Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Good week, no issues popping up. Just watered when needed. WCC she is packing on weight, with buds stacked on buds and smells amazing. C4 Very strong girl, nothing has fazed her from the beginning. Beautiful purple plant and the smell is floral. And packing some nice looking buds. Gelato Pretty much the same as C4, very strong, looking amazing and the smell is delicious. Bud sites aplenty. SBP Small bud sites are developing with a few white hairs. More just growing her on as a little experiment really she how she turns out. Not expecting much, but we'll see

Overall very solid strain from Ethos as I expected. They definitely pushing the boundaries. This strain is extremely pungent and smells like a bag of Skittles when you just open it. Wish I could turn it into an air freshener and smell it all day long. Smoke is off the charts and very uplifting. LOVE Ethos Zweet Auto!

Laid out the Srog nets with intention to change the light setting next week. Added pre-flower nutes as well as a 1" top dress - with some added nutrient mix. Thoroughly watered and ready to start training. Plant #1 - Super thick/compact, and SCROG will be a bitch. Plant #2 - More lanky but 3 weeks behind its sister. Going to go to flower as it does have my 16 bud sites.

Was bummed out plant got red mites at the end but that’s fine, it didn’t not impact the grow (or at least I didn’t notice.) Harvested at the end of the 6th week of flower. Trichomes had already started turning amber due to heat degradation (couch lock party) what trichomes that were not dust ridden or amber was milky so I’d say it’s ready. Choosing the best time to harvest is still puzzling for me due to the fact that this is my 4th time harvesting cannabis. Thanks for reading... more info to come ...TBC

First week of flowers these ladies are looking amazing

Whew, what a hot, humid and wet week. Although we had a major storm this week, Miss Dosido continued to dance her way through it. The Royal Queen Seeds Website said "it is one of the strongest auto flowers you can grow." The website also says that an outside grow could reach heights of 140 cm which is 55 inches. We are only at 30 inches, but I will accept part of the blame because I used Miracle Grow for its nutrient--I also blame the weather. If you have followed me and read my weather reports, you will agree that hail and 100 degree temperatures are very hard to grow in. LOL. Like I said last week, I stopped using Miracle Grow and started to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice Grow. I am hoping that these nutrients will boost her bud growth even if she is a tad on the shorter side. In addition, Royal Queen Seeds website said Miss Dosido should be ready to take down in 9-10 weeks from germination. She still has some time to perform. 2/17/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I removed some of the water to see where the roots were only one had roots in the water. However I want to go ahead and get them on Week one Nutes So I am over 50 gallons of water in the system so I mixed the Trio at a 1.0mil per Gallon but restricted it to a top of 50 gallons period. I top fed the other two to keep encouraging root growth. I also finished my drying and curing from my last run and wanted to show what it looks like all bagged up and in the cannatrol. I added the following Nutes: Silica = .5Mil/Gal= 25Mil CalMag= .75Mil/Gal= 37.5Mil FloraMicro = 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil FloraGro= 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil FLoraBloom= 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal= 25Mil EPSOM- 1 big pinch 2/18/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I top fed #1 and #3 since they still don't have roots in the water, I will continue one top feed a day until roots hit water. 2/19/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 3- #3 now has root in the water.. Yay!! I now have #2 and #3 with roots in the water so no top feed for them. I only had to top feed #1 and the only reason I didn't just go ahead and cull her today was I am responsible for breaking her tap root and stunting her, I wasn't careful enough and she was the first to show a good root. In that vain I will carry her a few more day's top feeding but if not root by the end of the week she is getting culled. 2/20/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 4- Today I Ensured the PH is in range, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water. I also removed the humidity shields from #2 and #3 today the ladies were touching the sides so they are done with the extra shields.. 2/21/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 5- Today Morning: I Ensured the PH is in range, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water, Evening: I decided that the roots of the two are looking great so I am going to drain and bump the Nutes to a full Week 1/ Week 2 Nute base. I have harvested this planet but there was a problem one of my six inch fans stopped working so two bud stems had two small peach fuzz spot of white mould. So I chopped half the planet off with garden secateurs and disposed of straight away, and after inspecting the over half of the plant finding no evidence of mould I washed with warm water. It is now in quarantine drying in my shed. That was the reason I haven't taken pictures in case my shed gets broken into 😂 so until next time ✌️ out my fellow Growmies and all going well I should have a very small amount of weed for dry weight and smoke review
