Week 10 Update – Full Throttle with Advanced Nutrients 🌱 I’m now feeding 100% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule with all components. I noticed a slight calcium deficiency in the AN plants, so I’ve increased the base nutrients from 75% to 100%. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra remains at 1ml/L, and it has been reliable throughout the grow with 0 EC osmosis water. BioBizz#1 – BT42 The trichome ripeness is mixed—there are both amber and clear trichomes, so it’s not quite consistent yet. CalMag issues show up occasionally, but nothing that’s throwing me off balance—she’s doing fine! 🤞 AN#4 – BT42 She’s asking for a bit more calcium here and there but continues to dominate BioBizz#1 in terms of development. EC: 2.5 pH: 6.4 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT38 This plant is visually about 2 weeks behind the others. The space between her and the lamp is down to 1-2cm—a disaster, but there’s nothing I can do at this point. PPFD is off the charts (1200), but she’s handling it and developing beautiful buds. Week 12 Day 78 (10/2) I'm really hoping that I will start to see some amber trichomes soon. Most diaries I have seen harvest after week 12, but some have gone even longer. I mean, I'm not in a rush but damn, I would love to get her finished and chopped soon. She'll probably need watered tonight, so I'll check trichomes again while I'm at it. Day 79 (10/3) I get the feeling that we are in the home stretch. I scoped the trichomes last night and I'm starting to see some sporadic amber. I watered her last night with some Mammoth P, but depending on how the ambers progress, she may not get fed again. Idk, we'll see. I'm really tempted to do some defoliating as there are MANY lower buds that are still sporting white pistils. I'm thinking that maybe they just aren't getting the light they need and are trailing behind in maturing? I've been moving branches around and tucking leaves like crazy, but I feel like I'm just going in circles with it because she is so bushy. A few days ago I moved the light down quite a bit, and when I got home last night a lot of the upper leaves had gotten pretty yellow. I figured it was light bleaching so I moved the light up some to about 13" above the tallest cola point. Day 80 (10/4) I finally bit the bullet and defoliated a little bit last night. I focused on just what was blocking the lower buds, especially deep in the middle. I was able to pull some of the outer branches out and maneuver some of the smaller ones that were buried out as well. There is a shocking amount of bud sites hidden all over. I have some trimmers, mini hygrometers, and Boveda packs on the way! Day 81 (10/5) Ugh, I'm really on the fence about how to continue, whether or not to give another feeding or stick with just water. I'm seeing very few amber trichomes, but her leaves are fading fast. She'll be needing water in the next day or two, and would be getting fed. Idk.... Day 82 (10/6) Just waiting.... Day 83 (10/7) Watered her last night. I put 2 Tablespoons of molasses in, some Mammoth P, and some Drip Clean to help get any residual salt out. She is quickly fading and her leaves are yellowing/browning. I scoped her trichomes last night and I think she'll be ready to partially harvest by this weekend! Day 84 (10/8) I'm thinking tomorrow....maybe

Day 94 - today the temperature inside the tent dropped to 10-12 degrees Celsius. So it's harvest time. I trimmed almost all the leaves and hung the plant in a dark place to dry at a temperature of 12 degrees. This is not enough, but unfortunately there are no other conditions. Drying may take longer than the usual 10-12 days. The plant itself has stretched almost a meter in height, the roots are also impressive.

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 21-6 After 14 days of slow drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 It was a very nice daytime smoke, tasted sweet-sour. End results: 74.26 Grams of bud 57.90 Grams of small buds and trim, in the freezer for bubble hash. I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Tenían algo de shock por el trasplante pero ya fue solucionado. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

01/03/19 The girls popped, 1 didnt make it so we have 2 left. We got lucky again and got another trident! Hopefully she keeps producing 3 branches at every node. 24/03/19 Today ill germinate the seeds getting ready for the coming run. I wont be ph'ing my water unless my soil's ph is off. I read all over 420magazine about not ph'ing your water when growing in soil. This explains why my first grow was such a success and started having ph issues as soon as i started ph'ing my feeds. Ill keep my soil in check to make sure it stays in the 6.5 range. I hope this grow will go better then my last one. I have high hopes for this grow🤞. Ill be using smartpots to allow max oxygen to the roots and so ill be able to water throughly without any issues. Wish me luck.

Pretty smooth week besides one of the runtz decided she is ready will be flushing that one this week and will chop Saturday or Sunday depending on how far along the trichs are everything else is about 2.5 3 weeks away which is right on schedule Happy Growing everyone
