Last 2 autos coming up maybe week or 2 before done. Expecting the large Durban og auto to foxtail some as it keeps adding white pistols. Smaller plant lost track of strain as I didn’t much care but for a little gal she is pungent.

Alrighty guys, Day 35ish check the ladies out! Dam! They starting to pack on weight! The main stem is thick as my pinky finger but they are currently short plants. Hoping they will stretch as they develop through the flower phase. Also added fabric pot risers to promote airflow under the pots to help even out the pot drying patterns. Note: I have now learned that my original formula used for the pre soil mix with organic amendments was a bit too hot. I do see dark green leaves with clawing only on one plant. I'm going to dial back the premix to 2-3tbs/gal of media @50/50 mix of the 284 and 444, rather than 4tbs. I may even push for 2tbs and add regular light feeding of calmag for the next grow to help with the heavy coco coir mix soil from promix hgcc line. Lesson learnt, so let's keep pushing hard to get these ladies finished! Also I picked up a bottle of beneficial enzymes to help with root rot for the one droopy plants, however I'm going to apply it to all my plants just for the benefits of a strong root system into flowering. This girl is amazing! She Held out another week before flowering and could be the biggest because of that but only time will tell as the Lemon pie and forbidden runtz are topped 😊 so stay tuned! Lessons learned from week 1 of my first grow so far: the best watering solution I found so far is a mix of distilled water from the store and filtered tap water. with a final ph of 6 and ppm of 20-40. a little ph buffer goes a bloody long way. Use with caution. performing tasks like mixing solution and potting a germinated seed are best performed without a phone (camera) in one hand. the seed germinated within 24 hours using paper towels. I planted after 36 hours. After 24 hours of potting, the stem was already shooting up, and I turned on the lights, set to an 18 hour schedule. I wasn't quite ready for this, so it took me some time to research and get the desired humidity and temperature. At this point I added more nutrient in even quantities of FloraGro, FloraMicro, and FloraBloom, according to instructions. Perhaps a little early though, although after just one 18 hour light cycle this plant is shooting up like a rocket and showing leaves. I bought a fan for the inside of the tent and propped it up on a box, and a humidifier to bring the humidity from 40-50% to around 70%. Since it's a winter grow, I have to periodically increase the temperature to keep it at 25 °C. The intake fan, humidifier, and inside fan are significantly lowering the temperature. I'm also experimenting with finding the right humidifier settings since the humidity seems to increase a lot when the lights go out, and the machine is still new.

end of week 4 I have finished heavy defoliations, now just plucking one or two loose fans here and there. Stretch has totally stopped (finally whew!) and stacking has really begun on the colas. lots of new pistils at bud sights, very few but early signs of some orange pistils, but majority still all white. the smell has gotten outrageous. Nemo smells literally like a blueberry patch! after I defoliate her my hands smell like i was smashing blueberries all day long! V has a more distinct lemon scent, with undertones of mint, basil and spicey peppers. Occasionally the mix smells like a gasey pinesol, but I'm not sure which one the petrol smell is coming from, I'm guessing V, she's a unique boquet for sure! I am not sure if it is heavy 16 full line, or because I have been religious about getting lots of compost tea feeds, but I've NEVER had a run smell so strong, and so distinct this early! I'm stoked to watch these buds fatten up!

Hey guys! TheIceCreamParlour has been on a little break while we made some major refurbishments. The first 5 plants are now hooked up to the system and we are ready to go. These girls were transplanted yesterday into 6" Cultilene blocks with floraflex feeding blocks on a 12 hour feeding system. Fertigation takes place every half hour for 20 seconds meaning fresh oxygenated solution is being replenished frequently. I'll keep this diary as simple as possible considering it's the first test of my home made feed system.

The plants hung in the grow tent with the exhaust fan running low for 10 days with an RH between 45-50%. 80 grams at trim from 3 Blueberry Autos. For a first time grower, I tried to let the plants do their own thing mostly, aside from some lite defoliation and tucking. In doing this I see ways I can improve. After curing for 10 days, first sample was not disappointing. (I intend to cure it at least 1-2 months.) Sweet berry aroma when chopping up the bud. Smooth burn with white ash. Can get a hint of berry flavor in the smoke however it also is not ready yet. But I can almost predict the possible flavors after curing. I believe a strain like Blueberry benefits from longer cures of a few months or more. I will attempt to give it as long as possible. Overall impressed with the grow and look forward to the final smoke. Ready to apply what I've learned and improve on my next grow.

Final Week – Late Flower The final week was essentially a clean finish to the run. The buds swelled further, becoming dense and well structured. Despite the ongoing mildew issue, the situation remained controlled and never spiraled out of hand. Lowering nighttime humidity below 50 % clearly helped slow down further spread. The focus was on maintaining stable conditions and consistently removing affected leaves. Overall, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives: strong plants, solid bud development, and very relaxed handling thanks to Biotabs and the automatic irrigation system. Now it’s simply about finishing strong and harvesting.

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

I have fed these girls once I started seeing some growth with advance nutrients and some recharge tea.They are thriving and doing well with the light on the ceiling running at 30 percent power.
