WEEK 6 This week went pretty well. The plant has put on a good amount of height and focused its energy on five main shoots. I removed a few shoots and leaves at the bottom, but otherwise it’s growing quite nicely. Starting the nutrients early doesn’t seem to have been a good idea this time — the fertilizer läßt week was still a bit too strong for this stage. But I managed to get things under control quickly with plenty of water. The stem looks solid, and overall there’s nothing to complain about so far. I was hoping for more large shoots, but I think this setup could still turn out really well. It remains exciting 🙂 PPFD: 750µmol/m²/s Water: 2x water 1x nutrient solution Vpd: 1,4Kpa

New grow, this time i've started with some clones, the strain are Gelato #33, Corleone Kush and Wedding cake x Watermelon Zkittlez 😋. The gelato wasn't looking so great but after being transplanted start looking healty.

Blüte hat begonnen: Edit:11.05 Die Pflanzen sind innerhalb von 2 Tagen explodiert. Ich habe das Licht nun auf 75 Prozent gestellt und noch einmal Cal-Mag nachgegeben, da die letzte Gabe nur eine halbe war. Die beiden Titan sehen fast identisch aus. Die beiden Epsilon sind circa 3 Tage unterschiedlich, eine ist etwa 5 cm kleiner als die andere und hat noch kaum Blüten. Ich denke, in 3 Tagen wird das der Fall sein. Die Cosmos F1 ist im Umfang circa 50-50 cm, kaum Blüten bisher. Ich hoffe, sie wird nicht noch viel größer, da der Platz langsam eng wird. Ich bin von dem Wachstum dieser Pflanze absolut begeistert. Mal gucken, was die Blüte bringt. Edit ende Ich habe alle Blüten entfernt, die nicht im direkten Licht sind, und alle Blätter, die die Blüten bedecken. Die Pflanzen weisen einen Cal-Mag-Mangel auf, was bei der Blüte normal ist, gerade bei diesem Licht. Ich habe dem Gießwasser etwas Cal-Mag hinzugefügt. Die Pflanzen sind drei Tage älter als im letzten Report. letzte Woche : Die Pflanzen sind seit der Keimung auf diesen Fotos genau 30 Tage alt. Ich habe eine Pflanze ausgetauscht, da es sich um eine Epsilon F1 handelte, die vermutlich Mutationen aufwies. Sie hatte verkümmerte Blätter, die nicht wie die ihrer Artgenossen aussahen, und wuchs deutlich langsamer. Daher habe ich sie nach 2,5 Wochen ausgetauscht. Der kleine Mann(die ausgetauschte Pflanze) leidet natürlich jetzt ein bisschen unter Lichtstress, deswegen werde ich wohl nur eine sehr gestauchte Pflanze erhalten. Aber besser, als die Fläche leer zu lassen. So viel zu dem, was nicht funktioniert hat: Die Sanlight stand die ersten 2 Wochen auf 20 Prozent. Dann habe ich sie teilweise mit dem Dimmer höher gestellt: 2 Stunden auf 25 Prozent. Eine Woche später bin ich auf 30 Prozent und 2 Stunden mit 35 Prozent gegangen. Für Woche 4 habe ich 40 Prozent und 2 Stunden auf 45 Prozent gewählt. Ich erhoffe mir, die Pflanzen so schneller an die starken Lampen zu gewöhnen. Im Nächsten grow soll bei jeder Pflanze die TDS per Infrarot gemessen werden. Da werde ich dann ein Experiment zu machen, wie die Lichtsteigerung am besten umzusetzen ist. Zu den Lampen kann ich bis jetzt nur Positives sagen. Im Gegensatz zur dazugehörigen App, diese ist wirklich nicht sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Menü und die Einstellungen sind teilweise irreführend und nicht sehr durchdacht. Ich muss mir immer wieder die Tutorials in der App ansehen, da diese immer wieder angezeigt werden. Noch dazu hätte ich gerne die Möglichkeit, mehr Einstellungen treffen zu können. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau, weil auch die App das macht, was sie soll, nur eben meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr gut umgesetzt. Die Pflanzen wurden von mir mit Klipsen aus dem 3D-Drucker gestützt. Diese Klips kann man Stück für Stück im Winkel verstellen, so dass man die Triebe damit neigen kann. Das habe ich von Tag zu Tag im Winkel verstellt, so dass ich am Ende einen 45-Grad-Winkel habe. Das habe ich insgesamt über 6 Tage gemacht. Die Pflanzen haben an sich ein sehr gleichmäßiges Wachstum. Die Cosmos F1 wächst so optimal, dass kein LST mit den Klipsen nötig ist. Ich habe an den Pflanzen keine Mängel entdecken können und auch keine Anzeichen von Mutationen. Die Pflanzen haben im Durchschnitt eine Höhe von 35 cm, wobei eine etwas stärker abweicht mit 22 cm (wieder eine Epsilon F1). Der Umfang mit LST bei der Cosmos F1 liegt ohne LST bei 20 cm im Durchschnitt, wo wir wieder die Epsilon im Negativen haben mit 14 cm. Die Pflanzen wurden alle entlaubt, das eine Woche vor der Blüte. Well this little tester has out grown her sisters by quite alot in its development , she is much larger and bigger leaves than the others and looks like she is really reaching for the stars and has had nothing more than fresh water until this week

