Welcome to my Slurircane Diary sponsored by MSNL & Spider-Farmer Week 7, early flip and attempt at reveg into early week 8 but decided I liked the look of her cola potential and decided to throw her into flowering. From the reveg attempt I thought a ratio on/off would be best if it leaned more on the off, so a 13-11 off / on was set for early week 8 and till fattening (when the stretch is over, 'pre flower) This is a bit of a weird one for me, well more a 1st. I'm not 100% sure. But I do remember this getting 3 13.5hr days as did my whole tent. As my cheap timer ran for an extra hrs off when it was meant to be on. So, put it into a flip. And I tried for over a week to reveg, I'm sure if I pushed on. I would of gotten to reveg. (I'm not sure how long it takes, am very pleased though with this spectrum even without the IR that the flip time is quick. So, after a week 7 was finished. I decided to push on to a 13-11 off/on to induce her. I'll increase it to 13-11 on/off in fattening. Sadly has the pre flip and then attempt at reveg make all her nodes very stiff. And near to LST. After pre flower I'll hard defol and attemp to distance the colas. Surprisingly with her been a dom indica her leafs are very Stavia style. Very thin. Would make an ideal candidate for scrog. She is very healthy and been the most responsive with co2/heat. Although growth was stalled from my reveg attempt, I'm sure i cut a good few CM from her Height by reversing it again. I should of looked up how long it takes to reveg 1st. Lessons learnt. I still have an amazing pheno. (I'm a few weeks ahead in Real Time) Defoliation So, this was done lots on this girl. As my plans for her were changed due to poor attention. So, start of wk 7, what I thought was still a few weeks out from me flipping. But, after my abandoned attempt of reveggin. She was in limbo and I decided to risk it with a hard defoliation. (Looks like it was done in pre flower, it wasn't, It was just coming back into veg, but would of taken weeks to get it growing fully again, and at looking I'm happy with it so I pushed again with my Defol to get colas. You can find this on grow weed easy "full tutorial for flowering") am gonna leave her now until she's out of pre flower, she's 35cm or so tall. I don't see putting on much height. As my reveg attempt will for sure hanmer her stretch. Diet Was planning on taking Alga Grow off for the last 10 days r so off grow. So, I only had a few days off it, and its on Alga Bloom now. Due to the high number of tops that naturally produced themselves on the pop,,I had to start some LST,,and in the process,,accidentally knocked the top off it,,😁😂😂🙏 Thankfully the main stem plugged itself,,and the branches that have been trained,,,look promising,,,,🙏🙏💚🇦🇺

Terps on point on each pheno , 2 of them turned killers, it’s a pity I didn’t save any clone. after almost 2 month cure and testing with Gemma cert the THC levels were around 16%. The plants were initially growing in a tent, were moved a lots. I hope that I will be able to achieve higher results with fast buds in the future. Despite the small number , the hit is really strong and has an indica side to it .

used flawless finish the last week

we just finished 2 weeks are are going into the 3 week. These ladies can EAT!! 1,000 ppm’s and no issues..looks like I have to up the ppm’s for bloom phase 4 out of the 5 are doing GREAT. The 5th one is having issues and I know it’s the media I am using. I had a different brand of soil for 1 of the banana MAC’s and it freaking SUCKS!! I am amending with Iron-Tone by Espoma to get the green back and it has some cal-mag also with sulpher ( hits all suspect deficiencies). The other 4 are in Mother Earth soil which I have had zero issues with. I will be sticking with Mother Earth for awhile. 11/6 Potassium deficiency in the banana MAC’s…kinda of a good sign. Let’s me know the plant is going into bloom phase and it’s time to change the ratios from 1:1:1 to 1:3:2. The 1:3:2 is flower girl 1 week and fish bone meal with Langbeinite the other week. I will alternate between the two for 4 weeks. Tuesday ( 11/8) will mark 3 weeks. I did defoliation and lollipoping today. This is the second one I have done ( I do the first one the week before flipping).

Really impressed with this strain it was slow at first and took off and never stopped got about 4.4 oz would of been more if i didnt test it

What a pleasure to grow such beautiful plants. the buds are big and resinous, with strong gassy and fruity smell.

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #5 Plants are doing well, there’s not much to do except to let them grow. Roots are filling the pots, I might transplant them in their final pots (18l) during next week. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done a very good job during these 5 weeks. The plants need more space to grow, I will have to switch on the HID next week to give some more light coverage. Giving them a light feed during the week using Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 (not listed) and not Organic Grow ☝️ In my quest for plants science I have found something interesting about the Dr Cleve Backster 😊 but apparently controlled experiments that have attempted to replicate Backster's findings have failed... weird isn’t it ? 😳 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

- We had a flying start until 7-10 days ago when we noticed some toxicity early signs, * Dark green leaves, * Slow bud progress * Burning tips, * Crispy leaves. ⚠️ PH testing at mediums(soil) run off and the confirmation was there. Too low PH (<4) & the roots started to lock down = (slowing nut - water uptake) -> slowing transpiration -> showing ☝️ toxicity-deficiencies. - We stopped feeding and started to flush with tap water at 7 PH (3 waterings -7l/plant), at first run off was really low (under 4 PH) and after the flush we were at 5 PH. - From now on we will adjust our waterings at 6.5 PH and start microdosing atami PK and snacks. - The plants responed quickly after the first flushings and we will be back on track fast. - Room smells like sparkling lemonade 🍋 only when teasing the buds, the humidifier/ionist keep the smells low and fastening the transpiration. * Update at half week 6.👇 - After flush we start feeding with the atami duo and some snacks, the PH steady at 6.5. - Buds fattening faster the last days.

Day 63 - 28 of Flower Changes this week include adding a 4th Maxibright 315w lamp and Agro bulb. I wanted to run 4 but originally could only afford to buy 3. These retail at £250 each per kit so theres now £1000 just in lighting. A huge improvement to overall light spread around the plants and more light penetrating the canopy to the lower bud sights. I've also spent the weekend insulating my space for 2 reasons. Obviously temperature fluctuations being one. I found the temps were anywhere between 17 and 31 degrees throughout a 24 hour cycle and wanted to get a more consistent day and night temperature. With the extra light it needs to be cooler too. 2nd reason was humidity. With the great British weather being as damp as it is the night time humidity has been over 75% some days which now we are deep into flower could quickly lead to bud rot. Insulating the space and running my exterior AC unit has now got that figure to below 56% at all times. I'm very happy with that. Feeding ratio remains unchanged this week. I'm going to continue running the PK13/14 for at least another 7 days or untill the buds finish fattening out. Still feeding 6 litres every other day. No further training at this point just pulling a few colas out of the way of the fan and one main cola from directly under a lamp as it was burning. Also stretch has now finished which is a massive relief as I've no headspace left in the tent at all. I didn't have time to take many photos of the buds in the dark but the ones I have put on show just how frosty these stardawgs get! Really living up to their name considering they are only half way through predicted flower time. The only further upgrade I would like at this point is a proper co2 with digital regulator. I have however read that they dont benefit much from extra co2 from this point onwards?? What is everyone's thoughts on that? Obviously I have my natural co2 generator and will leave it in untill the end of the grow. I realise I really underestimated the size of these plants and 6 sativa dominant species is a stupid idea. The tent is just too packed so on the next run I'll opt for less and go with a scrog. Thanks for checking in! I cant wait to see how the next week plays out.
