Day 29 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Starting a new week with some exciting plans! 🌿 We've got about one more week before we transition the plants to the flowering phase. Just to recap last week's updates for those following along: We’ve named all the plants in both grows. This makes it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants. A SCROG net helps train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We’ve placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress and prepare for the flowering phase!" Day 33 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Exciting news for our second grow: we’ve added a new member to the grow tent – a praying mantis! 🦗 Her species is Timor shield mantis, and she still needs a name. We got her to help with pest control naturally. Praying mantises are excellent predators and can help keep unwanted insects away from our plants. Feel free to suggest a name for her! Any tips or fun facts about keeping a mantis in the grow tent are also welcome!" Day 34 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Big update today: we’ve switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle to initiate the flowering phase! 🌸 Our second batch of plants, just like the first, has developed well and we believe they’re ready to start blooming. This change should encourage them to shift their energy towards producing buds. For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. We've introduced a Timor shield mantis for natural pest control. The plants have responded well to all adjustments and are looking healthy. Trainwreck is doing amazing, super nice shape, defoliation worked the way it should. This one will make a super nice shape, the lower branches caught up with the top and we are ready for flower. Living soil, no feeding, happy plant !

Day 28 of flower, all going good so far still just giving them ph water. Will be top dressing this week at some point. So far the lemon tree is looking like the winner!

Still only giving them water at ph6. 5 The soil I started them in is a full strength soil. House and garden bat special 🦇💪👍 Some people say I shouldn't plant seeds direct into full strength soil, I've been doing it for 20 years and never had any issues . Each to there own I say 👍

Hello everyone, The tangerine dream is still not in flower, i couldn't find a tent that is not occupied so i need to keep her in veg for a couple of days more. I didn't update last week progress the plant is now 11 weeks since sprouted from seed. I gave her a good defoliation removed the internodes and gave her something to drink. Fotos actualizadas pronto en la semana anterior. El engorde de los cogollos está prácticamente terminado y solo falta que maduren un poco antes de ser cosechada. Gran trabajo por parte de mis colaboradores, estoy bastante contento con este grow, el próximo tendré más atención en la etapa de crecimiento, la cual es muy importante si quiero obtener una cosecha de calidad. First off I believe the strain name is wrong. It should be just FF03 but I’ll need to check with fastbuds. These are photo period test genetics from fastbuds and the FF stands for fast flower. They are supposed to be done in 50-60 days of flowering. I’m going to let them do their thing for a minimum of 40 days just to be sure they don’t have ruderalis. This is a brand new setup I built with floraflex 6” pot pro using coco and I’ll be testing their nutrients out as well. That being said they are about 10 days old but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to get the diary going. Thanks for looking :)

Well, that didn’t go as planned 😅 — snapped a branch while doing LST, so I guess it turned into an unplanned supercrop session. At least I’m learning something new from my mistakes. Other than that, this strain’s super bushy — gonna need to step up my LST game next time.

1st week of flowering done not much to say she is not stretching like I thought she would maybe overfeeding decided not to flush as I just flushed her to get her ready for flowering and I'm afraid she will be over watered. I'm still wondering if I should flush her again anyone with input would be much appreciated. Going to look into some sort of co2 for the tent hopefully will have something for next week.

Kweekverslag Week 3: Cheese van Seeds Genetics Datum: 18 maart 2025 Het is weer tijd voor een kweekverslag, en dit keer over mijn Cheese-plant van Seeds Genetics! Week 3 is voorbij, en het is geweldig om te zien hoe deze soort zich ontwikkelt. Laten we eens kijken naar de details van deze spannende week. Groei en Ontwikkeling: In week 3 is mijn Cheese-plant flink aan het groeien! De bladeren zijn robuust en hebben een heldergroene kleur die doet denken aan een weelderig weiland. De internodes beginnen mooi te verlengen, en ik zie al enkele takken zich ontwikkelen die veelbelovend zijn voor een goede opbrengst. Het is echt een plezier om naar te kijken terwijl de plant zich zo goed ontwikkelt. Voeding: Ik heb de voedingsstoffen zorgvuldig afgestemd op de behoeften van de plant. Deze week heb ik een combinatie van stikstofrijke en kaliumrijke meststoffen gebruikt om zowel de vegetatieve groei als de bloei te stimuleren. De Cheese-plant lijkt deze mix te waarderen, want de bladeren stralen gezondheid uit en zijn stevig. Licht en Temperatuur: De lichtcyclus blijft op 18 uur licht en 6 uur duisternis, wat optimaal lijkt voor deze soort. De temperaturen variëren tussen de 21-24°C, wat ideaal is. De luchtvochtigheid heb ik rond de 52% gehouden, wat perfect lijkt voor de groei en voorkomt dat de plant uitdroogt. Training: Ik heb deze week ook begonnen met low-stress training (LST) om de takken in bedwang te houden en meer licht naar de lagere delen van de plant te laten komen. Het is ongelooflijk om te zien hoe Cheese zich aanpast aan de training. De takken zijn al begonnen te groeien, en de naastliggende scheuten krijgen ook meer kans om zich te ontwikkelen. Gezondheidscheck: Tot nu toe is alles gezond en in topconditie! Er zijn geen tekenen van plagen of ziekten, en de bladeren zijn vrij van vlekken of andere afwijkingen. Ik controleer regelmatig op eventuele problemen en zorg ervoor dat ik de plant goed water geef. Conclusie: Al met al was week 3 een fantastische periode voor mijn Cheese-plant. De groei is indrukwekkend, de geur begint zich te ontwikkelen, en de plant voelt sterk aan. Ik ben benieuwd naar wat de komende weken zullen brengen en kijk ernaar uit om meer updates te geven! Place these seeds in the paper towel literally 24hrs later the tap roots were nice and long. I then placed them in jiffy pods and within 24 hours this is how they looked. So far amazing from what I see. Shout out to fast buds!!! This will be ram in the growace Aircube system.