She had some problems to switch to flowering and was even considering removing her but very happy that I was patient enough and turned great. Luna, right corner lady - have to say she is the queen. She has the most heavy buds from all, the most. colorful. Her wet weight was 420g, can't say how much of dry but guessing approx. 100g Sweet Mary Jane, front seat lady. I think she was the most pleasant to grow of her location but due to no other spare space for drying I belive that I have harvested her at least a week to early. 16.02 First day of the fourth week of flower. Defoliated a little bit again. This time around I’m picking smaller amounts of leaves every day in comparison to one major defoliation on one day. Also I ve added pk booster at 100 ppm.( 0.2 ec) will gradually raise it over the next weeks. Lowering the base nutrients. I think they finally stopped the stretch and they are barely fitting in the tent. I ve added some swirski ulti mite . Predatory mites as prophylactic measure for thrips. I’ve noticed some tiny damage on a couple of leaves. And a couple of larvae.

Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. She is completely switching to flowering, so changed the feeding schedule to help her with base Top Bloom and BigOne That broken main stem you see happened like 1 month ago, and the plant did not suffered, it was when i was bending the branches tying it to the 150l pot but had to use a big flange.... Last days it was horrible cause were windy days and i was praying the stem endures, but if no probs now this stem should be stronger than ever ^^ Took that spiders from my house and put them in the plant, they are different species and eat all kind of bugs around, and one of them had babies so they are watchin for me thats sinergy haha Full moon is coming .... and last stretch, interesting, now she is like 1,6m tall, and she is going to make 3 months of life next week Good Vibes GD!!!!

