What's up Growmies 🤟🏽. Today marks the start of week 7 overall and week 2 flowering (week 1 flowering for Caramelicious). I love indoor growing during the winter because the humidity is easy to maintain at optimal levels. My babies are thriving and all are very healthy, I am keeping an eye on Caramelicious making sure she doesn't Hermie on me and pollinate my entire tent ( it happened before). I switched to a 12 light schedule about 10 days ago and she is just now starting to preflower. I am feeding them just 1 liter of water every 3 days and they seem to do well with that schedule. Every 3rd watering I feed them plain water and give them about 1-1/2 liters (or until I see run off) I notice how the first 2 to 3 hours after watering the leaves all droop and kind of claw, I believe it's due to the plant being saturated with water and sucking up the water so it can breath o2 again. I am giving them all the "bloom and riping" mix of General Hydroponics which calls for 1/2/3 mil/gallon mixture. I mix the recommended dosage into a 3 gallon sprayer so like always they are getting 1/3 of the manufacturer's recommended dosage. I have never lollipopped any of my grows, hell I don't even defoliate, I use the tuck method and remove fan leaves as the plant matures and sucks the nutrients out of them. However just for experience and experimentation I am going to defoliate the bottom 3rd set of leaves, and get rid of some of the lower bud sites of one of my white LSD plants. Since I have 2 growing I figured I really have nothing to loose. All in all everything is going very well🤞🏽it is getting so crowded that it is difficult to take the type of pictures I want, however that is a good thing in my eyes. That is all for this week, nothing really new or exciting going on, just business as usual. Well, that day has come, the girl would have been really different if not for the high temperature, strong light, and a huge lack of potassium :( well, everything will be fine next time :) live and learn :) I am satisfied with the result, which is what I need :) got 200 gr of liquid :) gathered a lot of sugar leaf :) they are already in the sweet shop :D I will make an addition!! good growth and success :)

Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Damn man she is strong bushy little nice Gelato from Zamnesia. So beautiful my little chubby plant haha Streching has stopped buds comin' and comin' Nothing serious really to report just beautiful check out the uploads and decide yourself. ;) Some lollipopping (defoliation) has been done and also removed all the old LST's as the plant remains in shape from now. Fertilization is still the same like before happens every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Danger! Problem. One of my top buds got so big it broke the stem. I tried to duct tape it but it didn't take. So I trimmed and started drying. Started flushing 9/10. getting close! Tricome pics everyday now

Aug 23: Tropicana Cookies Fast Flowering is. cruising along toward the finish. Nice and symmetric with 16 colas all forming a nice long stick of buds. Should be a really good yield off of this one. No pue colour uet but I’m sure it’s coming soon. Aug 27: hit 32 C today and will be hot for another five days or so. With this late heat wave I’ve upped the daily water volume to about 9 L a day over three waterings. Still adding potassium silicate once a day and always adjusting pH with vinegar and then a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent. Smell of peppermint also repels pests, supposedly.

Evening, Cannafam and Happy Easter to those of you that celebrate it 🐇 This has been yet another great week with my 3 Green Crack girls. I can't remember if I mentioned it in my last update but I switched out my 300 watt Viperspectra LED for my 600 watt Mars Hydro, also lollipopped the 3 of them and whenever I see a leaf that I didn't notice in my initial defoliation that is obstructing light to bud sites I pop it off but never more than a few leaves at a time. The plants are pretty much in auto pilot right now just cruising. There's no more maintenance left to do on them and aside from feeding them I don't really have to do much except setback and wait on my weed lol

Looks like the stretch has officially come to an end and with it, the first signs of trichome production have started to show up!✨ Unfortunately, the plant stayed pretty small despite being in a 20L pot, which is a bit of a bummer. I was hoping for more size, but hey let’s see what she can deliver in quality! Sometimes the small ones pack the biggest punch. 😏 Excited to see how the buds develop from here!😊

Some new vertical growth but also some yellowing of the leaf tips. I see some people's diaries and their plants look so lush and green in comparison. Hey ho, not gonna mess with it else I'll make it worse!

| WEEK FOUR UPDATE | Week four my friends, this came fast and furious and blew me away. I’m going to toss up a few more photos showing what I’m so surprised about. GROWTH! I was worried about a couple of the girls, and wasn't sure how to react to their progress until now. Autos have a completely different rhythm compared to what I’m used to handling (photo periods). I feel that autos can have an awkward stage appearance wise during week 3-5 (time may vary depending on seedbank) since a lot of hormonal changes are happening at an accelerated rate. Well done Fast Buds, these are truly living up to the name. Compared to other autos I grew from a different company (Growers Choice) which took over 100 days for flowering to kick in adding up to roughly 133 days till harvest. I could fit several grows of Fast Buds genetics in that time frame. If you’re someone who is looking to increase the amount of potential grows yearly, I’d recommend these genetics. These girls have just started flower so It’ll be a bit before I give my final thoughts on these genetics from Fast Buds, but I won’t deny that I’m impressed. I moved the plants around so the shortest are on one side so I can set individual light height for each side. I didn’t want to lose energy for smaller plants that could be utilized by lowering one of the lights. Now onto the details :) | ORANGE SHERBET | There are two phenotypes that are expressing themselves. One (#2) is medium height of 11 inches, stocky, and full of bud sites. The other (#1) is the smallest of all the plants, 8 ½ inches but honestly has a really good structure despite its size. I love the citrus dominant terpenes in both girls, 2# smell like mandarin orange zest which admittedly I have a weakness for. | WEDDING CHEESECAKE | This strain is also expressing two phenotypes. #1 is 9 ½ inches tall with a solid structure. #2 is 16 inches, a decent height and great limb proportions. She has the best structure of all the strains I’m growing from Fast Buds. Looks amazing, and is taking a bit more time to flower than some the others, which is fine considering how healthy and strong she looks. | PURPLE LEMONADE | When life gives you lemons, stretch! These two are the tallest of the strains resting at a height of 19 - 20 inches. #1 has limited limbs, if anything she’s all stem and bud sites making up one massive cola site that’s going to consume most of the energy and nutrients. So I expect this girl to have the largest buds of the others. She’s also the first to flower and currently ahead by almost a week. #2 has more limbs but less bud sites on the main cola than her sister. I’m curious how these two will develop in the next few weeks. | FINAL THOUGHTS | Another week has gone by my friends, time flies these days. This week was productive and informative. I’m learning a lot from growing these girls, and look forward to the coming weeks. I’m happy with what I’m seeing so far, especially WC #2, and OS #2, these two are the stars of this grow! On a side note I was contacted by Heather from Fast Buds, she offered to send another batch of Stardawg since they didn’t make it. I didn’t expect this, so I was surprised when I read the email. Hello guys and welcome to week 9! Today my dehumidifier broke so I have to keep the tend open during the day. But for now everything is going smothely. The EC is pretty high at roughly 2.4. I will bring it down to 1.3 until the end of the week. I‘m ipressed how big the buds are getting even tho they aren‘t maturing yet. But I’m not familiar with this strain so we’ll see whats going to halpen. I hope I don‘t get mold issues later on so I‘ll keep a close eye on the humidity. Trichomes started to get cloudy and some of them have already turned amber. I hope to harvest next week but for now they are still too many clear trichomes. All the plants are now watered with clear water until the harvest. Some leaves almost turned yellow directly after the nutrient stop, especially on the OG Kush. The Honey Melon Haze is now mostly standing up thanks to the strings that support it. Hopefully the harvest is coming soon!
