Day 84: Well after flushing down to 50 ppm the Blue Dream is done. They’re sitting in the dark cool tent for a couple days. They smell so much. Intense blueberry, sweetness. They faded out quite nicely. Unfortunately the upper fans were ruined by lockout. I will be happy to get these jarred up to keep the smell locked down. My carbon filter can’t keep up. There will be more to come in the harvest entry. Happy Growing 🌱

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The fifth and last autoflowering for now of this round that we present to you is another classic of the classics always in the Zamnesia version. We have already grown it once and we sincerely hope to find the purple phenotype, Mythical mythological herb really in music and in everything, WE ARE TALKING To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand well whether it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in a jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water almost certainly the seed is healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening of the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root has come out it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out too much, in the absorbent paper you can wait a little longer in water no. - Phase 3 --- While I soaked the seeds I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. Up to now I have not put the light on, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Be careful not to exceed the first week at least with photoperiodic. - Germination % --- In water 20/20 seeds have opened for good luck I'm waiting to talk when they come out of the ground but it seems that we are going towards an excellent percentage of germination..."Not too bad"... - Soil and Food --- The soil used is entirely organic in every part and is the Plagron Promix that will be used with the 100% organic pack supplied by Zamnesia complete with all the main fertilizers for your plant buy it at the link -- https://www.zamnesia.io/it/11457-plagron-easy-pack-natural.html // Strain Description // Have you ever wondered what Jimi played in 1967? 🌱 Week 1 Seedling Report — The Yin & Yang Expression Strain: Amnesia Skunk Breather : Zamnesia Seeds Stage: Seedling Week: 1 Light Cycle: 12/12 from seed Medium: PRO-MIX soil Container: Grow bags Feeding Program: Plagron schedule Grower: DogDoctorOfficial ⸻ Overview Amnesia Skunk is settling beautifully into her environment. From the very first week, she’s already showing personality — expressing a distinct Yin & Yang pattern in her second pair of true leaves. Long, elegant blades curve in opposite directions, creating a natural balance that immediately stands out, especially when viewed from above. This is not stress — this is character. ⸻ 🌿 Growth & Structure • All plants have successfully developed their second pair of true leaves • Leaves are long, narrow, and well-defined • The second node is where the Yin & Yang expression becomes visible • Growth is steady, symmetrical, and healthy • Stem strength is developing nicely with no signs of stretch • Plants are responding very well to PRO-MIX soil in grow bags Even at this early stage, her structure hints at future vigor. ⸻ 📸 Visual Notes (Bird’s-Eye View) Bird’s-eye photos clearly show: • The mirrored curvature of the second leaf pair • Clean leaf edges and healthy coloration • Balanced spacing and posture • A calm, centered growth pattern supported by the PRO-MIX medium The Yin & Yang expression is most visible from above. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Conditions Conditions remain identical to previous reports in this run: • Stable temperatures • Balanced humidity • Same light source, distance, and photoperiod • Same watering strategy • Same soil system (PRO-MIX in bags) No environmental changes were introduced this week. ⸻ 💧 Watering & Feeding (Plagron Recipe) • Light, controlled watering appropriate for seedlings • Following the Plagron feeding schedule • Gentle early-stage nutrition only, respecting seedling sensitivity • No signs of overwatering or nutrient stress • Roots are establishing well within the PRO-MIX substrate ⸻ Observations Amnesia Skunk is expressing early phenotypic uniqueness through leaf morphology rather than speed. The Yin & Yang leaf formation suggests a balanced, expressive plant — a reminder that early structure often hints at future personality. What to Expect • Early transition toward preflower due to 12/12 from seed • Continued expression of symmetry and leaf character • Moderate stretch rather than aggressive vegetative growth • Clear phenotypic traits appearing earlier than in 18/6 runs ⸻ ⚠️ What Not to Expect • Heavy vegetative mass • Long internodal stacking typical of extended veg • Rapid topping or training windows • High nutrient demand at this stage This approach is about expression, not size. ⸻ 📝 Summary Week one has been smooth, healthy, and visually distinctive. Amnesia Skunk is rooted, balanced, and already expressing her individuality under 12/12 from seed. A calm, promising start to a very intentional journey. Looking forward to seeing how this symmetry evolves as she moves deeper into vegetative growth. As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6000 (for now A6700 will be doing all future updates) paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. The end is in sight! This round with 8 plants in 4 pots (=2 GIRLS IN A CUP) of BANANA KRUMBLE (=Banana Punch x OG-Kush) from GREENHOUSE SEEDS is now in week 15 since germination. They are now flowering since 9 weeks and are starting to fade, that means they start to get ripe. All big fan-leaves are now red or yellow colored and start to wilt away. This is a sign the plant will be ready to harvest soon. In the pics and the VIDEO you can clearly see the purple/reddish coloration of the top-buds and the THICK LAYER of TRICHOMES they have. It is AMAZING to see and I cant wait to try this strain after its harvested and dried. All main- and sidebranches have developed into HUGE COLAS and the bud-structure is very compact...in one word: DANK! The aroma of the BANANA KRUMBLE is sweet and fruity (reminds me of ripe bananas with a hint of cinnamon!) and overwhelmingly STRONG! Every time I open the tent a THICK CLOUD of SWEEY SMELL greets me, its ASTOUNDING! My 3 SANlight LED-lamps still hang at 40 cm distance from the top of the plants. The two Q4W-Gen.2 fixtures on the outside are running at 100% (=3 green lights on dimmer ON) and the Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center is dimmed to 80% (=two green lights on dimmer ON). The HUGE size and compact bud structure shows that the plants LOVE the SPECTRUM and the INTENSITY of the SANlight LEDs. Since I use BIOTABS-nutrients I do NOT NEED TO FLUSH the plants! They only got tab-water all the time, therefore it makes no sense to give them more water of it now. All the nutrients in the soil and the plants should be used up by now (that why the plants start to wilt!) and that ensures a smooth smoke later. When you smoke unflushed weed any nutrients left in the plant matter (especially phosphorus (=P)) will create a harsh feeling in your throat and make you cough, therefore its normally of the UTMOST importance to flush your weed before harvesting. Now its only one more week and harvest time is here...yipppiiie

On week 7 she is still putting out a lot of new pistils. Colas are fattening up but still have a few more weeks to go. The smell is sweet and fruity so far but its still early as trichs are still developing. Her top colas got a little too close to the lights and may be fox tailing or shes just more sativa of a pheno either way shes making some long colas and Im happy about that :)

Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.
