Start of week 8. Week 7 went very well for the Do-si-dos, she also filled in her buds, very dense and lovely smell! She's got crazy trichomes and is almost as sticky as the Glueberry OG.

Lots of growth over the last week. She's doubled in overall size. Hope she'll start flowering very soon. Can't see any pistils yet though. The colas are bulking out and there seems to be plenty of possible bud sites. I'll be keeping a very close eye on her this week and keeping fingers crossed for pistil growth. Little sister is aiming for the stars. She is very tall now in comparison (35cm vs 22cm) and is starting to fill out with foliage.

Woche 4 / Vegi Woche 3 Der Grow: Am Anfang der Woche wurde das erste Mal getoppt. Ziel des toppen war es, 6 neue Haupttriebe zu haben. Da die Triebe der ersten Nodien viel kleiner waren, als die der zweiten, habe ich solange gewartet, bis die Triebe der vierten Nodien, so große Blätter hatten, dass sie nachdem toppen, gleich mit Photosynthese beginnen können. Dann wurde über den vierten Nodien getoppt und die Triebe, samt Blätter, der ersten Nodien entfernt. Die Pflanze hat das toppen gut verkraftet. Ich mache von jeder Woche Zeitrafferaufnahmen und man konnte sehen, dass alle Triebe gleich nach dem toppen weitergewachsen sind. Den Rest der Woche, habe ich die Pflanze, einfach wachsen lassen. Die Triebe haben sich gut entwickelt und die Pflanze ist wie erwartet kompakt geblieben und extrem buschig geworden. Vermutlich werde ich in der nächsten Woche, die 6 Haupttriebe erneut toppen, um auf 12 Haupttriebe zukommen. Dazu aber im nächsten Update mehr. Im letzten Update hatte ich geschrieben, dass ich die Bodenfeuchtigkeit, versuche bei 55% zuhalten. Dies scheint jedoch zu viel zu sein. Nachdem ich die 55% einige Zeit gehalten habe, wurde der Topf, in der Drainageschicht, sehr nass. Ich hatte zwar noch keinen Drain, aber das der Topf in dem Bereich sehr nass war, hat mir gezeigt das sich dort Wasser sammelt. Aber eigentlich sollte der Bereich trocken sein. Deshalb habe ich die Bodenfeuchtigkeit langsam gesenkt und peile jetzt die 50% an. Man konnte auch sehen, dass sich die Blätter im Verlauf des Tages nicht mehr komplett aufgestellt haben. Sondern ehr leicht nach unten hingen. Was für eine beginnende Überwässerung spricht. Mittlerweile ist der Bereich der Drainageschicht, wieder komplett trocken. Den VPD habe ich im laufe der Woche langsam erhöht, bis auf 1,4kpa am Ende der Woche am Tag und auf 1kpa in der Nacht. Diese Werte werde ich jetzt so weiter fahren, bis zur Umstellung auf die Blüte. Der DLI wurde am Anfang der Woche auf 30 erhöht. I’m excited to see what RQS have to offer with this little Gem! I’ve been waiting to try another of Royals Automatics, Green Gelato is a strain I very much look forward to with desert strains being at the Top of my list 🥇 It’s been an eventful first few days.. (arnt they always!) she’s poked her head up yesterday so Day 1 is 30/03/20. Hello my friends! I have some good news and bad news this week, [Bad News]First I'll mention that all, yes all of my Purple Urkle's had to go 😰 I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while admiring my garden of green and I spy with my little eyes 😶 a pollen pod containing nanas. So as hard as it was to cut em down, I knew they had to go. I’m honestly relieved to have those time bombs removed from my tent, that’s all I needed was seeded product. I won’t let this discourage me, in fact I’m empowered knowing that I averted this potential crisis :) I’ll still keep me eye out just in case, you never know. [Good News] The other remaining strains, White Widow, Super Silver Haze, CBD Blueberry, & Mazar are doing well. Since I feed them light nutes last time I’m debating if I should feed them a 2nd time, or just use some good ol ph’d tap? They look so good I don’t want to over feed em, then again I want the girls to have plenty of nutrients to avoid potential deficiencies. The CBD was the first to flower, though it’s kind of been flowering on and off for a while. If these results happen with the other CBD seeds I’d probably avoid purchasing this product again, I’m not happy with the mutations that are going on with this plant (this is technically bad news). Back to the point I see signs of flowering in all the girls now! This is where it gets exciting, so pumped for this phase, I’ve waited 78+ days for this! I think that’s enough rambling, I’ll get right into the Individual Progress Notes, enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Height: 24.8” Tops: 8 Notes: This one is about 1 - 2 weeks ahead of the others, which are just showing their “hairs” now. I’m on the fence, I’m not sure how this CBD is going to be as a finished product. I hope the other seeds I have don’t have the same mutations... I haven’t had any contact from GCS since their reply. I’ll still write them a report when this girl is harvested, that would probably be better in the long run so they have more information about these mutations I’m experiencing. [Mazar] Height: 22.3” Tops: 16 Notes: I’ll just say she looked like a perfect orb when I removed the trellis netting to realign the family. A very even growth rate, with a consistent distance between nodes, beautiful. The genetics for Mazar here is amazing, now I can’t say this for sure but for now her growth and shape is fantastic and beyond my expectations. [Super Silver Haze] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Talk about sudden growth! This beastie was one of my smallest girls and just like my friend here on GD called it, she shot up! She also has the biggest fan leaves (not the most fingers). Now that she has more room to spread out and breath I’m sure she’ll grow even more. [White Widow] Height: 23.3” Tops: 16 Notes: Tanya here is growing so well, very happy. Her leaves still have that blue steel, green look. I love it! Other than the mazar she has the 2nd most bud sites. Soon, very soon we’ll see flowers starting to develop. I noticed some possible nute burn/deficiencies with a couple of her fans so I’ll use ph’d water next feeding to see if the condition stabilizes, I’ll know by then. ~ Final Thoughts ~ It’s been a long run so far my friends. I can’t say everything has gone as planned, but I avoided a huge blow to my product by noticing the pollen pods developing on the Purple Urkle females. The plants are comming along nicely. They got some horsetail extract in the past 2 weeks, nothing else. I will top dress with a handful guano the comming days. The sativa pheno seems to be the furthest aong in terms of trichromes. We will see, when we start looking at the trichromes with a microscope soon. Numbers 1 and 7, the indica phenos, are similar. Only number 1 is lagging behind 7-10 days. All plants started to receede from their bigger lower fan leaves. I keep picking them of as they turn yellow. Happy growing everyone!

