Candyman Day 22, Week 3 of veg! Will probably push 3 more weeks of veg until I flip 😬 The first plant (first pictures) seems a lot smaller then the other two 🤔 I've upped the lights to 50% intensity now. Second plant I've topped a set of lower branches aswell hopefully can start using my lst clips to train all three very soon. Last one seems a bit unhappy to me but still growing nicely. First couple branches only pushed out 3 finger leaves probably nothing just not noticed that before 🤷‍♂️🏼🤣 Update: I've just applied some LSTing so see how they look over next couple of days

This was the girls last week of growth. 2/3 showed some serious leaf issues, lockout or PH issues, but didn’t seem to affect them enough as they continued to grow and fatten up. Easy week this week, tried to keep the temps low as to not volatize all the terps with high heat. RH was kept to around 50% . Straight Ph’d water for the last two weeks and some good trichome Development, mostly milky now. Harvest to come, Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

The girls are doing well they took 64oz each on the last watering and I will continue to increase as we go along. I am very pleased with the progress so far and have my fingers crossed that it will continue 👍☮️

The week ends Sunday Mar-1, being day 61 of flowering since flipping the light. From first pistils shown, it's day 45 which is a more accurate snapshot of where the plants actually are in their maturity. The buds development is progressing albeit slowly and trichomes are still clear across the canopy with lots of frost on the sugar leaves. The buds have beautiful structure and quite fluffy. Swelling has started on some calyxes. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with single daily fertigation at lights on - watering 3L per day. Fertigation pH target is 5.9-6.2 whilst flowering. Stopped the practice of fertigating at lights off due to the springtales infestation. Need to allow at least 2-4hrs of lights on period after fertigation. The coco is not dry but still damp on the surface after 24hrs from fertigation. Trying to maintaining an average RH in the space at 50% but it's getting harder now with all flowers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive & active intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - GHE Flora trio nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy the other at the roots level)

The first week went smooth for the 5 Pineapple Chunks. They stretched just a litlle bit the first 3 days. But I will solve that when they go in the airpots. I haven't turned on the Airfan yet. There's enough fresh air in the tent for the seedlings and it's not getting to hot. The cobs are dimmed to 60 watt at 49 cm (19.3 inches) from the seedlings giving me a DLI of 16.1 The heatmat is set at 23°C (73.4°F) and there's a small fan blowing a gentle breeze along the seedlings. This will give them a stronger stem. Once this week I gave them ph adjusted tapwater with a small amount of nutrients. I added 0,80 ml Rhizotonic + 0,80 ml Cannastart to 500 ml (0.13 gal) tapwater (ec 0,77 – ph 6,0) and gave each seedling 75 ml of this solution. Temperatures stayed between 22 – 25 °C (71.6 – 77 °F) and humidity between 48 – 87 % That's it for this week! See you within 7 days. Wow she's grown 34cm this week!!!! Monster!!!!!!!!!! I wish I knew what she was!!! If I had to guess a breeder I'd say this seed came from FastBuds as it was their type of container.... But what exact strain? I have no idea whatsoever. 😭

Everything's seems to be going good starting to get cramped on space. 1 day after nutient change girls are doing great. Decided to cut a few of the bigger fan leaves that were blocking lower stems from light and just taking up a lot of space. Set up scrog net 7/13 rigged it up as cheap and quick as possible seems to be holding pretty well so far

Here’s the beginning of flowering stage and the last day of first week I made defoliation to them and give them some training. I’m so glad to see those girls growing fast and more in this week 1 so I’m so excited and looking forwards to next week . can’t wait to see the beautiful flowers.

Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Dark Devil by @Sweet_Seeds is right on track with the Red Poison and Purple Lemonade from my other diaries. The LSD is a little behind but the genetics seems to keep it small if you get the wrong pheno. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Dark Devil perked right up and threw another set of leaves in the first 6 hours under the new light. I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Excited to see how big i can get the autos under the new lights, will switch over from the Vipar to the Mars by end of week 2/mid week 3 once I transfer them and give them a day or so settle in. 7/26: Last defoliation for about 4 weeks. Looking good and thick. LST is basically over and I'm going to let this plant do what it wants from here on out. I pulled some stems away a tad more so they grow out of any shadows. Bam! 7/27: Added my Google Home Mini so the girls can listen to classical all day long. 7/28: Pistils are tiny on plant 1, but the other 2 are growing rapidly. 7/29: Ordered a 600w ViparSpectra to add to the grow tent, can't wait. Also ordered some sticky traps. The gnats are not really affecting the plant, (never enough to cause major problems) but I just hate them. They seem to be coming from my shop-Vac (for run-off). I let it dry out, as it never stays full of water. I assume they are attracted to it regardless because of the moisture. I have now moved the shop vac further away from the grow tent and will have sticky traps installed 7/30. 7/30: Day 33. Going well. They love Mozart. Pistils FINALLY on every plant. 7/31: Got the new 600w ViparSpectra in, it's bright... this was a good idea. 600w @ 24inches, 450w @ 20inches 8/1: Pistils on all plants. Pre-flower stretch is real. The new light changed everything. Plant 1 taking half a gallon now.
