Blütewoche 5 Mir läuft langsam das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Die Entwicklung der Blüten läuft auf Hochtouren! In dieser Woche war eigentlich wenig zu tun. Ein paar welke Blätter unterhalb des Blattwerks wurden entfernt. Alle zwei Tage bekommen die Damen 10l Wasser mit einem Ec von 2,5. Anzeichen für Überdüngung habe ich bisher keine gefunden. Der Calcium mangel ist danke Calmag im Rahmen geblieben. Ich bin sehr froh das Scrog Netz zu haben, die Blüten werden gegen Ende vermutlich zu schwer werden. Einige kleine untere Triebe die es nicht ganz durchs Netz geschafft haben wurden mit Kordel gesichert. Lasst gerne eure Gedanken dazu hier! UPGRADE: got a new 4x4 tent, dwc in the back. How ever back to the strain. It is still a Salad, no stretch in sight. I have no clue why, but what ever I schwazzed the shit out of the plant in the hopes for some more length, if not its okay, it will perform in the End and it needed to get rid of the leaves anyway. welp lets see

The final day of week 10 already! The buds are still getting fatter, the trichome development is still on it's way. I will check the trichomes twice a week and im waiting for around 10% amber. Nutrients and EC is lowered again this week, harvest is around the corner im sure of it! Hot summers are rough here, airconditioning is trying to keep the temps down. I quite like the phenotype. It has quite some node space making for an easier trim. Also the amount of calyxes is huge and the density to it is super compact as well. Fade is really starting to show and leaves are starting to fade.

Day 81 - watered with 3L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. 🚿 She has been working hard on bulking her flower this week and has dried back much faster compared to the previous weeks, so I've increased her water volume from 2 to 3 liters 💪🏻 I've removed a couple of her larger fan leaves to improve overall light penetration, but other than that, I'm just letting her do her thing 🙏🏻☘️

23.08 The Drainmaster moved into the tent to control the drain. Defoliated and lollipopped them. 25.08 First run with the drain system. Nutrient Solution (Tank): Volume: 8.5 L EC: 3.05 pH: 5.5 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Micro/Grow/Bloom + CalMag Irrigation Run: Pump time: 30 minutes Total Drain: 5.0 L (≈ 60%) Drain EC: 2.6 Drain pH: 6.0 🔎 Observations Drain volume was far too high (target is ~20%). Drain EC lower than input EC → medium was relatively “empty”, plants absorbed nutrients quickly. pH drift from 5.5 → 6.0 shows some buffering effect left in the reused substrate, but limited. Substrate behaves more like coco than soil now (low buffer, fast response). 💡 Insight / Lesson Learned 30 minutes pump time is way too long → resulted in 60% runoff instead of 20%. For 8 × 1 L pots, a single irrigation event should be ~1.0–1.2 L total, with ~200–250 ml runoff. Solution: shorten pump time to ~5 minutes and re-test runoff. Better approach: run shorter, more frequent irrigations (daily) with a lower EC (2.0–2.2), instead of heavy feedings (EC 3.0) only 3× per week. This will keep EC more stable in the root zone and prevent salt buildup in the tiny 1 L pots. 27.08 Adjusted the pump timer to 5 minutes, gave the first dose of PK13/14.

It's been a beautiful plant to grow, I thought she was gonna be a little bigger, however she has produced an amazing quality flowers, very sticky, terpy and stinky, the citric aroma it's absolutely wonderful just because of that I could grow her again and again. You definitely need to try this strain if you lovd weed.💚🌱🤤

What a plant. Looks awesome, smells super interesting! Something sweet with a hint of something permanent marker-like Had to defoliate her a couple times because she grew so vigorous! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Set up cost (fixed costs) -Lamp: 40€ -Timer: 3,5€ -Pot: 4€ -Total fixed costs: 47,5€ Given 5 years (or 15 grows) usage time translates to around 3,17€ per grow in materials. Variable costs: -Seed: 5,54€ -Soil: 4,5€ -Fertilizer: 3,50€ -Power (100 days 18h/day): ~25,92€ (exact figure after harvest) -Total variable costs: ~39,46€ -Total costs per grow: ~42,63€

So being my 1st hydro/RDWC grow and it’s been ages since I’ve had photoperiods I flipped to flower a little on the early side to be safe. With each grow the more I learn the more I’ll push but, for now I’m playing it safe. The Growbuds trellis nets helped out a lot being my 1st time using! Gotta say I’m loving them.
