Hi Growmies, This grow was not about growing the biggest plant but a test on how Natural sunlight compares to artificial light. I can be clear on one thing: natural sunlight gives a better terp/trichomes development, at least within my setting. This is probably due to natural UV rays within sunlight which is harder to get in a tent. Also the cost of this grow was so cheap, that if I would sell 3 grams I would have my whole investment in this grow back. So cost wise an outside grow will always beat an inside grow, especially with the current energy rates where I live. So after the drying process we will do a quick taste test before jarring it up to cure. That will also be the time I weight my buds, wet weight is not important to me. 12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. -11.07.2024 The third week of the vegetative phase starts today. The light has been adjusted again, the values measured with the Photone app: Ppfd = 595-615 DL i= 40-42 the plants were watered with 500ml of water each. -12.07.2024 Just a visual check. -13.07.2024 Just a visual check. -14.07.2024 Visual inspection the soil felt dry, so the plants were watered with 500 ml of water per plant. -15.07.2024 Visual Check the light intensity has been increased measured values with the Photone app: Ppfd = 700 DLi = 50 -16.06.2024 Just a Visual Check. -17.07.2024 Today is the last day of the third vegitation week. the plants look good and are getting „white hairs“ - the pre-flowering starts. A few of the lower leaves have been removed. Both plants were watered with 500ml of water. (3ml Biogrow / liter - 1ml TopMax / liter)

Going well

2 1/2 litres of feed per plant every 48 hours Avge temp 80F avge Humidity 44% removed 600w LED left just the 900w too much light with both. The plants with both lights on went into overdrive, uptaking more water and expelling less, causing a big drop in humidity 35 and less, removing 600w light humidity went back to mid 40's. Useful to know if you have high humidity extra light can help reduce it, or so i'm thinking. Did some more light cropping.

Nothing really new to add this week other than lowering the PPMs, the smell is coming along and looking forward to further developments

Germination stage was kicked off fairly quick. After 1 complete day the seeds had cracked and produced small tap roots. The very next day(April 27th which was a Wednesday) I planted about an inch - inch and a half into the soil. A few days later (Saturday morning April 30th) the Lemon Shining Silver Haze was the first to come above soil. Bluematic came up later in the day/evening.

High humidity organic outdoor grow, keeping a watch on any mold. sprayed Magret Roberts for mildew and keeping and eye out for any worms Triple cheese is going to be finished soon

Everything as usual. Molasses, earthworm juice at this days. Cut some inmature branches. No diseases, the buds are going bigger and bigger :) I think I'll harvest my ladies on ca. 20th August, so in less than 1 month!

Iv started my 9 beans out in jiffy pallets on the 29th of march so we are 2 days in and they are already starting to pop out! I have 1 of each making way through the top layer of Coco in the pallet.

Hello fellow growers, week 2 is now underway and everything is running like ⏰ work, 🌡️temp and 🌧️humidity are in optimal ranges and all 3 girls are loving life. I have high 🤤 hopes for this strain it's gonna be the 💩 ( pun intended ) And remember folks.....There ain't no drama when you smoke marijuana.” ... Day 8 - March 12th. big bloom 5ml.1ltr. Day 9 - March 13th. Daily check Day 10 - March 14th. Daily check Day 11 - March 15th. Bio-Heaven 2ml/2ltr Day 12 - March 16th. Daily check Day 13 - March 17th. Daily check Day 14 - March 18th. Well woke up at about 2.55ish at night to drain the main vein only to realise the wife had taken out my power cable to the full grow for at least 10 hours, I've switched to 24hr for now? See what happens. Gave 1.5ltr water with 1ml Bio - Heaven and 2ml big bloom.

Continued growth on day 105, as October gets closer the days get shorter and the nights a bit chillier. The plants have continued to develop beautiful trichomes and the smell is scrumptious. I still find a few caterpillars here and there though i have prevented most of them from destroying the plant. Please do not neglect to check up on the state of each bud if growing outdoors.

Strawberry 🥧 I feel like her milky trichomes were starting to turn a little amber on some of the more mature buds so I chopped her down.Indica dominant strain so I wanted to let her go as long as possible.Smells great I’ll update a smoke report after she dries and cures.I think I’m going to use the majority of this one for some Rick Simpson oil and see how she turns out :)

Day 70 – Flower Week 1 (Flip on Day 67) This sister plant is showing the same scrog training and timing as the other, but with a slightly different personality. The canopy is a tight, lush mat of foliage, filling the net squarely from edge to edge. Multiple tops are pushing upward at a uniform height, and the first white pistils are starting to peek out—clear signs of early bloom. The leaves look strong and vibrant, a deep healthy green with minimal blemishes. Lower growth beneath the screen is shaded and beginning to fade slightly, which is expected as the plant channels energy toward the upper sites. Stretch after the flip is underway, but still controlled, helping to maintain the flat profile ideal for even light coverage.

The outcome of the flowering was very surprising. Flowers pumped up the last 2 weeks, became hard without leaves inside the buds, developing an amazing rancid and musky smell . During the vegetative phase; the plant grew vertically with pretty good ramifications..I did a topping very late, just before flowering like in emergency to stop the stretch: the plant was a little bit shocked but never stopped growing with a big internode’s distance. The opérations finally gave a good result: forming and developing more blooming sites. But the whole stability of the structure was changed and the plant was bending dangerously till the harvest.
