another week has passed and it is growing and thriving excellently. there has been a lot of sunshine and occasionally the necessary rain from above.

Flowering Week 6 – Fading Leaves, Persistent Flies The sixth week of flowering brought a mix of progress and persistent problems. The whitefly issue unfortunately hasn’t gone away. I replaced both yellow sticky traps at the end of the week, and within minutes, two new whiteflies were already spotted on the fresh left trap. The old one had four additional flies on the back. This pest pressure remains a concern, but I’ve decided to hold off on further neem oil sprays for now, given how far along we are in flowering. I’ll keep monitoring closely. Nutrient-wise, I stayed cautious this week due to ongoing signs of overfeeding. Leaf tips are still showing yellowing and some burn, especially on the lower leaves. Many leaves have pronounced yellow spots and curled tips — a clear sign of excess nutrients earlier on. To reduce stress, I watered with plain pH-adjusted water (5.5–6.0). Total watering volume was approximately 29 liters This week I also did a second round of lollipopping, focusing on removing all small popcorn buds and lower growth under the net that wouldn’t develop well. Despite the nutrient stress and the ongoing whitefly presence, the plants are still developing well. Buds are getting chunkier, trichome production is visibly increasing, and the overall structure is solid. Still, I’ll be keeping a close eye on both leaf health and pest activity in the coming days. ⸻ TL;DR – Week 6: • New whiteflies still showing up – 7 total seen this week. This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.

Great grow, didn’t grow her out as big as i could of due to testing strains on the first run, if i like the yield, flavour and aroma.. she gets returned to the garden. Love the blue cheese, very close to the UK Blue cheese. Well done to royal queen seeds on this one.0

15th.05.2025 Day 70. Left these girls for a couple of days, came back to see them explode. All milky trichomes. Still some white pistil hairs. Strong 💪 smell. Tropicana cookies 🍪 strong cirtus smell. Banana 🍌 purple punch has sweet and fruity smell, so lovely. Lemon 🍋 cherry🍒 has bubble gum smell with hint of citrus. They have definitely put on some weight in past week. We will see how far we can take them until we start seeing amber trichomes. 17th.05.2025 day 72 Today I harvested the tropicana cookies. I still could have waited a bit longer, however i am dying for a smoke. Hung whole plant in small grow tent, maybe 1ft x 1ft. I am trying to slow down drying as much as possible because on last run (wurlz f1) I dry too quickly without keeping an eye on temperature and humidity. Buds were crispy. In dry tent now the buds are touching the wall. I don't know if this will affect the dry. We will find out. Placed dehumidifier in tent as humidity keeps going up as plant drys. Set at 60%. I can't get temperature down to 60f or 15.5c as recommended. My temperature is around 20c or 68f. As for the others i will try to push them as much as possible. We'll see how things progress. 18th.05.2025 Day 73 Today was chop day for banana 🍌 purple punch 👊🏼. She is frosty as f**k. On this plant fimming was applied. She came out short as I wanted. It's difficult to see with jewelers loop but I see some amber. I need to get better scope. Also today I gave chemdawg a reservoir change out with final part solution. Also because there is more room in grow tent I spread some of the branches and trimmed off some of the lower popcorn buds. Topped up lemon cherry with nutrient solution. Soon lemon 🍋 cherry 🍒 will be chopped🔪 For the dry tent I removed dehumidifier as it was creating heat on the buds directly about. I am using an inline fan now . Once the humidity gets too high it comes on and sucks dry air in. This also removes stagnant or stale air, which is better for buds and will help prevent mold. 21th.05.2025 Day 76 Today lemon 🍋 cheery was harvested. Looking at trichomes they seem milky woth little amber, however the pistil hairs on her were all brown and she was starting to lose her bubble smell. I placed her in dry tent with tropicana cookies and banana purple punch. I had to install carbon filter because these girls were stanking up the house.

Shes looking beautiful and taking well to the outside. Shes has finally reached the top of my Inner cage so I toped the main stem. No compost tea this week. I live watching her seay in the wind!

LST hard at work ......couldn't be more pleased...... at how bushy she is

Well I finally had some time to really be up in the garden and I noticed pollen sacs on one of these females so I kicked her ass out the club she is now going to be outdoors if it messes with resin production so be it but I got her outside and I castrated every pollen sac off her so we will see if she still produces bomb buds.

The whole experience so far, to me, has been interesting. But I suppose now we’ve arrived at the point where things get really interesting. Did one more round of heavy defoliation this week to really get all the bud sites exposed to light. Not a significant amount of stretching with this strain.

Finally got the time to sit down to do some maintenance and training on this girl🙌 It was a wet and rainy Sunday on 7/25 so we pushed back our Farmers Market a day and I got to get soaked in the garden😅 Cleaned up the interior, removing discolored fan leaves that weren't getting enough light and small branches growing inward that wouldn't amount to much. Then I did some LST with 4' Bamboo stakes and PGarden EZ Soft Plant Ties. I staked 4 main branches to open up the interior for better light penetration and air circulation👍 When it was all said and done I brought the trim back down to the barn as a treat for my horse Kestrel, he loves snacking on trim leaves! I also switched the the Neptune's Harvest Rose and Flowering as we're approaching flowering time and also gave them some good old fashioned Crosby's Molasses to get those sugars going!