8/23 I WATERED THE NATURAL MK ULTRA AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE BACK WITH A GALLON AND THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. It's hotter today and the wind is picking up. I wish I had gotten rid of that plant when I thought to. Oh well. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and treat things. Smell is increases as well as flower size. However I'm noticing more leaves that are yellowing and falling off. Smell has intensified. The special kush in late flower doesn't seem to be producing trichomes like it should. Or maybe it's still early. I see some but by this time I would think it would be frosty as hell! It's rained like once this summer. I've put tons of work into defoliating. I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. At least I'm seeing that the buds are still expanding and smelling despite these invisible Bastards. It's not like I see them. Even my traps only caught like one. I'll update as I go. EDIT: WATERED THE TENTH PLANET AND THE LATE SOECIAL KUSH 1 GAL. PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. I DID A SHIT TON OF DEFOLIATION. I DONT SEE ADULT THRIPS BUT I SEE THE EGGS AND SHIT IN THE CREVICE AND SOMETHING IS COMING AND EARING SMALL LOWER FOLIAGE. I RIPPED TWO INTERIOR BRANCHES OFF THE PLANTS I TREATED BEFORE WITH CITRIC ACID BECAUSE I FOUND A COUPLE STOPS OF MOLD ON THE STEM. AFTER RESEARCHING THRIPS WITH A.I. UNTIL IT LITERALLY CHANGED PROTOVAL AND STOPPED HELPING ME SAYING IT DANT HELP CULT8VATE CANNABIS AFTER GIVING ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS AND OPTIONS. I SCREENSHOTTED THEM THOUGH. I USED THE SAME MIXTURE OF CITRIC ACID AMD DAWN ONLY HALF STRENGTH AND HIT THE 10TH PLANET AND PINK KUSH THAT ARE PATIENT ZERO. THEN I TOOK A SPONGE AND EITHER DEFOLIATED OR WIPED THE LEAVES WITH A SPONGE AND SAME CONCOTION ON THE SPECIAL KUSH IN THE TEN. I DEFOLIATED MORE AND THEN "SPOT TREATED" A FEW LEAVES ON A BOTTOM BRANCH OF THE 10TH PLANET WITH MITE X. I'M WAITING UNTIL THE MORNING TO SEE THE RESULTS AND BEFORE I MOVE FORWARD. I HAVE ORGANOCIDE BEE SAFE AND I KNOW IT WORKS GOOD BUT IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT. IM HOPING ILL FIGURE THIS OUT. 8/24 Didn't have time to do a video or take any pictures. I pit a lot of work in the garden yesterday. I removed a couple small branches that had mold on the stem. If I had listened to my intuition and moved that plant (instead of listening to my dad) I probably could've negated this mess. Windy as hell yesterday. Maybe that's why I don't see mich damage from the thrips. The runt in the 50 has some silver ingredients on it. I'm considering using spinosad. Those are way earlier in flower and that shit WORKS. WATERED TODAY;BIG MK ULTRA 1.5, THREE IN THE BACK ROW, CHEMDOG AND TENTH PLANET ALL GOT 1 GALLON. THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. I THEN FED EVERYTHING WITH A QUART OF FOOD. I'll keep an eye out on the dosage and see what the can handle. I left out plant doctor as I'm dealing with thrips. Took a leaf that looked like sep off the pink kush in the 50 with half used soil. I didn't have much time to look around but I will when I get back and I'll put some vids/pics up. The plants that I treated with citric acid looked no worse for the wear and actually BETTER than they hadcthe day before. The other 10th planet and the Pink kusg in the ten are the worst. If I can't beat it I may junk them. I'm planning on treatingvtge plants I didn't yesterday tonight. I may use a different treatment I'm not sure. EDIT: Went back over and took a few pics and a video. I defoliated a SHIT TON of leaves. I can just tell the ones that the thrips have been sucking and laying eggs. It's windy as hell. Plants are going crazy. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. UPDATE: WENT OVER AROUND FIVE AND DEFOLIATED. I CHECKED THE PLANTS I TREATED AND THE ONE IN THE TEN HAD A FEW LEAVES THAT LOOKED LIKE SEP. ITS EXTREMELY WINDY SO I DECIDED AGAINST SPRAYING TONIGHT. I LOOKED ONLINE FOR PREDATORS BUT IT APPEARS TO BE TO LATE OR EXPENSIVE. I MAY LOOK FOR AN OVERNIGHT SHIPMEBT OF LOST COAST PLANT THERAPY OR SOMETHING BUT WILL THAT WORK SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER THAN A DIY VERSION? ILL EITHER ORDER SOMETHING TONIGHT OR PICK UP THE LAST FEW INGREDIENTS I NEED TOMORROW. LOOKING THROUGH THE GARDEN THOUGH EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! ON PLANTS WITH SMALLER FLOWERS I WAS ABLE TO JUST FOLD THE LEAVES UPWARD AND GET THE BOTTOMS. ILL CHECK AND SEE HOW IT WORKED IN THE MORNING AND GO FROM THERE. WE GOT SOME GOOD RAIN TODAY. IM WORRIED ABOUT MOLD THOUGH. THATS WHY IM HESITABT TO SPRAY BUT SOME FLOWER IS BETTER THAN NONE.

Starting week 3 today, with a challenge ahead with this little bad girl! It seems to be a lack of Nitrogen, and I'm pretty afraid of burning the plant. I'm feeding the plant once each two days, with Seaweed Tonic, 150ml with the suggested dilution from the bottle. Now I have also a bottle of Canna Terra Vega, with NPKS 3-0-3-0. Is it a good idea to start feeding the plant, with also this nutrient? The soil is a mixture of 80% organic soil + 20% of coco coir. Could be a lack of nutrients from the soil? What is the best agenda to follow with nutrients? (: Cheers!! UPDATE (17/02 - Day 17): based on the suggestions made by many members, I've tried to gather the best of all and decided to make some moves in an effort to save this plant, and to avoid the same situation to the other 2 plants: #1 - Lifted the LED panel to double of the height, so the distance to the plants went from 50cm to 100cm #2 - This change with the distance from LED panel helped to low down the highest temperature achieved during the day from 27.5°C to 24°C #3 - Since day 15, the plants haven't been watered, in a move to try to dry a little bit the soil, once I was watering every day with something close to 250ml a day. Now I'll return with water in a few days, while I wait for some signals from the plants that they are needing water #4 - Pushed forward the idea to start feeding them this week, and maybe I give just a little bit of seaweed solution to root development when I come back with watering.
