Day 1: I got two of these Sweet Gelato seeds free from @Zamnesia. I’m only planting one at the moment . I’m really excited about growing it. I’ve really loved any Gelato I have tasted. I have my substrate prepared and my veg space is ready to go. I have put the seed in Ph’d water for 24hrs first and I will add to the soil tomorrow night. I’ll wet the soil down tomorrow morning with Ph’d water and I’ll put it the veg space with the lights on to warm up the soil before adding the seed. Day 2: Seed has been moved into the substrate and pot is now in Veg Space under 40watt CFL bulbs but once the seed germinates I will switch on the 200watt CFL. This is my least favourite part of growing, the wait for the seedlings 🌱 to break through the soil. I’ve planted the seed to one side of the pot as I find this makes LST easier. The plant will be spending it’s first 2 to 3 weeks in this veg space while I wait for my Purple Punch to finish in my main grow space. 72hrs Later: Houston we have lift off 🚀 The seed first started to peed through the soil after only 48hrs. That’s the fasted I’ve ever seen, hopefully it’s a sign of things to come. Leaves still haven’t opened but it’s fully above ground now.

Halfway through flush run off at 150ppm. Temps dropped down to a range of 65-73. Things are getting purple but had to trim a bud of cause of mould. Humidity has stayed 50-70% due to my poor exhaust but overall looking dank !

Hey guys everything is going great with these ladies all 6 germinated and popped up in 3 days after planting 1 of the six shooters is a lot smaller than its sisters so I've order LEMON PIE from FASTBUDS should be here tomorrow to take its place and I'm going to move the six shooter outside so if you would like to see its journey comment and like bellow ⤵️ The only thing I wish I did differently would of been starting these girls under a cfl or a cheap led to stop stretching but lesson learned if anyone has any question's please comment and thank-you all for your support ✌️

Hi Friends, - Day 10 - 1st water change - One leaf looked a little crisp so we removed it and reduced the light from 24hr to 18/6 - Started to increase the nutrients and introduced florilicious - Healthy root structure - Beautiful fan leaves - Responded positively to some topping earlier this week and LST training -PPMs we’re a bit higher than the GH feeding chart suggested (500-600) ours read 720- not too worried at this point

