She is not gaining anymore... Guess she will ripen, bigger plant, but still not a bigger harvest... The sap eaters r still present, but only focus on this Diesel... And they are not explodin, I'm guessing it's near a good balance, with enough natural predators. Also, I pick random beetles from the street and release it in the tent, found a lady but once.... 15/09 she's ready!

3/31: Fed today Looks like I'll have at least 8 colas that exceed 12" in length this run ..maybe more...👍 4/3: Fed today...switched to Beastie Bloomz and increased Signal. 4/5: Made adjustments to the lights to allow me to raise them another few inches. That's all folks... Increased UVB exposure another 30 minutes a day.😎 4/6: Fed today.

Flower development definitely set back right from the beginning with extreme light intensity reaching 1650 ppfd before corrected. Never fully took off I don’t think. Midway through week 7 started to slowly dial back the intensity from 900 at tops to 650 ppfd. This is a 9.5-10 week strain. Using fish shit to keep things ramped up, also Bokashi Bran and worm casting. Also mixing in Gaia seaweed extract 0-0-17 with the fish shit. Not a whole lot more needed that the soil and top dressings doesn’t already have, if anything at all. I just like to give it that extra kick. I had completely wiped out those pesky fungus gnats and future offspring before flower, but they came back after top dressing and adding more soil. They come in the bag soil, and while I was on holidays for 10 days they came back and I wasn’t on top of the new wave of those dirty bastards. Just about got them cleared out again with the use of nematodes and sticky traps.

for my nutrients I have been giving 3.75 ml per gallon of fox farm grow big and 2.5 ml of fox farm tiger blood I feed them every time they need watering... I have not seen any burnt tips so they must be handling the nutes well. More and more preflowers are coming out. I am just going to say we are starting flowering this week, im guessing she will start flowering for sure by the end of this 5th week.

🇩🇪RS11B – Update 🍃 Die RS11B entwickelt sich aktuell solide und hat sich gut vom Stress durch Training und Umzug ins 1x1 erholt. Heute gab’s pH-reguliertes Wasser + CalMag, erstmal bewusst ohne zusätzlichen Dünger. Das Training wurde weitergeführt, Triebe neu runtergebunden und die Fläche gleichmäßiger verteilt. Die neuen Tops kommen sauber nach oben und die Struktur passt. Im Vergleich zur C-Variante (trotz knapp einer Woche Unterschied) bleibt die B deutlich kompakter, während die C größer wächst – allerdings ohne dass die B im Wachstum eingeschränkt wirkt. Zwei klar unterschiedliche Wuchsformen. Bin gespannt, wie sie sich Richtung Blüte entwickelt. 🇬🇧RS11B – Update 🍃 RS11B is developing nicely and has recovered well from the recent stress (training + move into the 1x1 tent). Today she got pH-adjusted water + CalMag, no additional nutrients this time. Training was continued, branches tied down again to improve canopy distribution. New tops are coming up evenly and the structure is looking clean. Compared to the C-variant (despite about a one-week difference), the B stays noticeably more compact, while the C grows bigger — without the B showing any signs of reduced growth. Two clearly different growth patterns. Curious to see how she performs heading into flower.

Plants are acclimating to the flower area and new 5 gal buckets. DinaMed's leaves were damaged by the Diatomaceous earth dusting. The colouring is mottled green and growth is twisted slightly. Defoliated both plants a bit. Now, a week to let them grow.

My permanent marker plants are looking really interesting! The short and stocky one with the purple leaves is super vibrant. I love that pop of color against the green of the other plants. It's a little different from the taller plant, which has this really cool stacked-up look to it. I'm curious to see if those stacked-up leaves will change color too. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Week 9 Update – Pushing Limits 🌿 Everything is running as it should, but AN#3 is completely maxed out—there’s no more room left in the tent. One thing is clear, though: the difference in stem thickness between BioBizz#1 and AN#4 is striking, likely due to Rhino Skin. AN#4 is also developing a gorgeous layer of frost as expected. ❄️ BioBizz#1 – BT35 The CalMag issue is fully under control now—she’s getting 140/40 and shows no visible deficiencies anymore. Overall, she’s in great shape! AN#4 – BT35 There’s a minor calcium deficiency visible on one leaf, but at this stage, it’s not a concern. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra is doing its job well at 1ml/L. EC: 2.4 pH: 6.5 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT31 She’s lagging slightly behind the others, though she should be further along. This is due to suboptimal conditions—she’s far too close to the light, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Supercropping is nearing its limits, but thankfully, vertical growth has almost stopped! EC: 2.4 pH: 6.5 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil).

Die gezwitterte pflanze habe ich nicht gewogen und zu früh geerntet, die anderen beiden bin ich mit zufrieden, die eine hat kurz vor 70 abgeworfen und die andere 66 bei 61% rlf Rest feuchte. Wirkt ganz gut.

