🌸 Week 6 Flower – RollerCoaster Haze 🌸 The RollerCoaster Haze ladies continue to impress, towering, branching, and now fully focused on flower production. At this stage, the stretch has slowed down and the energy is clearly moving into bud development. Both phenos are responding exactly as expected: stacking, swelling, and pushing out white pistils everywhere. 📸 Media Update This week we worked mostly with video content, editing clips to show different angles of the canopy, along with a handful of carefully edited photos. I also tested the GoPro inside the tent. While it captures the energy of the grow, the challenge remains: grow lights and reflective walls can be tricky for sensors. It’s part of the experimentation, learning what tools work best for documenting the journey. 🌱 Plant Development • Flowers: Buds are bulking up, calyxes swelling, and pistils standing tall and abundant. • Colas: Long, thick colas are forming, showing that the plants are putting their full effort into bloom. • Health: Leaves remain vibrant and healthy, a great sign that the nutrition plan is balanced. • Size: The girls are still ginormous, filling the tent with their structure and presence. 💧 Feeding & Environment The recipe continues as in Week 5 with the Aptus + Plagron combo, fine-tuned to deliver exactly what they need in mid-flower. The soil’s foundation combined with targeted liquids creates harmony between root uptake and flower demands. • pH: ~6.0 • EC: Moderate, adjusted to soil reserves • Temps: ~28–29°C • Humidity: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 The girls show no stress signs, just steady flower development and consistent stacking. 🔬 Educational Spotlight: What Happens in Week 6 Flower? By Week 6, the plants are deep into reproductive growth. Here’s what to expect and observe: • Bud Bulking: Calyxes swell, flowers add weight, and colas begin to take their final shape. • Pistil Production: White hairs remain abundant, showing active flower growth. Some pistils may begin to slightly darken or curl in certain spot, a natural step in maturation. • Trichome Formation: Resin heads start to appear and multiply, laying the foundation for terpenes and cannabinoids. • Nutrient Focus: Plants now require a steady supply of phosphorus and potassium to fuel flower production, while still needing calcium and magnesium for structural support. This is also a week for observation. Every genetic expresses differently, some push pistils longer, others start swelling earlier, some stretch more, others pack tighter. It’s a reminder that growing is about watching, adapting, and learning from each cycle. 🌟 Looking Ahead • Expect even more bulking in the next two weeks, as the flowers really start to pack density. • Trichome coverage will increase noticeably, and aromas will begin to intensify. • Environmental control becomes crucial — high humidity can risk mold at this stage, so keeping air moving is key. ✨ Reflection Week 6 Flower is where the RollerCoaster Haze girls show their true potential. The canopy is vibrant, the flowers are swelling, and every sign points toward a powerful finish. This is the heart of the ride — and these plants are carrying us higher with every day. 🌸 Week 6 Flower – Summary 🌸 • Development: Buds bulking up, calyxes swelling, long colas forming, abundant white pistils. • Health: Vibrant leaves, strong root base, plants remain ginormous and thriving. • Feeding: Aptus + Plagron combo (no All-in-One Liquid), balanced P/K support, steady Ca/Mg. • Environment: • pH: ~6.0 • EC: Moderate, adjusted to soil reserves • Temp: ~28–29°C • RH: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 • Notes: GoPro testing for photos/videos; documenting challenges with tent lighting. • Focus: Observation of pistil production, trichome development, and bud stacking. • Looking Ahead: Expect flowers to pack on more density and trichomes in the coming weeks. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. This week all 3 Pheno continue to stretch, which likely will continue through end next week (week 4 flower). Fed girls Recharge prior to defoliation at the end of week. Day and night tent temperatures were constantly between 78F and 65F degrees. Relative humidity a consistent 55%. Using an online calculator found VPD range from day 1.48 (kPa) to 0.95 (kPa) at night. About as closed to optimum as one can get given existing equipment/tools and recent substantial rain in the SoCal region. Due for watering tomorrow, so prior to, I will top dress with worm castings, compost, and Langbeinite 0-0-22. I believe this should carry the 3 through to harvest. Breeder flower time listed is between 56 and 70 days. We are at day 20 flower as of today.

Had some recent troubles. Overwatered once, then it dried out a little much. Also found out I got nutrient burn, so defoliated what I had to. Used half recommended dose and still had burn. Won’t be feeding for another week.

