Growing some Gelato 45 by Barneys Farm.
I grew this strain before and it easily became one of my favorite strains!
Very potent and great effect, Makes all your worry's just melt away and
puts a fat smile on your face :) I Germinated these seeds by soaking them
in a small shot glass of spring water for about 18 hours then I planted the
seeds directly in the medium. They popped from the soil on 04/28/2024
and they look perfectly healthy!

Easy week just keep the soil moist when dry with spring water and small amount of liquid silica to prevent any mold diseases and strengthen the stems!

Just transplanted both plants into 3 gallon pots yesterday and they're already looking better after less than 24 hours.
I sprinkled some "Great White Mycorrhizae" on the roots during transplant so maybe thats why they bounced back so quickly!

Day 58 From Seed!

This week I did a lot of LST and defoliation, My goal is to fill out this whole tent using LST and hopefully grow buds wall to wall! We also don't want any popcorn buds so I'm gonna end up doing some Lollipopping as they grow to get rid of bud sites that don't get as much light.
I've been feeding them water mixed with small amount of liquid seaweed, humic acid and liquid silica to promote growth and strengthen stems. I'm using Gaia Greens 4-4-4 dry amendment mixed in the roots organic coco soil with worm castings plus small amount of bat guano and rock dust so all i have to do is water.
Plants look happy and healthy so far! And when I open the tent it has a earthy chocolate smell which is strong!
Still waiting on amazon to deliver my damn soil so i can transplant and flip to flower! I wanted to flip to flower 2 weeks ago but amazon not shipping my soil!
This week I did a fair amount of work on my grow.
I did a bit of defoliation and spent some time tying down branches to shape the canopy.
My goal is to get buds growing wall to wall! I can't wait to see the results of my efforts.

Leaves don't look the best but the buds are still growing fat so that's a good thing, I checked the PH of the soil and it seems about right so im guessing its the genetics? About 2 weeks untill harvest so im not sweating it, They will turn out great i can tell.

Very excited! Both plants have about 10 days until
Harvest! I also plan to turn the lights off for 3 days
before harvest to increase potency as much as
possible! The idea is that the small shock will
"increase resin content". Only fed them water
the past few feedings and they are fading out

Amazing Strain!
Pheno 1 Purple, Earthy, Musky, Sour Dank! Heavy Indica great for PTSD and Anxiety! Medical weed!
Pheno 2 Super Frosty, Sweet Honey Ginger Ale Terps! Sativa Dominant Headrush effect! Nice and heady great for wake and bake! Crack weed!
My favorite pheno is the indica dominant purple pheno simply for the medical benefits but both phenos are amazing and will be consumed!
I've grown this strain before and I grew it again because of how beautiful and great the effects are!
Nice headrush with heavy body high and munchies worth it!
Recently Harvested These girls and the look amazing and nice size buds! So far the smell is sweet and gassy but I need more time to cure and bring out the main smells before I really judge the flower.
I've tried some samples of both and they have a nice headrush buzz then after 30 mins you get a nice heavy body high with munchies, Feels really nice in my eyes, They feel nice and warm, So far I'm really enjoying both of these phenos of the Gelato 45 From Barneys! After a month it will be way better because curing and stuff but ill let you all know how it turns out. Both strains have been stored in grove bags in a dark cool cabinet to properly cure, I weighed them and the purple pheno was about 166 grams and the super frosty pheno was about 162 grams, I was very surprised of how close they where in weight.
They look great. Nice fade at the end. I’m growing only organic to.
I have a stunted Barney’s gelato seedling on day 25.
Waiting for a pack of their gelato 45 to get delivered in the next couple of days.
Running 3 of their Pineapple Express and 2 of their GSC.
