Third plant that started as worst seed and was in slightly worse soil setup and pot actualy seems to be on the way to become the most yielding one. Thanks to its bigger pot (16 l instead of 12 l) and one more week of veg it grew the largest. This week i got back home from my summer trip and applied some low stress training to get more sun to the bottom leaves. By the 7 weeks I was gone the plants were fed just water and still look amazing to me. Hight of the tallest plant is 65, and the other two are 55 and 50.

Buds are becoming big. Decreased nutrients. Will flush next week. Can't wait to dry and taste...

Welcome to Week 8 of flower...... The plants have developed a more sour lemon scent. Which is pretty lovely to the nose. Both plants have really nice dense thick buds. Plant 1 is starting to show signs of fall colours. She has always had are lime green colour to her upper leaves. Now a beautiful red colour is appearing on the edges of leaves. Plant 2 the main colas have become so heavy that they are all leaning over. I've started introducing a bit of drought stress. Holding back between waterings. I'm hoping by doing this it will help to kick the girls into overdrive and start using stored sugars. It's seems to be working on plant 1 as the leaves are starting to yellow.

A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. I also added in a bit of a PK booster. nothing to crazy only 60ppm worth on a total allowance of 700PPM Lights now running at 100% with V1 spectrum, decided to go with 100% now vs after stretch, will see how it works out. I think I am sure the mum was Crazy cookies from Zambeza! And they look quite similar. Lots of trichomes on fan leaves and sugar leaves, calixes are chunky and going big, so much fun to watch her grow, fast to flower and her leaves are strong and healthy, in fact because she was created in this very same room I think she knows what to do here to be her best! Small buds but so special, I am enjoying this wee one! Handful of guano and warm casting and table spoon of powdered fish blood and bones. 1l water, I have to readjust watering requirements, with leds pots are drying much slower, so no water until it is almost dry!

This girl drinks a lot of water but I know it’s because of a tall structure and probably massive root base. She is going to be fire, the legendary purple haze.

This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.
