This week I topped plant , so we can traine it later on. Each plant hat now 4 main nodes. I also noticed some Mg deficiency on the leaves not sure what result from likely some strain related issues. I added two times 1g Epsom Salt per liter water.

Been battling caterpillars & powdery mildew , gave them both a spray over night with some Lost Coast Therapy for the mildew & I will be spraying in another day or two with Monterey BT for the caterpillars, a lot of the mildew disappeared, about two more applications it should be totally gone. This will literally be my last major outside grow

It started out with the usual feed and defoliation and training. With my upcoming vacation, I am going to be hardening off these ladies to relocate to their outside location. I checked the expected weather forecast for the week. Looks good to start hardening off. Partly cloudy with temps in the low to mid 80s just like in their tent. So that’s good. Night temperatures were in the 50-60s. This is much cooler than what they are used to as our house is at 73. They need to get used to what mother nature will provide. Our summers are hot and humid. I had planned to bring the plants back in the sunroom but since conditions were similar, I let them stay outside every night. And every night but 2 it rained. I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6,9, & 11 Opium is a vigorous lady. She will be my glamor girl. She is taller and has the typical sativa structure and has space between the nodes. There is not much leaf growth, so I don’t defoliation much. Her nodes are close but starting to spread out a bit. Day 29 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Starting a new week with some exciting plans! 🌿 We've got about one more week before we transition the plants to the flowering phase. Just to recap last week's updates for those following along: We’ve named all the plants in both grows. This makes it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants. A SCROG net helps train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We’ve placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. She’s a little taller than I wanted so I’ll be supercropping her for height control. She had a lot of stretch in veg due to the crowding. She has one lower branch that was taller than her meristem.

The plants are now putting all their energy into bud production, and it’s really starting to show!🌱 Both are developing bigger and bigger buds, and the smell is becoming more intense every day. #2 has an insanely large main bud, completely covered in trichomes. The aroma is very hazy, deep, and complex. it’s going to be interesting to see how it develops in the coming weeks. #1, on the other hand, continues to impress with its tropical, sweet, and pineapple-like scent, and its buds are also swelling up beautifully! Everything is going exactly as it should—excited to see how much more they’ll bulk up in the next weeks!💚

Day 9. All is running very nice. Happy with light performace a lot. Girls missed wind a bit, but i cant make it faster, because of neighbours and sound, so i took humidity dome away. TSL2000 runs 40 cm away and on 40% output. Girls get daily shower , try to keep some wet cloth to maintain humidity. Happy Growing !!!

I’ve noticed the first week before my seeds germinated my humidity was only at 50%, I’ve then placed plastic containers over my seedlings and got it higher and they sprouted the next day. Currently my temps is at 26deg and humidity at 57-62%

I'm continuing to flush all three and the #1 and #2 pheno's are really getting some beautiful coloration! The #3 plant that has struggled the entire run is so pale she almost looks white, but she's the terpiest of the three, which I think is due to the stresses that she's been under. All three cultivars are covered in frost, and on the #1 and #2 pheno's the trichomes even cover their shade leaves! 1/5- After checking the trichomes on all three I decided to begin their 72 hours in the dark when today's light cycle is finished. All three plants have 85-90% milky trichomes with 5% amber showing, and will continue to mature during the 72 hour dark period before they are hung to begin the drying process. 1/8- Well, today is the day! All three Strawberry Gorilla's were released from 3 days in 'dark🌑jail' and all three look absolutely gorgeous! 😍 All three Strawberry Gorilla's are loaded with trichomes, and each has its own unique terpene profile with the #3, shockingly the 'loudest' of the trio. The #2 is the best looking of the bunch IMO, with the #1 taking the middle slot. After taking some pic's of all three, I cut them each off at their base and hung them in my AC Infinity 4x4 to dry for 10-14 days. I have the tent equipped with a de-humidifier, humidifier, and a fan to keep the air gently circulating. It's winter here so I'm pulling in outside air into the tent which is keeping the temp's in the 55-60℉ range, and I'm keeping the RH at 50% for the first 24hrs, then I'll up it to 60% for the remainder of the hang time. How do you control really huge fan leaves that are putting too much weight on lower leaves?

Day 70 The plants are in their 10th week and stacking nicely. Buds are dense, frosty, and starting to show that heavy, mature look. Trichomes are cloudy on most parts, and the smell has intensified a lot. Unfortunately, today I noticed a problem: one of the colas showed signs of bud rot (Botrytis). This happened because my exhaust fan (carbon filter system) was off for about 4 hours, which caused humidity to spike inside the tent. I immediately removed the affected bud and cut a bit deeper into the healthy tissue to make sure no rot remains. From now on I’ll be extra careful with airflow and humidity: Keeping RH below 50% Checking the fan setup twice a day Adding extra circulation inside the tent The rest of the plant looks healthy and unaffected, but I’ll monitor closely every day. This is the stage where dense flowers are most vulnerable. Overall, despite this setback, the grow is going well. The harvest window is getting close, and if everything stays clean, it should still be a solid yield.

A lot of spreading this week. They basically doubled in size if not more and are now starting to grow up. Due to this incredible growth I've cut some leaves of the bottom; they've just gotten over grown by other leaves and the top to let more light in.
