A breez to grow 450 grams off 5 plants first ever grow red buds throughout the whole grow

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. We are going to send these two into flower the second I get my hands on a 3x3. The plan is to move them into the 3x3 until they finish up. Leave the 5 Autoflowers in the 4x4 until they finish then start a perpetual cycle between the two tents. A 3x3 for Veg and 4x4 for Flower! I’m extremely excited about the future!

420 Fastbuds Week 6 Gorilla Cookies Auto Weekly update. Thus week has been getting chilly. Down to the mid 50's at night inside the tent. I did add General Hydroponics 3 part flora series to give a little boost. So far both seem to be OK and progressing beautifully into mid flower stage. All in all Happy Growing

2 weeks to flower in main tent. Red Hot May have had a little nute burn. Lighting is at 628 on Par meter. 78deg avg. Malt was accidentally super cropped. Healing from splitting her branch. Oozecake aka Judy is my prize now. She fought through some mold 1st week. Transplanted her with only 1 node. Then her 2nd transplant to 1 gallon she was stunted for a week.

Day 64 - The start of week 10 and decided against defoliating and just tucked all the leaves in the middle instead. I’ll still pluck some here and there when needed. Buds are getting nice and fat and still has some decent time to fatten up even more. Day 65 - Ended up having to give her 2 gallons of water today, she’s starting to drink a lot. Buds are still fattening up nicely and smell is strong as hell. Day 67 - Not much happening, just watering/feeding when she needs it and doing a little light defoliating every couple of days. She should be ready for water tomorrow. Day 68 - All still good and she was ready for water and nutes so she got 2 full gallons today. This might be her last actual feeding of nutes before starting to flush but I’ll see how she is over the next week or so. Day 69 - Just some updated pics for the day, nothing new happening. Waiting for the pistils to start dying off but no real sign of that yet. Day 70 - Ending week 10 today and she’s got some fat and stinky buds. Haven’t really started looking at trichs since all her pistils are still bright white and healthy. Hopefully she’ll start winding down here in the next couple of weeks.

Sour Diesel haze is packing on some weight. Bud development is looking very nice! She still has a way to go (3-4 weeks I assume). I backed down a little on the Recharge this week, but still giving twice the suggested amount. Also still giving her Mammoth P. Will start with MegaCrop (Greenleaf) nutrients later this week. 👍

We are at day 21 on this Cali snow and she is doing well. Takes training great and she hit a nice growth spurt at the beginning of the week. The girls are getting crowded but the setup is running like a well oiled machine. I will have to get them spread further apart somehow and they will be going under the QB lights soon. If I can keep the momentum going as smooth as it has been we might just get some late summer snow! Happy growing everyone.

7 weeks later and she's flowering nicely, not too much verticle growth but the buds are getting bigger every day. Stoked! Nothing new, might make another compost tea up this week.
