Weather was better than before. A couple of sunny and warmer days. Installed the lights with the timer in order to support a 16/8 light cycle with a 1 minute burst of light every two hours at night. Mid week i transplanted them, super happy about that. Cover crop looks great. The placeholder pots have been filled with horsetail, alfalfa, bokashi and worms. Cleared them out to use it as mulch on top. Watered them in with fresh brewed vermicompost tea. The Jamaican Dream CBD will later move into the garden, so the roots can connect with the soil through the bottom of the bag. Plants looking great by the end of week, but still in flower.... started a new run for back up and a friend of mine would give me some very nice seedlings and clones if things go wrong.

Week started off good. 8 days in and we have great bud set . Tropicanna is such a fast flowering plant that in 8 days I have my poms beginning to show . Let’s goooo

Permant marker the one seedling I could not be more happy with. It has a distinct different look to it than any other plant in the tent with strong growth going on. I'm sad about the other seedling thou the 1st set of leaves were kinda deformed and it has like a spiral thing going on where new growth comes from. Hopefully it comes back around, I always like seeing atleast 2 phenos of a strain I feel it gives you a better idea of what a strain is. It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

This week has flew in , can’t believe I’m on week 5 already :) . The girls are growing well , allow they are 2 totally different looking plants the smell the same and seem to be maturing at the same rate :) I can’t wait to see all the little bud sites start to fatten and fill out over the last few weeks

Hello, Day 29 of flower today. She is packing on some trichomes since 2-3 days and it’s getting more everyday. Buds are growing and starting to look like they should. The smell is not that strong but if you walk by the opened window you smell that there is a weed plant somewhere near. The trichomes are sticky and the smell is hyping me up like crazy. Weight was okay today, I will water again tomorrow with 6-7 Liters without added nutrients. Some bottom leaves are starting to get a yellowish colour which kinda concerns me, but I’m far away from panicking. Estimated flower time are 50-60. my light is running on 85% which is 225W / 35cm distance to the canopy. I added those extra 5% power yesterday and we will see if she likes it. Maybe I will buy additional phosphor booster, but I have to gather some information first. I the next couple days I will also get a hygrometer to check my humidity. I can’t change it but I think it’s good to know for the next grow. The temperature is measured via an infrared thermometer, leaf temp was 18°C night and 23°C day temp. This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

Scrog netting is becoming a challenge, I am trying to fill bottom right corner but the plant continues to grow in all directions. The areas that are filled keep growing, I have stopped topping and keep tucking. I have put 4 clones in the corner because I do not want to wait anymore as my 2x4 will get too big during the flower cycle of this tent. Turned off light and will keep off for 48 hours, officially starting the flip into flower cycle. Plants look good, no issues so this is the perfect time for me. Wish me luck, I hear this strain loves to really stretch. Fed nutes at 50%, they just got off a lockout so taking it easy, they'll tell me when to up the feed.

After experimenting with various brands of nutrient formulations and concentrations.. the plant is showing improved health. The root zone has become too dense for consistent flood levels even with the same number of seconds for the pump ON cycle. The solution is now fed through the pipe which is reduced to the smaller feeder line to fill the nutrient solution at at the top of the container which is gravity fed back into the reservoir. The original air stone is used to prevent the roots escaping the container and entering into the nutrient tank solution. The only way to remove the roots is to let them dry out and shrink enough for easy withdrawal from the container. The video shows very slow drainage due to the barbed pipe attachement beging submerged below the top of the nutrient level. It was removed to facilitate quicker drainage. I just noticed that I swore in the video as I was still playing with the timer ON setting and had to quickly unplug the electricity manually in order avoid an overflow... 😂

Sherb Biker, starting to crystal. The purples and dsrker hues should begin to appear soon and these buds will swell very big over the, next little bit. Nothing much to report. Decided after reading some articles about using chlorine/bleach as a sterilizing agent. Going to test it out and compare the final product to one finished about 2 months earlier.

day 38 stopped giving PK, carbs. only humic, folvic fishsh!t in watering. lifted terps video sticky icky video day 39 just humic and folvic into water. day42 bridal party gained a lot of weight, started to lean over blackberry. I feel like I could chop today.. slight chance might meet remo :)

We are also at the end for the last two girls. Cheese enters darkness for two days, and then it's time to harvest. For Bubblegum, it's time to flush, so she has another week to go.

Day 50 the plant has been growing at an incredible speed and has a very very large flowering stretch in fact I only have left 5 inches to raise up my light and then I'm going to have to do something to keep an eye on those branches so they don't stretch anymore or at least they can have enough light to proper development. From all the plants I have grow indoors this one is the only one that has make my light stretched to the top of the tent I guess it's a good problem to have. Other than the incredible stretch the plan seems to be healthy and doing pretty well the flower is development and I'm looking forward to see how this is going to turn out. Day 52 I have rise my light to the top as high as I can and she still grow past the light towards the exhaust system I had to tie her down in order to create an arch and in that way make her receive enough light instead of growing over the top of the light where there is actually no sufficient light if this problem persist I will have no choice but to do super cropping on the tallest branches and see how they react to that I decide to take some cuttings I'm trying to clone this one to see if I can get her outside in the summer in another buddy house and see how she reacts to challenging Ontario weather. Day 53 I have to Super crop several branches Unfortunately they were growing straight into the light becoming burned by the intense light I hope the plant doesn't react to bad to HST and still deliver awesome buds thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.
