Everyone is now getting (super) mild nutrients with every watering, color looks uniform and the tops are of equal length ...first sign of bud sites are appeared this week, I hope we get a little more stretch out of her before she goes hard into flower ...I think she's a pretty good size for her age but a long way away from utilizing the 5gal pot she's sitting in...I think the heat might getting to her a little bit, it doesn't seem to be affecting growth (yet )but a few of the leaves are slightly curved as if they want to "taco" but aren't quite there yet..its been a crazy week shuffling 50+ solo cups between 3 tents but we were able to unload most of them and reclaim some of our space, all 3 420FastBud autos are in their final location, all will finish flower under a single 315watt CMH on an 18hr cycle...not too much else to report, thanks as always for dropping by and happy harvests everyone!! ❤️💡🌱😽💨 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

Flowering is developing well. Genetics Very very greedy in fertilizer... After a written exchange with the breeder, he recommended a mineral fertilizer, and not an organic organic one. The flowering is developing very, very well, but small spots have appeared on the foliage for no apparent reason. If anyone can give me the beginnings of a solution, I'm interested.

The berry scent is intensifying and the buds are fattening up pretty good. Since I should be done with the harvest pics from the auto crop I can prob start taking some pictures next week. Only change this week was humidity dropping it's getting cold here. I've been defoliating a little bit here and there every time I feed but nothing too heavy.

I lost all my pictures of my candy kush harvest but the bud was pretty uninspiring, not much for terps or smell and just makes me sleepy so been using it when I get home from my 12 hour shifts at 7am so I can get to sleep quick as possible, will be the last plants EVER from royal queen seeds ,defended them for the last year but since growing real breeders seeds I see that rqs is most definitely a white label seed company that sells us all fake genetics that are not what they say they are,I gave them every chance but when I grow 5 different strains and they all end up looking, smelling and tasting exactly the same theres something fishy going on ,sucks too because now I don't want to give those strains a chance because rqs's version left such a bad taste in my mouth(literally and figuratively)

9/19 - I did the thing y'all!! Both plants chopped at day 77! These are the chonkiest things I've ever had the pleasure of growing/handling. Time will tell how much they shrink in the dry. The plants are all drying in my dark tent and trying to get close to 60F/60% RH, but really closer to 65F/60% RH, so I don't freeze in my home lol Put up one more vid before I chopped. I still need to take a pic of TA roots, which are pristine!!! If you see the DG root pic, you can tell how hard it got stunted by the vacation fiasco. Can't wait to make some rosin and trim these up! Slightly nervous of drying based on the density, so I cut more dry leaves than usual, but I don't want to risk mold. Next update will be the official harvest post!! ---- Thanks for following 🤙 Always appreciative of tips or suggestions

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Did not add any nutrients to the reservoir, only topped up the reservoir with water and adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K. Turned on the Mars Hydro VG80 mid week. Stretch seemed to have slowed down. Nothing else to report. Values are average of the day. So far so good, she is growing fast. 4 inches taller in only 3 days. On day 21 I defoliated plant #2 ( 3 gallon pot ) as shown in picture. Removed 4 fan leaves as they were touching other areas blocking light and air flow. It also looks only days away from flowering so have introduced bloom as well as a little cal mag to my nutrients. Voodoo juice & b52 will no longer be in my nute regime after this last feed. On day 21 i Fed 2 litres to the 5 gallon pot and 1.5 litres to the 3 gallon pot. Day 24 Trying out some LST on 1 plant as shown in picture. Pots were light again so gave a very weak nute feed and Ph'd to 6 to try bring it down a little as the run of was 7. They seem to be thriving and are thirsty.

After so much tender loving care, I came home today to find how two puppies kept themselves busy while I was attending my daughter's graduation!! Evidently, Thelma and Louise had a blast digging a hole and uprooting my baby Strawberry Banana plant. But do not fret, for Susquihanna doesn't like to lose. So I put my Strawberry Banana back in place, filled in the hole and put another row of fencing up to protect my Strawberry Banana Plant. I am a Newbie, but from what I understand, Sometimes growers/contests are interested in seeing the good, the bad and the ugly. So, today is an ugly day with no new growth or excitement to report. I am hoping next week I will have a plant to report on. For now, enjoy my videos of Thelma and Louise playing; the double fencing that I put up; and pray for my dear little Strawberry Banana Plant--that she may come back from her listless life and THRIVE. Until next week.....

We have had another very hot week. All my girls are suffering and display some ugly looking leaves. But so far the buds are doing well. This girl is growing some very fat buds. The smell is very delicious. She smells of grapefruit.

Plants are doing well. Watering roughly once weekly continues to be the current schedule. In this week's watering (week 6, Thursday), a nutrient mix was added (19% Nitrogen, 5% Phosphate, 20% K2O). pH was measured (via the runoff/drainage water collected) on all three plants using a pH probe, of which was measured to be slightly acidic for all plants (exact pH numbers above in the photo descriptions). We are aiming for a pH range of 6.0-7.0, so in next week's watering, we will add a buffer solution to alkalize the soil. All three plants lower branches were also pruned.
