🌿 Frosted Guava Auto by Zamnesia | Pheno A | Week 6 (Early Flower) 🌱 Flowers Are Taking Over One of the things I've enjoyed most about this 8×8 Adventure is watching every phenotype slowly reveal its own personality. Even though every plant shares the same environment, the same feeding schedule, and the same care, each one tells its own story. Frosted Guava Pheno A has become one of those plants that quietly earns your attention. She has never been the tallest plant in the room or the one demanding the spotlight. Instead, she has grown with remarkable balance, developing a beautiful natural structure that now serves as the perfect foundation for flower production. Last week marked her transition into flowering. This week, there's no longer any doubt. She's officially focused on building buds. 🌸 Week 6 – Bud Development Begins The stretch is now coming to an end, and the plant has begun redirecting her energy exactly where every grower hopes to see it. Flowers. Standing at approximately 101 cm, Frosted Guava has maintained a wonderfully compact yet well-proportioned structure. Every branch has found its place within the canopy, creating a plant that looks organized, balanced, and incredibly healthy from every angle. The small clusters of pistils that appeared last week have now developed into clearly defined bud sites. Each branch is beginning to stack flowers, and the canopy is starting to display that exciting early-flowering look where every top promises something special in the weeks ahead. The pace has changed. Instead of racing upward, she's quietly building outward. And she's doing it beautifully. 🌿 Canopy Development & Training The work invested during vegetative growth continues to pay dividends. Regular Low Stress Training, combined with simple leaf tucking whenever necessary, has allowed nearly every flowering site to receive excellent light exposure without forcing the plant into an unnatural shape. Looking across the canopy, it's easy to appreciate how evenly the branches have developed. The spacing between internodes remains ideal, giving each future cola enough room to mature while maintaining a full, productive canopy. Airflow continues moving freely throughout the plant, reducing shaded areas while allowing every branch to contribute equally to the final harvest. Sometimes less really is more. Rather than constantly correcting the plant, allowing her natural architecture to guide the training has produced a structure that feels effortless. 🌼 Flower Development This week the flowers have noticeably changed character. The bright white pistils continue multiplying across every branch, but now they're gathering into small clusters that clearly resemble the buds they'll soon become. Every day brings a little more volume. A few more calyxes. A few more pistils. A little more definition. It's still early, but the framework of every future cola is becoming easy to recognize. While resin production is only beginning to appear, there's already that familiar feeling every grower loves. The plant is entering the stage where everything starts happening faster. 🍃 Plant Health Health continues to be one of Frosted Guava's strongest qualities. The foliage maintains a rich, healthy green color from the bottom of the canopy right through to the newest growth. Leaf posture remains excellent throughout the day, showing strong turgor and steady transpiration despite the warm summer conditions. The stems have continued thickening nicely, supporting the increasing weight that will soon come as flower production accelerates. Overall, she gives the impression of a plant that's completely comfortable in her environment. No signs of stress. No unnecessary drama. Just steady, confident growth. 💧 Nutrition & Irrigation As flower production begins increasing, Frosted Guava has smoothly transitioned into a feeding program designed to support the demands of early bloom while maintaining healthy vegetative function. This week she's receiving: • Terra Bloom — 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • Power Buds — 1 ml/L • Green Sensation — 1 ml/L Maintaining: • EC: 1.78 mS/cm • pH: 6.0 The AutoPot system continues providing a stable and uninterrupted supply of water and nutrients, allowing the root system to remain active around the clock without experiencing repeated wet and dry cycles. Healthy roots continue supporting healthy flowers. 🌡️ Environment The environment remains remarkably stable, allowing every phenotype in the room to express its genetic potential without unnecessary stress. Current conditions: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • Solution temperature: 21°C • Root zone temperature: 21°C • CO₂: Approximately 639 ppm Despite the challenges that summer temperatures can bring, the room continues operating as a balanced ecosystem where strong airflow, consistent irrigation, and stable environmental control allow the plants to remain comfortable throughout the entire day. It's a reminder that consistency often produces better results than constantly chasing perfection. 👀 Looking Ahead The coming week should mark another exciting step in Frosted Guava's development. With the stretch nearly behind her, I expect almost all of her energy to shift toward flower production. Bud sites should begin thickening noticeably, individual flowers will continue joining together, and the first visible layer of trichomes should start appearing across the sugar leaves. This is the stage where the structure she's built over the past several weeks begins paying its rewards. The foundation is there. Week 3 Update — Transplant & Early Veg Development Date: 11/12–11/17 Strain: Fast Diesel (IZI.Farm) Medium: Fox Farm Happy Frog + Gaia Green Amendments Light: Mammoth Nova Sun 950W Grower: Stoney Stark / Little Lilly Farms Light & Environment Fixture: Mammoth Nova Sun Series 950W Settings: 50% total | 100% cool | 40% warm | 0% IR | 0% UV Previous PPFD: ~300 µmol/m²/s Light Adjustment (11/17): Lowered 6", increasing canopy PPFD to ~435 µmol/m²/s Temperature: 83°F Humidity: lowered to 65% RH Three phenos continue showing strong vegetative growth, while one runt remains smaller but healthy with no signs of stress or deficiency. A minor leaf-curling issue caused by airflow has been corrected. Considering relocating the driver outside the tent to help mitigate heat as the grow transitions toward flower. Transplant Details (11/12 — Day 21) All four plants were transplanted into 5-gallon pots. Soil Blend & Purpose Gaia Green 2-8-4: Supports root development and provides early phosphorus and potassium for the transition into flower. Gaia Green 4-4-4: Balanced nutrient source maintaining steady vegetative growth. Worm Castings (20%): Supplies organic nitrogen, microbial activity, and improved soil moisture retention. Glacial Rock Dust: Provides trace minerals and silica for stronger structure. Mykos: Mycorrhizae applied to the root ball to promote efficient nutrient uptake and early root expansion. Watering & Nutrient Breakdown Initial Watering (2 gal RO) ½ gallon per plant, pH 6.4 Silicium (1 ml)-Improves cell wall strength and plant stress resistance. Helps stabilize growth during and after transplant. CalMag (4 ml)-Replaces the calcium and magnesium absent in RO water and supports new growth development. Ruby Fulvic (10 ml)-Improves nutrient movement, chelation, and trace mineral uptake in the freshly amended soil. Pure Zym (8 ml)-Breaks down organic material and dead roots, converting them into available nutrients and keeping the rhizosphere clean. CalMag (4 ml): Ensures steady Ca/Mg availability under higher PPFD conditions. Ruby Fulvic (10 ml): Maximizes micronutrient uptake and transport. Rhyzium (2 ml): Continues promoting root spread throughout the 5-gallon pots. Growth Notes & Plans All four plants have adjusted well to their new containers. Three phenos are vigorous; one remains a smaller but healthy runt. Increased PPFD from 300 to 435 has improved leaf posture, node spacing, and overall vegetative growth. Humidity reduced to 65% to match increasing canopy density and airflow needs. I tied down branches on 3 of the 4 plants on 11/20 to open their structure and prepare them for the upcoming stretch. The smallest pheno—the runt—was left untouched to continue growing vertically. It’s still healthy, just not meeting the overall standard of the garden. I’m giving it one more week to show improvement before deciding whether it stays in the run or gets culled. Flip Decision After monitoring growth, root establishment, and canopy development, the decision has been made to flip to flower on 11/26. This will give the plants enough time to fully settle into their 5-gallon pots while still maintaining a 4–5 week vegetative cycle.