So.... what can i say about this grow so far? Its a Love & Hate kind of grow relationship 😂🤦🏽 On one hand, this plant is Hugh, branchy, and grows like crazy, every grower dream!🤩 On the other hand it gives me hell!😤 This Og kush phenotype is super sensitive, despite the fact that a lot of it was my fault as well... At first it was the sensitivity to the bright light, Then i realised the EC was sky rocking high! Apparently i i gave the plant lots of PH down, which raised the EC levels at around 1900! Which gave the plant a crazy nutrient burn. Luckily i found the problem, and in the past few days i lowered the EC gradually. Anyway, despite all the issues I'm having with that OG Kush, she's keep on going!💪🏽💚 As you can see the plant is very big, the buds getting bigger by the day, they are super sticky already... I had to defoliate her for the second time with gloves on haha, I do hope that from now on it will be a smooth ride until harvest, crossing my fingers 🤞🏽🌱

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is measured in decisions, not dreams. Dopamine release is not the pursuit of happiness; it's the happiness of the pursuit. "Mens Dei" Cannabis buds can expand or swell in warmer conditions, but this is not necessarily a desirable effect. High temperatures can cause the buds to become airy and loose, reducing their density and potentially impacting potency and aroma. First 4 weeks flower, blazing hot expansion of buds, 4 weeks after cool off? Why?? What can be made to expand, airy and loose, can also be made to contract, dense and tight. Why? Trichomes do not discriminate, although we like to think of trichomes' primary purpose as being to get us high; they are there to provide photoprotection (sunscreen). Trichomes apply themselves based on area dimensions; the more area = the more trichomes in order to protect. Different from density: Trichomes, the resinous glands on plants, are often produced in response to stress, including high light intensity. This increased production can lead to denser trichome coverage on the plant, stress, stress, stress, stress is the signal. There is a certain beauty in watching the large water-filled buds once swollen to the brim slowly shrink during drying, as the surface areas contract, the trichomes just cluster up to form denser and denser coatings, already dense from high light intensities, UVB exposure, and IPS, and every other stressor I could tweak. Trichomes, the resinous glands on cannabis plants, are often produced in response to various forms of stress. Ant"ox"idants, The production of antioxidants in plants is intricately linked to their oxidative apparatus. The plant has limited oxidative capacity/apparatus. During daytime photosynthesis, a large percentage of that oxidative capacity is tied up in protecting the plant. During the night, plants alter their metabolic pathways. This leads to a far more focused production of specific antioxidants, like THC. Plants also produce antioxidants during the day. Excess light, for example, can trigger the production of excess antioxidants as part of their defense mechanisms against reactive oxygen species (ROS). The differential ROS production by blue and IR light can have significant biological consequences. For example, high levels of ROS induced by blue light can lead to cell damage and death, while lower levels of ROS produced by IR light may be involved in beneficial cellular signaling pathways. Long nights under the IR (very low ROS), the boost in cellular respiration, and the boost in energy production. In a perfect world, I'd give the plant a shock treatment of 60DLI in 4 hours and give her the other 20 hours to perform cellular respiration under IR. The stress of those 4 hours would be rigorous and full of stress abound, 1800-2000ppm CO2 is easy for a couple of hours during daylight, it's maintaining it that's hard, but 4 hours is very doable with nothing but a little extra "carbon sugar" in your medium every other night during the first 4 weeks of flower. In my opinion, you only need to jack CO2 for those first 4 weeks of flower to see maximal output, after that it's all about trichome preservation, everything else comes second. Without the temps to assist with metabolism, CO2 is reduced to normal levels along with temps 4-5th week of flower. Buds are primarily composed of water. Developing flower buds, like other plant tissues, require a significant amount of water for growth and turgor pressure, which helps maintain their structure and firmness. Turgor pressure in plant cells is primarily generated by osmosis, but transpiration plays a crucial role in maintaining it. The optimal internal leaf surface temperature for photosynthesis at 1800-2000ppm CO2 is likely in the upper range of 97°F, meaning ambient would need to sit at 102°F-ish or thereabout for full metabolic utilization. That's putting your transpirational pulling force x5 x6 maybe x7 of what it would be if she were cruising at 68F. "My buds won't fatten, what can I do!!" Crank that bitch. If your purpose was to blow up a balloon as fast as you can, as much as you can, would you use 2x force or x5 Force to do so? Bad analogy, but you get the idea. Kiss. Optimize photosynthesis & VPD by day, cellular respiration by night. TECHNICALLY: "While transpiration and cellular respiration are both ongoing plant processes, they are not neatly separated into day and night. Both processes occur both day and night, though at different rates and with different emphasis. Transpiration, the release of water vapor from plant surfaces, is primarily driven by sunlight and photosynthesis during the day, but it also continues at a lower rate at night. Cellular respiration, which provides energy for the plant, occurs continuously, both day and night. " BUT Only 10% ATP can be processed through photosynthesis and carbon capture. 90% of ATP is processed when the plant's oxidative capacity becomes available (NIGHTTIME). Cellular respiration relies on the process of oxidation to generate energy. Specifically, the final stage of cellular respiration, called oxidative phosphorylation, utilizes oxygen as the final electron acceptor to produce a substantial amount of ATP, the cell's primary energy currency. Several environmental factors can hinder cellular respiration in plants. These include low oxygen levels, temperature extremes (both too high and too low), humidity, water stress, and the presence of toxins. These factors can impair the function of enzymes involved in respiration, disrupt the availability of substrates, or directly damage plant tissues, thus reducing the rate of cellular respiration. Factors such as oxygen concentration, glucose availability and temperature will all impact the amount of aerobic respiration an organism will perform.