Progressed as expected in the last 7 days. Will be using the Vitalink nutrient range on this grow as their prices are so much lower compared to other nutrient ranges available in the UK and there's a global cost of living crisis thanks to corporate greed, so it will be interesting to see the results when using what they recommend. BTW - This grow should have an asterisk next to "Wedding Gelato" I'm almost 100% sure I haven't mixed the seed up with any other, but can't rule it out entirely. I am stoned all of the time so it's a possibility. I guess we'll find out when she flowers.

Flowering continues, not seeing trichomes darken or get cloudy yet. Bought a small dehumidifier and fit it inside the tent which helped manage the RH. Started removing some fan leaves every other day to give maximum light exposure to the buds. Also changed the watering schedule from to every other day instead of every two days.

Hulkberry has some definite issues. The leaves are damaged, so I'm concerned that the plant will be unable to carry out its normal functions. If the plant can't properly photosynthesise, I really don't know how she'll make it to harvest. I had phosphorus excess in this grow before, and I think that's what's happened again. I think the excess of phosphorus has prevented the plant from being able to uptake Calcium, Magnesium and others. 8.5.25: The plant was watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2. I added per litre; ♡ 1/2 TSP Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1/4 TSP Sea K(elp) PPM: 890 PH: 6.2 I decided to feed each plant separately and mix it up in the 2l jug. I gave an additional 2l of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients; ♡ 4ml Ecothrive Trace ♡ 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PPM: 636 PH: 6.4. Let's hope I can manage to see her through to harvest somehow! Thanks for following along 😊🍃✌️💚🤞

10/20 week 5 We have no complaints on the grow, at all. Literally nothing to address. God has been kind indeed Top dress nuets at next feed. Just maintenance, keeping the low end clear etc. Due to falling temps think the watering/feed will wait another day. Gold Leaf - Finally going vertical, two inches in two days so keeping an eye on it Green Crack - Close to topping day for her will take care of it on the top dressing Bruce Banner - finally hitting her growth as well watching Gor Glue - Just looks great not sure on topping here either GSC - Man what a turn around may regret that 3 gal pot. Cutting back on the special kanga she was getting to help the roots, seems to have worked. 10/21 Fed and top dressed - topped 10/22 GC-BB-GL all recovering from topping Plan to flip tent in a few days about the time they finish recovery Dialing back Nitrogen by switching from Fish Mix to Bio-Grow think we at the upper range of it. Had some mag spotting on the leaves of the BB think its due to the heat getting out of hand the other day (90 F for about 1/2 hour ) going to keep cal-mag in the mix just the same 10/23 After looking at the tent this morning I am seeing some small signs of Nitrogen being a tad high so ending for now the bio-grow but will continue the Bio-bloom Have to head these things off at the pass so trying Last run of kangaroots its done what its going to do by now since we aint fighting root eating critters 10/24 Fed as shown, basically its just a watering Watching leaves flipping within a day or two 10/25 Tent flipped to 12-12 10/26 Looks just great god willing and the creek dont rise we on the right path Video is on the Green Crack Diary only net is slow today Running some Big Bloom see how it does

So we've hit day 49 with the girls! Everyone seems to be happy. The 2 little runts are now the biggest in the crop, they're super stretchy and about a week behind in flowering. I hope to be able to harvest all the plants at once as I plan to dry in my tent, but if I have to do a staggered harvest then, I guess I gotta do it. Nutes are listed above, everything has been working excellent so far. (I may be trying different coco nutes next run, as I'm suspecting the H&G set I'm using has contributed to the stretchiness of the girls.) UPDATE - DAY 51 - 09/01/21 Everything seems to be just fine at this stage in time. the runts are flowering slowly, so i hope they pick up sometime soon. 1 of the plants(the healthiest since day 1) seems to be a week or so ahead in flower. I'm still hoping to chop the whole tent down at the same time (Fingers crossed!). UPDATE - Day 53 - 11/01/21 The girls seem to be happy today. Pheno type 1 ( plant 1 + 2) - Much more bud production than the rest of the plants. pheno type 2 (plant 3 + 4) - runts of the litter are now the stretchiest out of the lot Pheno type 3 (remainder of plants) are inbetween pheno 1 & 2. I'm still hoping to harvest the majority of the girls at the same time, still have a while to go though :) Thanks for stopping by!

Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!