Beautiful Plant and good smell - cant wait to test the finish product. Smells a little like grape and other fruit i cannot explain. this was her last week. Week 10 she got only 10hrs of light for the first 5 days of the week. Day 66 - Last watering Day 68 - lights off Day 70 - harvest

First feeding on day 8. I will be watering with nutes and plain PH's tap water every other watering as required by the dryness of the soilless mix. Watering until about 10% runoff each time. Current lighting: mix of LED & CFL- total wattage 71 watts.

I cannot wait for the harvest to begin… dam… this plant is doing the thing that make the pots to be done[South African Phrase], she has shot up, during my absence it’s like it was getting watered with nutrients and water mixture, and all she was getting was water. next week hopefully I’ll find the measuring tape and measure the height of this beautiful plant, my eyes cannot believe my labour, it’s fruits are becoming unbelievable, I hope that the bud is going to be big and juicy, I want to nothing but to smoke the best.

This week went great. The ladies are still looking happy and healthy. Bud sites everywhere. One plant is monster cropped and looks insane. As far as I can tell they are done stretching out now. Took off some leaves covering bud sites and some of the bottom limbs not getting much light. Happy Growing y’all 🔥💨💚✌️🏼

Harvest went well. Chopped them down. Hanging now with a gentle fan. Chopped a few lower branches to dry and smoke while waiting. Havent weighed anything yet. Will add weights to this week soon. A total of 14.3 oz.

D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding.
