Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. No me pude estar de hacer una nueva poda de bajos, tercer y cuarto nudo a todas. También podria haber ayudado porque programé mal el temporizador del ventilador hace un par de dias y estubo parado por la noche y coincidió también durante unas horitas mientras aun estaba encendido el ATS. , esas horas la temp habria subido hasta los 29 -30ªC. Volví a aplicarles otra con Solabiol por segunda vez, por arriba y por el en envés de las hojas , todo bién mojado. Como se puede ver en alguna fofto del seguimiento, en la semana 7 por ejemplo, antes tenia un tablón de madera con muchos abujeros para facilitar que suba el calorcito de los calefactores pero no las tenia todas al ser madera, me temo que al ser madera era más difícil de desinfectar bién el armario y obté por poner unos soportes elevadores metálicos con sus abujeritos. Creo que empiezo a estar enamorado del ATSPro , deberia esperar a que termine la flora para no tirar cohetes si pero por lo que voy viendo me está ganado mucho. Llevaba tiempo cultivando con COBs , anteriormente con LEC y anteriormente al LEC con PHS y esto es en diferencia lo más cómodo y que mejor reparte la luz y por lo que voy observando una mejor o mayor penetración lumíca , creo que esta iluminaria me permitirá que los cogollos arranquen de más abajo. toquemos madera. Esta semana empecé con el Delta 9 en el riego, las veces anteriores habian sido via foliar. terminada la semana creo que ya podemos asegurar que variedad es más vigorosa y cual predomina más el feno índico. Como puede observarse las Animal cokies ganan en altura con una distancia internudal mayor. Las OgKush todo al contrario, bajitas y una distancia internudal menor. Por lo que hace a la altura de las plantas las OGK rondarian entre los 70 ctms y las más altas que vendrian a ser la Animal C unos 90ctms. áprox.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. This week they did more stretching as you can see the one on the left is into and above the light! I can't believe this but I'll role with it! I slowly defoliate just a little here and there between watering and filling the humidifiers. They really like to eat! Also, something to note that is they love the humidity as well as the warmth. I had to clean the outside of their grow bags this week. To my surprise the roots are starting to come out the bag! I can't believe it but this is awesome! Now they'll die due to contact with the air, and in return get bigger to take in even more nutrients! As predicted they fell off because their little pieces are on the floor. Well I fed and watered them daily. Like normal whenever I fed them either nutrients or soil amendments I made sure to water the plants with plain pH balanced H2O the next day in order to flush them. Then I would do any soil amendments if needed. After that plain pH balanced H20 and then you could do another fertilizer nutrient for them. After that pH balanced H20 and then you return to the soil amendments if needed.

This is week 3 of flowering - realistically week 2 since pistils have shown. All is starting to balance out humidity and temps, I’m still running a bit too warm at 28 but al fix that further down the line. Done a light defoliation on week 2 and another light strip of blocking fan leaves today. I still can’t get this Lumi over 250w with the 2 Mars hydros middle running at 50% and the end right light running at 75% so I’m hoping later on I can reduce these Mars and atleast get 400w on the Lumi by week 4/5 flowering But all is looking well - strains that are already starting to chuck out is this purple punch x dosido and the rs11 smaller bushy pheno type are looking fire.

Still got 2 do si dos and an amnesia in the cloner waiting to finish. 30 in the ground that is a mix of Alaskan purp, gelato, do si do, and amnesia haze and 1 huge blue headband. 4 in pots that are a mix of Skywalker, white widow, and Bruce banger. My goal is 20 lbs. In the fall.

Certainly last week of growth, NL is short and made of large and beautiful intense green leaves well formed. This week I stop the Start Booster. Light fragrance of greenery.

Day 1 week 1 flower I switched my lights to 12/12 as my clones were getting taller then I would like so I flipped them a little earlier then intended. On day 3 I defoliated lower growth(suckers) to focus growth towards top of the canopy. On day 4 I changed out my reservoir and added my flower nutes. On day 6 I defoliated my plants to increase air flow lower in the canopy. On day 7 of week 1 flower the clones are doing well. They are still stretching, the leaves look really healthy and I can see the beginning of flower clusters forming.

Second week of the flowering period 😻😻😻 This week on DAY 8 of the flowering period I started replacing the wooden sticks with bigger plastic plantsticks. 👌 The plants grew like crazy the rest of the week 😵😵😵 And they drank a lot of water 😱😱😱 I did a bit of pruning this week; I removed some lower and smaller branches. 👉👉 My ceiling slopes from left to right, so on DAY14 I moved the largest plants (Triple G) on the left side. 👍 On DAY14 I also reattached the branches to the plant sticks 👌 and again bending (LST) of the branches to get a flat canopy. 🙌 👆 Largest plants = Triple G = 90cm 👇 Smallest plants = Wedding Gelato = 70cm
