Not good week

I f’d it from the start as it being my first grow😂 it’s tiny and the buds are small it’s been around 70+ days from seed I topped it way to early and was cutting any leaf off like a sausage but the mugs do look alright just not as dense as I would like but still got to flush yet so we’ll see!!

Only one gelato remaining people. This one is really taking its time and the lack of orange pistils does have me really worried. All bottom vegetation is turning yellow and dying out and buds look like they still have a bit to go. I'm hoping its not a did.

another week has passed and it is growing and thriving excellently. there has been a lot of sunshine and occasionally the necessary rain from above. no pistols to be seen yet

Here we go... week 2! Everything went pretty smoothly during germination and week 1. I'm starting to think about nutrients, as i do plan to start feeding, VERY lightly, sometime this coming week. I figure my soil should probably be okay for 3-4 weeks but i'm going to be feeding only 2 of the 3 plants starting in week 2. I'll start feeding the 3rd plant in week 3. I want to see if there's any difference or problems that arise. Day 8: - Temp: 74-80F - RH: 68-71% - no water, reduced exhaust fan speed to 10% at night due to colder outdoor temperature. Day 9: - Temp: 72F-79F - RH: 62-69% - lightly watered with de-chlorinated tap water Day 10: I've now desgnated the plants as "L-1", "L-2" and "L-3", based on their germination and seedling stage growth, with "L-1" being the most vigorous. - Temp: 72-76F - RH: 65-68% - Lightly watered "L-2" and "L-3" with a very weak nutrient mixture using Remo Nutrients' "Micro", "Grow", "Velokelp" and "MagNifiCal". Remo's feeding chart recommends 6ml/gal for week 2. I used .5ml/.5gal... 1/6th the recommended dose. - "L-1" was watered with just dechlorinated tap water. - Both adjusted to pH6.5 Day 11: - Temp: 69-76F - RH: 62-68% - No water - added sticky traps for fungus gnats, which have afflicted one of my girlfriend's orchids in our house. We've quarantined the orchid and will be giving our houseplants a few doses of BTI. Crossing my fingers that they don't cause me any issues in the tent! Day 12: - no signs of fungus gnats in tent - Temp: 69-77F - RH: 62-68% - No water Day 13: - no signs of fungus gnats in tent - turned humidifier off - ambient RH is about 60% - Temp: 69-77F - noticing leaf edges curling. Possibly due to high RH and/or over-watering. - Calibrated pH meter. Was off by +0.3 pH. - Watered lightly with pH adjusted tap water @ 6.4pH Day 14: - No water - Replaced the 24" Sunblaster T5HO fixture with a 24" Sunblaster LED, which now makes two of them. I plan on switching the 6400K T5 bulb with a 2700K bulb in the T5HO fixture. Once flowering starts, I'll pull out the two 6400K LED fixtures and put in the 2700K T5 fixtures (I still need to pick up one more T5 fixture so that i have two, which i'll be placing at either end of my 2x4 tent as supplemental lighting). - Distance to canopy (24w Sunblaster LED): 12" - Distance to canopy (HLG Elite 360): 24" - Elite 360 Light Intensity: 35%

Elle dégage une plus douce odeur durant ces derniers jours.

😎 The plant continues to give birth to new leaves and the trichomes grow in number and size 😏 With the window open there is no smell in the house, if I leave the windows closed a few hours you can smell the typical smell of marijuana only in the room where there is the plant.. 👋 I water the plant once every 3 days with 1 liter of water with the fertilizers described above.

Tropical Storm Ian in the vicinity. Thankfully not much rain or wind so far. One midweek feed. Pots will need a while to dry out from all this rain. Hopefully no insect or mould/mildew damage.

Gorilla Jealousy F1 is growing good. She is making good progress. I will be starting lst on her 4 branches very soon. Nothing else is really going on at this moment. This is one of the strains that is doing very well in both the technical/free versions, we are talking about the Fruti Punch Automatic by Zamnesia. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find a plant worked with a technique that I have recently become passionate about thanks to my friend Yan402 who in a discussion convinced me to study it further also on autoflowering plants, now I am having a lot of fun. This plant is eure being a medium low internode it has been worked with a very precise Main Lining, I have also done much better in terms of elegance but I like this one a lot too. Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to make a comparison. We started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is made up of recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). In the middle of the week the pre-flowering started so I decided to start the program for this phase: 1 ml/l of Power Roots - 1 ml/l of Pure Zym - 1 ml/l of Sugar Royal - 1 ml/l of Power Buds - 4 ml/l of Alga Bloom Remember the Green Sensation from the 3rd/4th week of flowering depending on the flowering speed or how you see the calyxes composing, when the calyx is in the swelling phase it is used. Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows.
