Day 51! Had a week of some high temperatures, had them peaking at 33c, but they seem to of took it. The lemon cherrys will definitely be done first, the smell of 🍋 is beautiful, the 🦍 slowly starting to make its mark, each plant been averaging 5 litres of water every 2 days, thirsty girls, looking forward to the week ahead!

Hello Growmies, As we round up week 5 with our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, the growth has been nothing short of impressive. The choice to employ low-stress training (LST) rather than topping has paid dividends, with the plants responding well to the gentle guidance of their growth, seamlessly integrating into the SCROG setup. This method has allowed for an even canopy spread, optimal light penetration, and air flow, which is critical for the health of the plants and ultimately the yield. Observing the Watermelon Candy's development, we see a testament to our cultivation methods. The vibrant green leaves reaching skywards, the sturdy stems, and the strategic placement of each branch in the SCROG—every detail points towards a successful vegetative phase. In terms of environmental control, we've applied the lessons learned from our other strains, maintaining a stable and ideal VPD during the day with the Tent-X system. The nights, however, have brought forth the same challenges we've faced with other strains, showing fluctuations in VPD levels. The integration of the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is anticipated to solve this, and we are optimistic that this change will bring about the consistent conditions needed for the Watermelon Candy's continual thriving. Even with the small hiccup in the nighttime environmental control, the plants are flourishing. The robust health they exhibit is a sign they're ready for the flowering phase, and we expect nothing less than a bountiful harvest. And while we've experienced a bit of frustration with Secret Jardin and Mars Hydro for the integration challenges, we appreciate TrolMaster's efforts to assist. We are hopeful for a resolution soon, or we may revert to the reliable Prima Klima setup. Trichs seem to be further along then last grows, I can only assume the extra light and/or higher heat has cause them to finish a bit faster. Right now we are sitting on a majority of 70% cloudy, literally only a couple ambers through out. Wanting to harvest a little earlier this grow, hopefully day 59 or 60. Sooooo, 10-11 more days till chop. Day 51 Starting a flush, drained and filled with tap water, 2mL/L of flushing agent to help dissolve/bind salts. 3 hour cycle runtime with flushing agent. Drain/fill with high quality ROH2O, pH’d, H202 for disinfection.

Was away from them at end for a long time. Still awarded me with nice quality buds.

Week starting off a bit rough. Massive temperature spike up to 29 degrees c and 30% humidity for a few hours shocked her. Some yellowing on the tips of new growth. Starting off this week with lower A + B (1ml/l, 1/3 strength) and adding in some potash plus to prestart her for flower. Midweek: Flushed with about 10L of Ph'd water because I was seeing a significant rise in TDS/EC. Started feeding today with 1/4 strength Grow A+B and 1/4 Bloom A+B. End of week: Very consistent growth. Amazed. Going to be a monster auto 😁 May have broken a branch while LST. Just put it back where I found it and tied it up. Hopefully the I didnt see it, it didnt happen method pulls through. Started feeding with Bloom nutrient schedule at 1/3 strength and upped the dose of calmag to 1ml/L Next week will see a steady increase in nutrient strength and additional bloom additives from cycos advanced line and her first hair cut.

420 Fastbuds Week 8 Gorilla Cookies Auto Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving. This week's update on these 2 is good. I did go away for a few days and a couple of the lower leafs did get a little crispy but over all they where fine from the looks. The smell coming off them is absolutely intoxicating. Sticky when you touch the flowers. All in all Happy Growing.

Progress was a little slow this week. I decided to try out flora kleen and see if a mid flower salt removal and root cleanse would help. I was very surprised at what came off of the roots and out of the totes the plants were in after just an hour. I can for certain say that it did make quite a difference. She’s filling out nicely and we are almost to the fun part.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and she’s stacking up beautifully and already layered with frost. I really don’t want to do much defoliating right now but it’s looking like she might need a little bit soon but will just keep everything as tucked as I can. She got 2 gallons of plain water today and will get a dose of nutrients next feeding. Day 59 - Looks like feeding her a bit more and stronger seems to of helped cause the leaves color seems to be much better now and not noticing any new yellowing, so hopefully the deficiency is fixed. Other than that, her flowers are stacking beautifully and she’ll probably need some water in another day or two. Day 60 - Everything is going good overall still and no more real yellowing of the leaves. She’ll be ready for some water and nutes tomorrow. Day 61 - All still looks good with this girl and she was definitely ready for some water. Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today. Day 62 - All is well with this girl and enjoy watching the flowers stack up on her. Nothing much going on with her so just took her out for updated pictures and tucked the leaves when I put her back in the tent, might do a light defoliating in a couple days. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and though she’s got a couple weeks left, she’s finishing up pretty quickly. All kinds of frost on her and buds are getting nice and plump. She’s good on water and should be for another couple of days. Might do a little defoliating on watering day as well.
