D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

Week 21 Daylight 12h20 - 7h45/20h05 Unstable weather, alternating heavy rain and wind quasi every days and sunny afternoons. Moderate temperatures around 14°C min / 23°C max. Plants are safe in the veranda; the sun is lower on the horizon now and the angle of the light is now perfect for a good finish. I need to test the humidity level in the room but it seems reasonable. No signs of diseases or moisture. Last weeks were hard with multiple aggressions: plants are like War Veterans with some damage and scars. The flowering process look not affected by this episode and harvest is approaching. Brake Pad Breath: almost ready. Pistils are rusty colored, buds are thick and dense, firm and sticky. Subtle fruity aroma: tonic and stimulating. Most advanced plant: will be the first harvested soon. 2L watering / 2 days flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water Flash Back #2: ending the flowering cycle and starting maturation. Last plant infested by insects, may be the plant is reacting by accelerating the flowering: buds are not so dense compare with the previous plant. Pretty spicy smell and good resin production. flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water GMO x Zombie Kush: starting the last flowering stage. Recovering good and was less injured by caterpillar than the others. Pistils are long and the flowers will enlarge soon: need almost 3 or 4 weeks to be ready. Grower master flo + bud XL enzyme + pk 13/14 Royal Moby is tall and late flowering but seems producing lot of flower. With the stress the plant become hermaphroditic, I discovered some bag of males flowers. I hope there is no pollination between the other plants. Grower master flo + bud XL enzyme + pk 13/14

Honey Cream is almost ready (Aiming for 15% amber trichomes), another week or two and the first tops will come out. The smell is very pleasant, a bubble gum, sweet and almost ripe berry smells, very intoxicant ! Power flower is stacking nicely, but still with no smell, very frosty too. Special queen #1 is also doing amazingly, specially being in a pot, 2.25m and stacking EVERYWHERE ! The smell reminds me of an amnesia haze, very pungent on the nose ! Old Lemongrass is doing a little bit worse, her leaves yellowed a lot, but hopefully it will get fixed by next week. Trichome production is considerably slower than all the other strains, but she is stacking for sure. Smells of a very pleasant sweet lemon.

DAY 28 flowering: Hi all Hope we are all fine and dandy in the grow diaries world this week. It has been a steady week this week with the ladies now focusing purely on bud site development . The only lady not really thriving is the smaller Mexican airline #1. It does seem she will be all plant and very little yield at this point but we will see it through. She isn't poor by any means but I do think she will have a inferiority complex within these beauties. Heehee Thankfully the other five ladies are powering on and producing some potential big bud sites. The stars of the grow are the Strawberry pie girls. These plants are huge and very, very productive . The lowers are developing some nice bud sites that in themselves look like beasts developing. They have really dense looking flowers that will no doubt become thick and possibly need some support on the side growth but seeing the stem strengths , they may be ahead of that issue themselves already. A perfect strain for an outside run for sure and with no training beside the tip spreading , they have easily now reached approx 4ft tall. The buds start really low on each limb with some node spacing initially large but the growing tips and main stem have a more stacked up bud appearance forming. I think they could possibly top my personal best for the autos at this rate. Both have about the same structure and bud building so I would hazard the same phenotype too. This is the second time I have grown this strain and the last one was very similar too. Very stable and should give some top notch nugs out. Six Shooter #1 is only slightly smaller than the Strawberry pie and has just as many productive side branches that want to show off too. Her sibling #2 was grown a lot flatter after the tip spreading and seems lost down low in the canopy now. She has a lot of buds tucked away but could easily be overgrown by the mexican#2 and Strawberry Pie #2 , if I am not pro active with her progress. As mentioned earlier, the Mexican airlines are both healthy and happy but the #2 is far more productive than the #1 . I do expect that the #1 will harvest a little after the others and that she may come through in the end. Overall these strains are genetic perfection this run . They have done their own thing with only the tip spreading being my intervention initially , and they have produced 6 perfect looking plants that are clearly different strains . From past experiences with these 3 strains , "The best is yet to come " with the development of their unique looking buds. Here comes some down and dirty bud porn only viewable to the faithful.!!! Did a jump start tea, 3 feeds of cutting edge solutions. For past 4 weeks have Found one adult spider mite per week, and destroyed eggs on the leaf's bottom with the white spots. I have no clue where they came from never had them before. I live next to a river and it is spider season so the normal spiders have been hunting the mites just becasue they are attracted to the lights at night. I don't see the mites as a threat and I'm not going to spray for them I might try to make a ladybug farm if I see more.

Everything has gone well. Have been flushing with just pH'd water for about a week. Starting the girls dark period today. The smell is unbelievable. Pictures are day 23 above soil I dropped temp set point on INKBIRD ITC-308 to 23C and narrowed range to 1C high and 1C low. The humidity was getting too high before the 25-26C max temp point kicked in and exhaust would vent. Mositure build up at bottom of tent was main issue as temps outside the tent are -2 to -10C. So the air closest to tent walls rapidly cools and moisture condenses out. VPD..... cold climate growing. Shed growing.

These ladies are developing very nicely, the left and middle one already started to bulk heavily over the course of the last week, while the one that got wind stress is trailing a little behind and will probably take a little longer. For the other two I would guesstimate that I can start flushing by the end of the week. The trichomes on the two are completely milky, however with no signal of amber yet

Great growth from all the girls this week. Stretched massively. I have done a major defoliation to let more light to bud sights. 95% flowers are in light now. I will do another Small defoliation next week. Dry amended top soil with bat guano, worm castings and bio life. Should be enough to bring them into mid flower. I had a slight fungus knat issue but got some nematodes and they are starting to clear along with sticky traps. I have also taken cuttings from a few of the girls to cross a few of the stronger strains and create my own strain. First time I will be doing this so excited to see how it turns out.

* Watering 2l every 3 days * Always tuck in the leaves to expose lower tops * Check the trichomes for amber * After first amber trichomes switch off the lights, leave it in the dark for 2 days

Good week for the girls..started way hot but has been getting cooler witch is great for flowering...they growing very fast now and have shot out meny new bud spots. My clones will db my yield and have been a great learning experience ...I have raise every kinda plant ..but these girls are a joy to grow... challenging ..frustrating .. but always a joy!

We´re getting there! 😉 Took the week for flushing, net removed for easier handle/access and thricome check.. 😋 I think this one is about ready and we´ll be the first one to go down! 😊 Not the biggets yeld but those buds look mighty fine 😍
