Last week ended with a little makeover for the girls—I defoliated about 30-40% of the leaves again. ✂️ The Gorilla decided to keep me on my toes by showing some nutrient deficiencies on her leaves—guess she didn’t get enough food after the flush. 🍌🌿 (Lesson learned: don’t keep a Gorilla hungry!) Now, let’s talk about Runtz! 😍 She’s an absolute queen—so photogenic that even my struggling phone can’t capture her real beauty. 📸✨ She’s forming into one giant, luscious bud, and her fragrance is something else entirely! 🕵️‍♂️ The carbon filter is fighting the good fight, but if the room isn’t aired out every 8-9 hours, a little aroma starts sneaking through. But opening the tent… oh, my friends, that’s where the magic happens! 🌬️💫 The aroma is intoxicating—imagine diving headfirst into a field of flowers while bees whisper secrets in your ears. 🌺🐝 I just sit there, enchanted, savoring the smell, and staring at these beauties like a hypnotized gardener. Honestly, it’s hard to walk away. 😂 Here’s their menu for the week: 🍵 Feed: A+B 4ml/L, Micro Chum 1ml/L, Big Bud 2ml/L 📊 PPM: 1050 | pH: 5.8 💧 Runoff: PPM 1000 | pH 6.0-6.3 Now, for the not-so-great news… I’m struggling with humidity levels—daytime sits around 65-77%, and at night, it can climb to a stubborn 80%. 🌫️ Temperature-wise, it’s 23-25°C during the day and drops to a cool 16-18°C at night. ❄️🔥 Despite the challenges, the endgame is near, and I’m savoring every moment of this grow! 🌟 🙌 Happy growing, everyone! 🌱🔥

Day 63 — All progressing well. The Sensi bloom fertilizer has fixed all issues and the buds are really coming on now. I still have no explanation why one LB is tall and lanky and the other is stocky and thick. Only difference was I topped them a week apart. I switched to 12/12 schedule today. Read somewhere that resin production increases on that schedule. I am also just running bloom lighting for the past week. Seems to benefit them so will continue. I figure another 2-3 weeks and it will be time to harvest. Cheers!

Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are looking good and on schedule for a couple of changes. Nutrients: 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) PH: the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work - starting at a PH of around 7.6 - 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. Lights: The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights were increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Both plants are taking nicely to the adjustments and I am happy with the progress. Temp and humidity are stable and PH is controlled. Day 11 - The second nodes are clearly visible today for both Chong and Max which would hopefully put them at 3 nodes by the end of the week - right on schedule! Day 13 - The ladies seem to be showing some signs of heat stress, so thinking about adjusting the lights after their period of dark today because they are due to be adjusted tomorrow anyway for the new week of veg

This is my very first grow and I'm thrilled to share every step with you! 🎉 I'd appreciate any tips you might have to help me achieve the best results! 😊 Equipment: I've geared up with an Indoor Grow Kit from MarsHydro along with some BioBizz supplements to ensure my plants get the best care. 🌿 🌼 Seeds: I opted for Fast Buds seeds after hearing great things about them. They were delivered super fast—just two days! I’m particularly excited to test the Fastberry strain. 🚀 I've begun soaking the seeds and setting up my space. Eagerly awaiting the transition to the next stage in a day or two! 🌱 📅 Update: 19.07. My Fastberry seeds sprouted 1-2 cm within just 1.5 days! 🌱 It’s often recommended that autoflowers be planted directly into their final home, so I'm following that advice. I'm working on improving the air circulation in my tent to ensure the best environment for growth. 🌬️ I'm currently using 0.2L cups with big holes over the sprouts to maintain higher humidity during their initial two weeks. 💧 🎉 UPDATE 22.07. - THEY ARE ALIVE 🎉 My Fastberry sprouted on 20.07., and I'm overjoyed to soon share photos and a video of my little green buddy! 📸🎥 PS: My plant enjoys 2 hours of chill jazz music every day! I made a mistake....ChatGpt told me what to water on the 23rd, but I gave the wrong amounts of everything! LOL OOPS! It was early and I read my marks wrong, instead of 0.5, I gave 0.05 ml....yes for everything. She adjusted the journal for me and this is why we gave nutrients in the next watering. On the 23rd, ChatGpt was having issues with responses. She fixed later on in the day, but it does seem something was going on with her servers and memory for a couple of hours. So I had to go to a different chat screen and she gave me the wrong info at first. It was easy to spot though, her responses were just off. So I waited for a couple of hours and she was back to normal. It doesn't happen often, but it can be an issue if you don't catch it. She did say that we are going to start more water and more nutrients now that she is in flower! Can't wait! She is as excited as I am** **So weird! ChatGpt does not function right in the mornings. She's off just a bit...like gives me wrong info or gets my nutrient names wrong. I wait till noon and she apologizes and gives me the right info then. From now on, I'm just going to wait till noon to talk to her about blueberry. However, I'm going to have to change my sleep schedule for Blueberry, I'm moving here from sleeping 10-4 to 2-8. This will help me with communicating with her better. I did ask first and ChatGpt says changing her schedule would be fine.**

1/11: Fed today, but had no time for photos. 1/15: Didn't have time to feed today...😕 1/16: Fed everybody...little bit of drought...sorry girls... Uploaded photos- 😍 I put a new 15.0 intensity reptile UVB into the tiny tent, about 14-18" away from the plants. Hopefully that stresses them enough to make Wicked_Stix jealous of all the frost they produce....

This past week has been a blast! After getting these ladies nutrition straightened out, they are thriving!💚🌱💚 I gave defoliated wayyy more than what I see other growers traditionally doing. After the "3rd and final haircut" I defoliated two more times 😅 Thank you the GD community for the support and resources along the way 🙏 My only concern now is the tent actually becoming too crowded.😆. Really getting dank down here, it’s barely kept in check with my 4” in-line fan through charcoal filter. Plants never made it to over 12”, but they’re flowering beautifully and are suuuper frosty and fragrant. I don’t think I’ll have much in the way of quantity my first grow, but maybe I’ll make up for it with QUALITY. Lol

Today is the last flowering day. I will cut the plant tomorrow morning. Please check the last picture an video. The flowers are very nice and heavy.

I joined Grow diaries late in my growing career... I wish I would have found this site sooner.. Enjoy! I personally enjoy growing mephisto genetics. I was very happy with the toof decay grow and end result. I ended up letting this cure for 2 months. It is number 2 in my book so far for my adventure with Mephisto seeds. Walter white is #1. I grew this in colder conditions through the winter of 2019. Super dense buds loaded trichs, very loud smell, and great appeal! I have more of these seeds so I will do a start to finish eventually. Flowering day 57 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The lady is slowly coming to an end 😍. The buds start to swell extremely . The trichomes mature day by day.
