Mexican Sativa Feminized seeds promise good yields, and can even be grown outside in cool climates. Not an obvious fact when you consider that these are seeds with a lot of sativa components. The feminized variant of the Mexican Sativa produces female plants only, which are popular on account of their resilience, their flavour, and not least their energetic high. Find out for yourself why this Mexican Lady attracts so many admirers.

The amount harvested was more than I expected. Yet, I didn't trim the buds too well because 1. I was lazy after 3h and 2. There isn't too much bud left when I take off all the leafs. I do have a lot of popcorn buds and I could have done a more radical lollipop. Furthermore the buds are pretty airy and not too pretty. One of the plants was much weaker than the rest which was very visible during harvest. It had some crazy pH during the run and behaved overall very different than the other plants. But I am definitely happy with the high, which can be described as a typical sativa high. I felt high, yet clear in my head and motivated to do some chores around the house. It didn't really give any body high or laziness which I like a lot. I am also happy with the terpenes and odor, it is light to smoke and has almost no harshness to it. I am curious how feeding the plants for longer and doing more of a lollipop could have impacted the look of the buds. It is called a "mediocre yielder" by Sensi Seeds at the end of the day and I am overall happy with my first grow.

Everything went alright, I think this is a good plant also for beginners, not very sensitive to problems. The smell is a bit different than the classic "Mexican Haze" smell from 2 decades ago I was looking for, but still very lovely smell! It makes a lot of small leaves, so be ready for some weekly defoliation until at least 4-5 weeks of flower. The effect is definately much more of a sativa high than indica stoned!! Great for socializing or creativity, not so great against insomnia.
