Flush begins 3/24 Tuesday... 08:05 PDT ... 😏 3/21 Day 37/F Pics Some foxtailing began today but heat is ok so no worries, its all bud. Stopped the PK booster and reduced nuets to get ready for flush next week. This is really a beautiful thing, growing nonstop and showing her Stamina that her fans are taking whoever is on her side from the side, the space dispute makes her a warrior, even in a smaller vase a little below the others she stays on top due to her effort and the GRODAN medium wool is being great at work, increasing the PPM little by little she is consuming well ph always in a safe zone, and leaving the CUBE / between wet / dry, not soaked she is loving it 😃

Week 2 - First Time Grower - Mystery Strain Hey guys, Just hit week two here is an update of what’s been going on with my growing process. This week I found a hermaphrodite amongst the ladies. I got rid of it but not before it dropped a little pollen 😭.. I,ve got my fingers crossed 🤞

Starting autopot system and root aeration this week. Stay posted for updates. Day 1 You remember that movie "Training Day"? It's sorta like that. With a light trim for the buried leaves on lean. Day 3 continued lst, also some defoliating to encourage growth and light up the nodes. Day 7 did a final pin for the week. #5 and I had a tug of war, We both lost. Start somewhere other than the top when tieing. But otherwise I am real proud of my pinning and hope it's right on the money.

La tierra que utilizamos que está en la publicación anterior es top crop all mix, Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 48 horas e intentando mantener la humedad por debajo del 50%. Las flores ya están madurando rápido y cogieron las 4 un tono morado bastante curioso. Los aromas por el momento dulces con tonos afrutados, como a gominolas o chicles. Un ejemplar sigue un poco sobrefertilizado, es la única con la que me corte para alimentar. Yo creo que a partir de aquí dejo de abonar y ahora ya solo agua y limpiaremos raíces con flawless finish. Week 8 - Dead line is coming, starting week 8 of flowering. The routine is maintained, feeding only with water. I think Black Jack will pass 10 weeks of flowering.

Week 6 flower, half way there! Buds are starting to fill in now and getting some decent frost. A couple of tops are getting more light than others, and fattening a bit more and looking real nice. It looks like there is some purple starting to come out at the tops. Also spotted some discolouration on a few leaves closest to the light, so I turned the one light down to 60-75%, no need to push it at this point and burn her up! She will go as fast as the soil and environmental conditions will allow her to. Hand watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17, otherwise water drip is running on same schedule. Just using straight tap water that sits in a 30 gallon reservoir with a submergible water pump running 24/7 breaking surface and aerating water. Water comes out the tap @ 7ph and less than 15ppm. This is the beginning of each week. So I flushed them and switched nutrients. They were mag deficient, nitro toxic. Not PH actually. I'm adding co2 next week after I seal the room. I think I need to back the PAR down to 800 but they are still alive and it's over half way done. How any more weeks? I thought this was a 65 day auto. Hydro in a 5 gallon pot could add up to three weeks I heard with Autos. could these go 12 weeks total?

The bubble og plants are very much middle of the ground there not the greatest so far but they are still doing great. All 3 plants are still looking almost the same. One of them has recovered more it has praying leaves all day. The other 2 plants when the lights come on there leaves sag to the dirt but when afternoon comes around there praying really well. I hate plants like this. It's so hard to tell what they want. On the other hand these 3 plants already have a very strong dank smell going on This past week all the plants did great dealing with getting repotted and topped in the same week. I definitely took a Rick doing that seeing i only left each plant with 4 leaves. This past week was also a struggle to keep the vpd in a decent range. The Temps outside have been below 32 for a few days with Temps dipping down to almost 0 at night. With the space heater running it's pulling the humidity down. I think I have figured out the solution to that problem so I won't run into that next time it gets cold again. All the plants have really started to grow their new branches sense being topped. A few of the plants are a little smaller than I'd like but I'm gonna keep em alive for now.

Grow is still going great. This might only be week 10. Still noticing a little spotting but not a huge issue. I’ve cut back on the nutes a little because the runoff water PH has been dropping letting me know the soil has a lot of stuff in it. Still amazing grow and lst came out amazing. Smells so strong too, gassy/skunk mixed with sweet.

Lollipopped the monster crop clones in the tent; defoliated everything a bit. Everyone seems to be moving alone nicely. Everything is showing pistils except the two bagseeds in the middle of the tent. Smells great in the closet. Between the two tents I have a 2x7’ area with three Sunraise lights running. I’m hoping to have a better harvest than last time. Last grow I only used the 2x4 tent with three plants and two lights yielded about 2 ounces per plant. I nute burned the hell out of them last time and I’ve been feeding about 1/4 the amount I was last grow. These plants seem much healthier and are much larger than my last grow. I have also become more comfortable with defoliation than I was previously. This time I am focusing on larger, denser buds. The plant in the solo cup is a Pineapple Express clone. It has not rooted but the stalk has turned white and it hasn’t been needing much humidity anymore. It is almost rooted; I have been spraying it with colloidal silver to try and Hermie it. If I can get it to Hermie I can separate it before the pollen sacs burst and selectively breed branches on my other plants to make feminized seeds. **growdairies is messing up; I cannot change the temperatures on substrate, night air or day air. Average temp for all is about 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

My first seed didn't make it due to technical difficulties, so I popped another to try to maximize the output from the mini machine. She is growing well at day 7. Seeing some leaf curling from her adjusting to the environment, but she is still showing steady growth. She is a week behind the 2 plants that were originally germinated. She will be topped around day 10 or 12 as soon as the third node comes up enough to pinch off. I started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irrigated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.
