The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches desired% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. Day 86. Almost no sugar leaves, most of trim went to bin, part left for bubble hash. Kind off hoped a bit more from this strain, maybe smoke will bright me up ;) Day 96. 77 g. went for curing. Smallest from all. Two month later. Made some bubble hash. Great strain, waiting for sunny day and will make smoke review. Not a lot of bubble, but it was great ! Happy Growing !

So had some problems. I took to long to raise my lights and i paid the price i flushed and 6.14 on the runoff so i think my meter is broken im also adding calmag too because from what ive been reading i should have used it sooner. You live and you learn though Some crunchy leaves but not as bad as my other plant The bud sites are doing awesome though still growing and the leaves are gaining more and more thc. She seems like shes still taking water and maturing so im not too worried. If anyone can give any advice to help me fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Week 14 from Seed – Week 3 of Flower – Full Bloom Ahead The garden is shifting, and so are the vibes — we’re now stepping into the serious stages of the Eternity Grow Cup. Week 3 of flower, and what a beautiful time it is. The girls are officially locked into bloom mode and starting to show their power, stretching with grace and stacking flowers that promise magic. They’ve filled up the SCROG like it was meant for them — one look, and you can feel the energy radiating off the canopy. We started this week a little on the chilly side, with temps dropping down to 16°C, but we found the rhythm. By the end of the week, we had it all dialed in: 24°C with 60% humidity, giving us a clean and steady VPD of 1.22 kPa. CO₂ is rolling at 1107 ppm, and let me tell you, the girls are loving every part of it. They’re responding like pros — strong, healthy, compact, with early signs of dense flower sites setting in all over the canopy. The ICL 300s are fully in play now, and they’re doing a spectacular job. Light penetration is even, and the plants are soaking it up. We’re still holding off on UV, just letting the full spectrum and reds do their thing for now. We’ve updated our feeding too — we’re now into Week 4 of the Aptus Holland Clean Program, and we are about to introduce Plagron Green Sensation into the mix. A little booster to spice up the bloom and get those flower stacks rising to the challenge. The water temps were a struggle — stuck at 14°C — so we dropped in a classic aquarium water heater, and now we’re sitting at a comfy 20°C. Small changes, big impacts. You can see it in the leaves, in the way they pray up toward the light. This week’s visuals? Shot with both the Nikon and Sony setups, featuring different lenses and filters to capture the layers of depth, light, and mood in the garden. Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

Welcome to my Slurircane Diary sponsored by MSNL. SD 8-9 She's growing as a seedling should. Gonna keep her in the 1.7L pot for a few more days and then I'll uppot to her final veg pot 11L. And then into an 18L for the whole flowering phase. VD1 10th Day. She's on her way, healthy and into veg with no issues, as of yet, as there rarely is with seedlings. Veg Day 1-3 Was going so well. Then, my veg tent, out of 7 of them. I gave 6 (ages from 7wks to 6 days) Mystical Green From Terra Power and look at the damage it cost me in my video. Bad Enzyme Reaction. Nothing I can do but ride it out. All Terra Power products have been Ditched and replaced with Plagron. Its not that, they're bad. I just don't have any of their base nutrients. And I've the full Agla Grow, bloom & other Plagron Products I'll be using for this grow. I've flushed the plant. Added Silic Rock, Power Roots, Alga Grow and sprayed the Leafs With Vita Race "once a wk for VR, and every water for the rest as is suggested. I'm using their pro mix, it's specifically goes best with the Alga Products. If you're using their light mix, I suggest their Terra range. I've also taken Plagron Zyme from the Terra Grow list, as it's an Enzyne for the whole process. And also I added Silic Rock for issues like The Mystical Green Caused, my entire crop, even the baby, so, I know 100% it was MG, and it's meant to be able to be given for the entire grow. I've had it for over a yr. But, she shelf life should of been well in date. Very disappointed. I flushed the 2 1.7L pots. And restarted them on Plagron power Zyme/Roots, Alga Grow & Terpinator "The OG" Diet: Been keeping it on the light side a 3:1:3 ratio. Grow, Bloom, Micro 630-670ppm 5.8-6.1ph. Artios Touch was given. I'm thinking of putting her on a Full Plagron Alga Diet with their light mix..also I'll be getting Terpinator. Something I badly need to improve the taste/terpine profile. I'll also be using Green Sensation/ pure Zyme/ root stim/ Terra Grow&bloom. And mega worm humus. Edited Day 12. Sadly Mystical Green, has caused a nasty reaction in all my girls, I know looks like a def, "it's not, it's in all the girls I gave MG to, even my 6 day old seedling and my girl that just entered Veg Day 3 Day 12, in the video was affected. Everything that got a dose of it did. Except the Frosted Guava, she was given another Enzyme, and was just gonna add it today, so glad I held off. So annoyed. Only the next days will tell if Plagron can save my crop. Decided to start pushing Terpinator, as she's not getting any worse, crisis averted. Vita Race "must be used as foliar spray once a wk" was applied and will be until 3rd week of Flowering. Lights P/SF 1000(s) are been used. For flowering I'll be using an FC4800 "hopefully" along with the IR/UV 45.

Time goed fast and this plant is growing beautifull buds that grow bigger day by day and i can't wait for this one to be done. four days ago i started adding the flower booster to the mix to get the buds nice and thick the development of the flowers is going great we have one plant with a very long stem and that one is turning into a big main cola pretty fast and the smaller nuggets are developing really nice although not all the plants look that good the flowers that they produce are perfect and i thing this is going to be my best yield from under this light i can't wait to find out i grew Spliff seeds in the past and got a great yield of those plants and it looks very promising besides adding the booster to the mix i did some defoliation last week this was the last time untill harvest to not overstress the plant That is all for now check out the pictures and the video Cheers, Nibameca
