Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 14 Jan 15- Jan 21 Flushing and preparation for harvest 😁 on Jan 15 feed girls for the last time with nutrients. It was reduced dose by 60% 5ltr no runoff. Following morning topped up with 6ltr of ph down and only fish shit. Runoffs PH 6.2. Second watering Jan 18 6tr and 7ltr on Jan 21. It was last watering. Week went very well. No white pistils hairs on Athena for a good while and barely few left on Xena. Many buds have different shapes and colours but all of them are equally hard as rocks, sticky and smelling so deliciously. This week trichomes development was just like I wish for. Just milky and amber in play Status on Jan 22. Mostly of buds 20-50% amber. It's just perfect for my needs🤤 On Jan 21 lights were on for the last time and girls will be harvested after 48 or 72h of darkness. Stay tuned for the final week update! Light was at 16" from days 1-7, which was way too close! The light was moved up to 32" and normal growth begun! The light is an SF4000 that's dimmed to 333watts while being cooled. day 21-Defoliation begins! removed 1 fan leaf, and one node(on oposite side of 1st node) already! Day 22, two more LST wires added, to expose the lowest node to equal light with the rest!

Week 27 from seed and a lovely cool 18c this morning... Apart from the bud hungry bugs eating the plant, she does have some amazing bud development. Never seen a pure sativa close up before and always thought the buds would be thinner, although quite airy they are fat buds nonetheless. No signs of seeds either which I am surprised about with it being landrace late in flower.. She is quite sticky and the smell is beginning to come through the buds more. The smell reminds me of citrusy freshness, fruity/sweet. The test smoke I've had is really enjoyable and pleasant. The high is very clear with a fruity taste on your throat. I would say the high makes me more active in and around the garden as apposed to hybrid or indica flower. I cannot wait to smell and taste it when it ripens. If the bugs back off I will let it go 2-3 more weeks possibly but they're munching fast. Only 10 main tops left on the plant.. Spotted 2 types of praying mantis on the plant so hopefully less bugs now... we well see. Next season I will grow again but underneath an anti-bug net.. she had so much potential to be absolutely huge but bugs have not stopped attacking for 7 months! Still a nice plant but it can do much better here.

These girls are just days away from harvest! I will closely monitor their pistils, calyxes & trichomes throughout the week so I can determine exactly when to give these girls their two days darkness before chop! They are all starting to fade out really nice and the smell just keeps getting stronger each and every day! After this last feed/flush I will only give these girls R/O-Distilled Water with nothing added whatsoever. Please enjoy the videos I posted of the girls! Update: 9/7 The pistils and trichomes are about right where I want them. I’d say I have about 90% Cloudy, 7% Clear & 3% Amber Trichomes. A majority of pistils have gone from white to amber and have retracted. The girls have stopped drinking water so I transferred them to my darkroom to finish off for two days. After the two days I will chop and hang at 67°F @ 55%RH for 8-10 days until the stems begin to snap.

RESUMEN DE CULTIVO: Esta cepa es brutal, resiste muy bien las manipulaciones y genera cogollos grandes y prietos, también soporta una fertilización poco controlada y ligeramente excesiva. Perfecta para alguien con pocos conocimientos (este es mi primer cultivo) OLOR: No tiene un olor fuerte, una buena opción para quien necesita disimular el olor del cultivo. SABOR: Su perfil de terpenos es muy bueno pero suave, varia en funcion de la planta, algunas tenían un sabor ligero, especiado y tirando a lo picante pero una en particular si sacó matices de olor y sabor muy dulces y afurtados entre el mango y el platano realmente buenos, me encantaría tener una madre de ese ejemplar. EFECTOS: Tiene altos porcentajes de THC, a tumbado a más de un amigo, me parece una buena opción si buscas una variedad potente. LO MALO: Poco malo tengo que decir, aunque tampoco es tan sabrosa como me hubiera gustado. Seguiré buscando otras variedades pero seguro que repito.

Por lejos este ha sido mi mejor cultivo hasta ahora, han sido los cogollos más grandes, densos y llenos de tricomas que he cultivado, comparado con el cultivo anterior en el que usé el mismo tipo de planta, está vez fue muy superior. Los motivos de la mejora pueden ser varios, incluidos más luz, ya que en el cultivo anterior solo tuve 480w, ahora fueron 720w, también usé tutores y palitos de madera para crear una estructura firme en algunas plantas, y fueron estás mismas las que tuvieron los cogollos más grandes, así que lo usaré en todas las plantas del siguiente cultivo. Además el tiempo de cultivo se redujo de 4 meses a 3 meses y medio, aprox. Ahora solo queda esperar unas 2 semanas para el secado y ver cuánto fue la cosecha total en gramos secos, la anterior fue de 635 gramos secos, está yo creo que por lo menos rondará los 700 gramos secos, incluso puede que me sorprenda y sea mucho más.
