodes. I'll look around for options. We have gotten hit by a heatwave here, so now my tents are sweltering. The main tent reached 36 degrees C today at one point :/ Oh well, I cannot do much about it except hope that the heat doesn't stress out the girls too severely. The girls are very thirsty in this heat though, and I gave each 4.5 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 33 Flower (Day 75) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 5.9 water. A bit low as I used too much pH down and then was too lazy to fix it. Day 34 Flower (Day 76) No idea what happened, but an army of fungus gnats invaded my right girl. It's only four days ago since I watered her with Nematodes against gnats, and there were no gnats at all then. A few days later, it is gnat central in my main tent (the left girl in the other tent has no gnats). It's almost like I didn't give nemos to the plant but instead gave her gnats. Weird as the nemos have always worked great in the past. Now I need to start fighting these annoying little shits. Sigh. I'll give nemos another go, and if they don't work, then I'll use some sand. Worst case scenario, I'll use Neem oil, but I really don't want to go that far. I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water, and that was it for today. Day 35 Flower (Day 77) The last day of the fifth week of flower and all is (pretty well) well in the tents. The left girl is 103 cm tall (6 cm increase in a week), and she is lagging quite a bit behind the right girl. She is healthy and quite sticky to the touch, but the flowers still have a lot of fattening up to do. I hope that will speed up now when she has a bit more room to spread out so the light can penetrate the canopy deeper. Getting a more powerful light would also help. When in doubt, add more photons! Someone who doesn't need more photons, though, is the right girl. The top bud has been burnt slightly, and there's light bleaching on a couple of colas as well as on a few fan leaves. I removed the driver from one of the lights and raised the light a bit higher. Every centimeter counts when you're running out of space! The right girl increased another 3 cm this week and is now 123 cm tall. I hope that is it as I'm now completely out of room. The gnat army in my main tent is still going strong. So strong that they have now sent out a small expeditionary force to my small tent and started to colonize the area. Sigh. I Will hit the girls in a day or two with nemos, but today I just put up some yellow sticky traps and gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la sexta semana de floración de estas Gelato 44 de RoyalQueenSeeds. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 24-26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. En cuanto a las plantas las veo verde sano, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Se nota que los nutrientes de la marca Agrobeta cubre todas las necesidades de cada ejemplar, empecé añadir el mega pk y el Thor. Hay que reivindicar que en este armario no tengo trips ni plagas. Las flores empezaron a engordar, por el momento todo correcto, os dejé también alguna novedad y un cambio en la sala, agradecer al equipo de Mars hydro por el nuevo TSW2000. She is just about done for a haze!!! All her pistils are now brown and her trichomes are going milky, but no amber yet. She will be harvested in the next 24h.

Defoliated and flipped to 12/12 Slight stretch. Plants didn’t like that I only gave them half veg nutes and half bloom. They look nitrogen deficient. They’ve also shown some calcium deficiency i believe. The uprising foundation is cal mag and sulfur mostly I believe. So it’s good to have

A couple of days into first week of flowering. Plants look very juicy, thick and super vigorous. They like the higher ec and co2 this time around.

Day 63 Flowering: Well folks we have reached that point where it has all been focused on. The Fft#9 has been a great performer from seed to finish amd i cannot fault the genetics at all. She has responded to all the training with no issues at all. Easy to work with and hardy enough to take some punishment with supercropping ect... Buds smell fruity with a hint of diesel to them and are so sticky icky now too. Her trichs are all cloudy and she has a nice proportion of emerging Amber's so tonight she will goninto 48 hrs dark before inhanf her for drying alongside the FFT@10 who has had a week hanging in approx 4°C and 18°C as the outside temps drop. She is still a waybof dry and will possibly be another week if I leave her in this position in the roof space. Once I hang the FFT#9 in the tent and begin her drying , I will move the fft10 too. I could not be happier with these twontesters as they have performed excellently. brilliant job fast buds. roll on harvest time.

Week 2 went well they are progressing normally. A#3 is a bit smaller than the rest but not surprising being that it sprouted with the shell fully attached and the other 2 had a nearly 4 day headstart. I'm happy she made it and was able to break through the shell. It seems adding saliva to it did the trick. Feeding schedule has been poor due to my busy schedule, I've feed them twice this week both times I gave them each 1/3 of a gallon that was mixed with 1/4 tsp each of general hydroponics floramicro, micro, and 1/8 tsp bloom and 2 ounces of Vermis Terra. 18/6 ls, 84°/43% dt, 73°/53%nt, 6.3-6.5 ph

WEEK 8 🌻 Seeing really good bud development again over the last week. Both strains are showing a majority of cloudy trichomes with some amber ones starting to appear so I decided to give them there final feed at start of the week and then their first flush 6 days later using only ph’d water and some cannazym. Defoliating and using sticks again to get as much light to the lower buds as possible. Lights out for 48 hours hopefully some stage next week. 🤞🏻☺️✌️

Now that I got the environment stable, it's nice to see her bud sites popping up. Did a bit more LST on her and hopefully when Nicky (the photoperiod) is done, I can boost the lights to 18 hours a day.