What a week, the Amnesia Haze from Divine Seeds continues to pack on flower and is honestly worth the wait for weight if you know what i mean 😉 she is currently going through her flush period and will luckily make it for atleast a week of drying and two weeks of curing before competition time, wish she had more time but unfortunately the glory of holding one of the first East Coast Canna Cup Trophies is the goal at hand and we get the feeling that she is without a doubt a cup winner. 29th April is D Day, wish us luck till then everyone

The Pineapple Express was born and continues to grow regularly. It does not stand out for its speed but it will certainly be worthy of remembering the mythological strain.

This week I just watched them grow. I watered a couple times using the nutrients mentioned & today I watered with just 6.3 ph water that I filtered. These girls are bushing up & I’m not mad about it. I haven’t done much defoliation just the topping I did a couple weeks ago. I’ll Start doing that probably after I flip to flower & add my trellis net.

Room is starting to yellow out too soon. Going to hit with a full strength feeding today. I’m still hoping for more swell by day 29. Although for my first indoor run I’m pretty happy. I know what to do for next round and got a sick game plan. The blackberry breath pheno is looking almost done already. I hope it continues to swell because it’s already thick as fuck. I found a small underdeveloped pollen sack on the slurricane #4 that scared the shit out of me. I chopped it off and inspected the whole plant but only found the 1.
