the weather forecast says 2 weeks of rain, it will be a challenge to keep the humidity low in the house and of course in the growbox.

06/16/2020 Did some defoiliating, and fed Espoma Fruit and flower 9-4-3 (3 tbls top dressed) help to aid in the transition from veg to flowering, after 21st days get shorter but slowly. Might do light deprivation to induce an early harvest. I just posted a video of Red Sky #3, brother of Red Sky #1 One branch will get dusted on #1 Good news #1, clones very well with minimal effort stuck in potting mix which has 5-1-1 starter fertilizer plus myco, and tricoderma. After she settles in I will switch to top dressing with Espoma Fruit and flower 4-9-3 plus myco have 3 good clones to work with. Oh yeah apparently I put 4-9-3 in transplant pot so I guess it means nutes total is 9-10-4 maybe a mid to late top dress to finish but we see what happens!. The 5-1-1last about 6 weeks. And the 4-9-3 will last 3-4 weeks at best We see how she is doing in a month. Then I'll know better. From here on out this diary is all about my freaky princess!👍 Red Sky #1 she is getting to tall so I took clones to bring her down to size I will keep one mother plant, and monster crop the rest! No fertilizer this week. I harvested the Apricot and the Pound Cake. I will wait one more week for the Orange Sherbet because it doesn't seem ready even if it's in the Fast Buds harvest range. This week should be the last "flowering" week, next ones will be the harvests. I don't want to add another flowering week just for the Orange Sherbet, there will be nothing to see that will not be included in the harvest. During half of the grow, the weather was really bad, especially for the summer period. The worst weather was during the vegetative phase. The plants didn't receive enough light which resulted in poor roots and leaves development. Because of that, the plants didn't have the chance to grow nice buds even if the sun was there during most of the flowering phase. Last summer, I grew a Tropicana Cookies (also from Fast Buds) in a tiny pot at the exact same spot and had better results despite the smaller pot. I didn't record the sun for that year but the weather was better from what I remember. I'm disapointed by the weather but cannot blame the plants. You cannot expect beautiful plants and buds if they don't have light 😞 In the end, my summer grows are more like bonus grows (my main grows are under a light in the winter) and I make them just for fun and to be able to taste new weeds without too much investment. plants are going to be too big. i will have to figure something else out because i havent done any LST or anything to get them to stop,i wanted to see what they look like completely natural . i will probably angle the light and supplement the blurple light on the other side, and just turn the plant a couple times a day. if you have a better suggestion let me know

Only sprayed twice during the cycle. I added natural predators to do the work. This time i did some Neem Oil through foliar spray

This is a great strain from a great seed company in Canada, 34 street seeds. I have had great results from germination to harvest with their strains and these Cookies are no different. Nice tight nugs, some great tasting hard hitting smoke 💨 They grew easily enough, no disease or weirdness that couldn’t be solved by proper NPK. This would be a great strain for beginners looking for an easy harvest, with some good bud to show. I definitely did not maximize the potential of this strain this go around, but I still have 2 seeds from the 5 and it will make it back to my garden again. ❤️🇨🇦😎💨

I got my Optic 1 xl 100w COB LED in the mail just a few days ago and I’m super impressed with this light. The intensity honestly rivals a 250or400w HID light. The light was not at all super expensive. Only $203 after shipping, and it’s well worth it. ( I’m not at all trying to sell this product, I just haven’t see very many journals or reviews on them. Hopefully this journal will help give my view on this light) This is the start of week 1 in bud. I flipped the lights to 12/12 6days ago. And I’ve definitely noticed a stretch from each of these ladies. I think I’ve forgot to mention it but I’ve been using the TNB natural CO2 enhancer. It seems to be doing a great job. I feel like these ladies are definitely growing faster than the plants from my last round that didn’t have any CO2 enhancement. As you guys can see from the pictures and video I’ve installed a trellis net and started spreading these plants out. Over in my veg then the Hyer up plant that I’ve been waiting on to grow up a bit before I throw her into bud ended up being a male. So that means the only plant from this round I haven’t thrown into bud yet is my ATF which has also been in the veg tent with the Hyer Up and the clones. She’s only about 1 &1/2 foot tall from her soil. So I’m gonna give her an extra 2maybe 3 weeks before I get clones from her and put her in the bud room with the other ladies. In the video you can see a kinda gap or hole in the trellis in the back left corner. That’s where I plan to put the ATF when it’s time. Other than that everything is moving along great. I did another top feeding of dry amendments for the ladies I just put in bud. I’ll put those pictures in there as well. Thanks for checking out the garden.
