It has been a week of snap snap snap! let's call it accidental toppings - yes - multiple. The OG Kush seems to be quite fragile compared to other strains I've grown. Continued LST has resulted in me snapping off the end of the main stem and another major branch. Both days within switching the light regime. Now I have to fill up the net using lateral branches. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period (32hrs) prior to switching light regime at the beginning of the week - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Light green spots and other spots noted on big fan leaves, possibly a calcium or other deficiency. Spots are lighter shade, irregular though some are circular. End up turning bronze colour dust. No pests have been spotted during extensive inspections. The problem remains to older leaves only and doesn't seem to be affecting any new growth. I also think I may have some Nitrogen toxicity due to my CalMag solution having a NPK ratio of 6-0-0. Getting some low N solution this week so hopefully that will address any impact on the flowering stage. The plant still seems to be strong, forming strong branches and massive fan leaves. Growth is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Run-off EC still remains below target. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Planta linda, com buds com tons de laranja muitos lindos. Com muito polem, deve ser muito boa para fazer haxixe com dry-ice e sobre tudo muito resinosa. Tocar nela é ter certeza que ficara com a mao colando. Pelo contrario sinto que os buds estao piquenos... Nao sei se é por causa da minha lampada pois sinto que os tricomas estao ficando leitosos só que os buds nao engordaram...

Flushing the one plant this week and the others next week two week flush then

Week Twelve Flower Week 6 and so far so okay. I got worried about nanas on the sfv, but it turned out it was just new growth. The fungus gnats came back, stronger than before, so I covert the soil with sand to prevent them from laying more eggs. Alle the plants looking fine, on some days I had to fight high humidity and temps. This will bite me a week later, check week 13 ;)

This was a smooth week the ladies are starting to stack nicely.

Last week of Veg, First time growing autos seems to be going good!

A tad late, but on Dec 20th we started flower! The pics and video are all from dec 20. To kick it off we did a small feed (1tbsp) of veg nutrients and over the next few weeks will transition to flower blend. So far she's taken well to the training and looks very strong overall. Bonjour les amis. Après 10 jours d'absence, bonne surprise! Les fleurs ont pris du volume et l'odeur est plus forte et sucrée. Le stretch est bien terminé. J'ai arrêté les engrais, la led est toujours à 80%, dli ~35-40. Je vais libérer les 2 grandes de la lst dans la semaine qui arrive. La plus petite plante ne mesure que 16cm mais les têtes paraissent déjà plus chargée de résine. Je pense qu'elle sera prête avant les 2 autres. C'est la dernière ligne droite qui exige le plus de patience. À bientôt, profitez bien, M.

Probably going to start flushing her in about a week, she’s about ready to go!!! Smells like sweet strawberry candy it’s amazing! I got her on a pK only diet currently for this last week, then a 3 day flush then chop!

Day 63 - Thunderhaze Auto I think I got a little lightburn but things are looking really frosty, this girl drinks a gallon plus a day so I've stopped using RO water because I was bringing it in 5 gallon bottles which is getting too much of a hassle and cost so she is going to get tap water from now on but I'll use RO water again later when I flush. I was feeding the full grow/bloom/micro line up just about every other day but im going to cut back to only 2 times a week and ill feed with Recharge 2 times a week and all other waterings inbetween with just a little Terpinator.

Things are looking good. I'm in a bit of a time crunch so I think I'm going to harvest early. Sometime this week probably, just shy of 8 weeks. Cool strain to grow. Very interesting calyx formations at the crowns. I dried a couple small buds and threw them in my vape a few days later and the terpenes seem great. Can't wait to see how it tastes fully cured. I'm going to wash and decarb the buds before curing them, and I've never done that before, so I'll post that here too. Thanks to everyone who read and commented! Happy growing!