Not much to report this week. Really impressed with the results so far from the Mars hydro TS600 the bud development seems to be pretty good. This strain is producing a lot of trichomes and the smell is starting to pick up at good bit now going into week 6. Lowered the amount of Canna A an B feed to 2.4ml/L and PK13/14 to 1.0ml/L. Some light defoliation to help get more light coverage to the lower buds.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. January 21 update: things are slowing down now, just a waiting game to find that nice mix of cloudy/amber trichomes. Might feed one more time then it's on to flushing! January 23 update. Fed her another 5L of mixed nutrients with full strength OverDrive. Seems how I have about 2-3weeks left, that will be the last feed. I have lots of "buffer" leaves and pretty sure I've been overfeeding a bit so it's now flush time.. I will be flushing for last 2-3 weeks with just plain PH'd tap water. My "buffer" leaves should keep it going till it's time. January 25 update: first flush done with about 8L of store bought RO water. Water that came out was slightly brown. No point checking run off yet as its first flush. I will check ppms next flush in a few days. She's starting to smell really good! Like an earthy diesel . January 27 update: wasn't going to but the leaves are dry as f*** so dumped in another 8l of RO flush water. Trichomes are I'd say 99 to 100% cloudy with a few Amber's here and there.. I will try to time it for Feb 1st harvest. If I'm a few days early due to flushing coco then so be it. January 28 update: no water. Still seeing some slight fattening of the buds. Every bud site including the lower pop corn buds are just covered in dense trichomes🤤 I'm going to have some pretty killer trim to work with.. I will be making canna butter for the first time😀 side note: will be cleaning the grow box tomorrow when the lights are on. January 29 update: None. I did however find out sunglasses make great UV filters for taking pictures and videos 👍 January 30 update: None. January 31 update: large flush with about 14L of water, cleaned out run off tray. That's pretty much it.. oh, trimmed a few more leaves that were covering any buds. So close I can almost taste it!!! 🤤🤤 sure not very strong smelling though🤨. I'm sure that will change once I start chopping into her. February 1st update: 10L flush, noticed one of my intake fans has been off for some time now🤦‍♂️🏻 fired that back up. I did mention that I might harvest today.. she's not quite ready yet, I will let her dry out 3days prior and do a 48hr darkness prior to harvest as well. February 3rd update: last day of week 16, trichomes are right where I want them for the affect I'm after.(and will continue to amber up during cure) So tonight I will be chopping her down. Going to do a "wet" trim and hang buds in the drying rack till ready for curing jars. Planning on a 3 week minimum cure time. I would to thank everyone for the kind words/likes and encouragement!! Wow!! It was sunny and hot all week! You can see that they almost doubled their size and are looking pretty much more healthy. That is also because I followed @MadeInGermany 's advice and decided to wait more until I had to water. They seem to have liked that, beacuse there is no more sign of Ca blocking in the leaves. And they grew very nicely, no need of everything. Also following his advice I will use Cal/Mag in the next watering. But, you know, I'm making it cheap... so I will use another home-made recipe: wood ash fertilizer, which include those nutrients and some that are needed in flowering stage -which seems to be starting, so next week will have the flowering label-. It also degrades the N in the soil that could be still causing a little overfeeding (leaves' tips are a bit burnt). However, I admit that my mistake was overwatering from the beggining. Lesson learned! No watering for the whole week and the plnat didn't seem to worry about it. Man! If only it had been this sunny all the time! Plants look very healthier and are way bigger, with huge new leaves. A little amount of pistils showed up in the last days, so I guess it is the moment for stretching. Knowing that, I decided to do a little training on Sweet, as it is the one a bit behind. You can see in the last picture how I took a couple leaves that were blocking light from side branches-future bud sites- and taped them, so they didn't. If results are good I might do the same with Rebel, but I have a feeling that she'll do good without it. Sadly, next week will be all rainy and cloudy... Nothing to do tho. Any commentary will be thanked, even if it is about how cheesy the videos are! 😂

4x4 #1 | Plants are starting to stack bud formations, in week 5 flower 4x4 #2 | Plants are starting to show pistils this week & a active stretch, in week 2 flower Gyat is very easily managed and both phenotypes are looking great, even the 'finicky' plant Scat Queen is a herm, I'm still going to run them.. they look good other than. The pheno in week 5 flower smells really good and overall structure is nice but is seeding and I'm seeing the 2nd pheno starting to show similar traits.. this experiment shows it's just not a stable cross from Elev8. Did some shuffling & added a smaller plant, Sherbie Truffle by Detroit Seed Co in the front right next to Gyat to the left -it is a few weeks behind the others but will fill the space nice. ( Scat Queen back left, Gyat back right and front left, Sherbie Truffle front right ) Keeping the flow smooth growmies 😎

Orange Sherbert looking good, well 3 of 4 one looking like not much at all🙄😩 they’ve got around 3 to 4 weeks left before flush anyway so there is time for a bit of catch up. The smell is ok, dank and skunky, no orange coming from them yet. On the most the buds look to be good n fat, nice n dense and a little bit sticky.

Was a good productive week. I did give them a 30hr dark period before switching to 12/12 to really try to take advantage of the red spectrum on my light. (I read this somewhere so giving it a shot!) Also waiting to install second scrog, waiting for them to fill out a little more to help me guide the canopy as even as possible. The insides of both plants have new tops to fill in the gaps. The defoliation last week was the right move. The slower of the two up to this point is the front runner now so let's see how they continue to fill out. Temp finally dipped here so able to keep a more regulated temp. The 77-79 range seems to be what the girls are liking the most so I added a second fan to try and keep the night time humidity lower as well. Any comments or tips are much appreciated!
